Quiet hotel set back from street. Stayed for a few days twice in the past year. Nicely designed, new rooms, good breakfast, convenient to UWF and Pensacola Airport.. Springhill Suites have a good desk separated from sleeping area. Will stay again when in Pensacola.

Stayed here for one night. Check in staff was very friendly and lobby updated. Rooms were large and bathroom was large. We had 3 adults in the room and everyone felt it was large and very spacious. Very clean - no complaints. Breakfast was above average. Loved the bathroom!

We just ended our stay here. The hotel desk staff were very friendly, the ladies who make up our rooms left sweet encouraging notes. It was clean and the rooms were modern, bigger than Town Place. I gave it a 4 with a few suggestions... There weren't any hooks or places to hang wet swim suits - that is significant in Florida. Also, the breakfast staff were completely overwhelmed. It was kind of a mess. The third thing is that they had the smoking trash can right outside of the front entranc... Read more

Well we had a mix up with Marriott and thought that we were spending our 15th Wedding Anniversary on Pensacola Beach. Long story short- we ended up back at this Creighton location only because of Thomas Cobb who not only got us a great room, #130 at the end of the hall way, but came through for us twice as I tried to get us back to the beach only to realize that the beach now would not give us our free night, nor did they have an ocean view to offer- plus their price per night was more than Cre... We had chosen a more inland location for our summer beach trip this year and was not disappointed. The room and the facility was clean and accomodating. It appears to be recently built and has a modern design to it. I was concerned that since we were located in a primarily business area that we would be ostracized for having children, however, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We were in a 2 queen bed suite with two young children. This provided us with ample space at night for the kids ... Read more

I haven't stayed at a Springhill before but I was impressed. It was super clean with large rooms and a great breakfast. They have an amazing staff there that is so friendly and helpful. We used the pool each day and it was clean and well kept. I would visit again.

We used this as a stop off driving from the East coast over to New Orleans. It is located just off the I10, so very easy to find. We diverted to a outlet mall so ended up on I98 on the south coast which was much heavier traffic, coming at it via the coast road added well over an hour. The hotel room was on the 3rd floor (of 4) and was a twin queen, huge with desk and seating area, good sized bathroom and huge walk in closet. There are a good number of places to eat and some shops around the area... Read more

We stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is located in a great location in terms of shopping and restaurants. It is easy to locate. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. I am a gold elite Marriott rewards member and they did recognize that. Provided late check out and early check in. The only problem that we encountered was the noise from upstairs. The manager did apologize the next morning and provided additional Marriott rewards points

Very pretty hotel with easy parking, close to highway. Very friendly staff who is eager to please. This is the nicest hotel I have stayed in in Pensacola so far. The breakfast buffet is nice and even had grits for those of us in the south who love them.

Pros: Excellent location right off I-10. Very easy to find and close to just about everything. Good continental breakfast. Friendly frond desk staff. Comfortable room (minus the bathroom door). Free, fast wifi Cons: The huge, opaque sheet of glass in the middle of the bathroom door (see attached picture). It would be find if there was only one occupant in the room, but as there were three of us, if anyone needed to use the bathroom during the night, it was either use it in the dark, or flood ... Let me just say, that overall the hotel experience was great! Emily at the Front desk was very professional and accommodating. The location was not too far away from Pensacola beach. Breakfast was great! The hotel pool was nice....The ONE reason I will not return to this location is the Housekeeper supervisor Melanie. We received a late check out(1:00pm) approval per the Front desk. At 12:06, Melanie, the HK supervisor bangs on our door so loud...it startled my husband while he was trying to rec... Read more

Our room had 2 queen size beds plus a sofa bed, which accommodated our group of 5 perfectly! Everything was a lot nicer than expected, including the free breakfast, which was just wonderful. We had our full of eggs, waffles, and coffee. The swimming pool was clean and not overrun by kids which we appreciated. Thank you from New Orleans.

The Spring Hill Suites was perfect for our family. Our teenage sons had their own area of the room with a couch and television. We were on the first floor and had a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The pools were never too crowded and were just the right temperature. The beach was clean and not overcrowded as well. The breakfast was good and the outside bar was great. They served a local beer from Gulf Coast brewery which my husband enjoyed. The bartenders and all the hotel staff w... Read more

We came to Pensacola to watch the Blue Angels presentation, along with numerous persons. The staff was a little bit stressed when we arrived, but that was obvious. But the rooms and the facilities were new and well decorated. It's just a hotel to stay during a visit to the city. If you are looking a hotel with many activities to do without going anywhere else, this is not your option. Business trip: excellent option.

Great place to stay and visit the Gulf Shores, Destin, Pensacola Etc. at a much cheaper rate. I did not want to pay the higher tourist rates so I figured I'm driving all over anyway... This is the way to do it. Nice people at the front desk. Clean rooms and it's a Marriott property. It has worked great!

Sometimes it's perfectly clear when a hotel is well run. You only need a mechanic when the engine isn't working to diagnose the problem. Well no mechanics needed here. This hotel is a well oiled machine. I specifically have very nice things to say about Thomas and Reagan whom i met at the front desk. Behind them are a crew of motivated, happy, resourceful people. I even want to reach out to Lulu who helped me make an outstandingly good waffle. To my trip advisor community. Try and stay ... Read more

This is our first time staying at a Springhill Suites hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The decor was modern and chic. We stayed in a king bed suite and there was enough room for our 4 kids. The couch pulls out to a full size bed and on the side of the couch it can accommodate another person. It has a nice size fridge and a microwave. The only thing I didn't like was that it only had a shower so it was hard to give the baby a bath. Breakfast was free so that's a plus when you have a big fa... Read more

After an early check-in, flopped out for a relaxing nap. This hotel is very clean, quiet, and spacious. Large work area for the business traveler. In the morning you're treated to a vast breakfast spread to fill any appetite. Great value for the price.

This was my first stay at a Spring hill suites and it was nice and clean for the most part. We came in pretty late so the gentleman at night was more than accommodating when I requesting extra sheets for the pull out. There is something about the pull outs that didn't seem quite clean but it is a pull out. I would say that if they cleaned the comforter that comes in the bag then there was a lot of leftover hair. I just felt squished between the bed and the the door to get to the restroom. Ov... Read more

We had a split stay. First two nights were ok. Room was clean and didn't hear any noise. Second stay was so different. Omg!! I always request to be on the highest floor and that didn't help at all. We heard people walking and talking all around us. It was like they were in our room!! I always travel with a sound machine and that didn't touch the noise coming from the other rooms. Plus they need to teach their Housekeeping staff how to enter and leave the rooms they clean. They would put the secu... Read more
