We stopped overnight at the Fairfield as we were passing through Pensacola. The hotel is right off the freeway and across a parking lot from a Waffle House. They're in the midst of a lobby remodel but it should be done shortly. The breakfast room was moved down the hall to hotel rooms. The breakfast was ok and a lot of items had run out but I'm hoping that improves when they move back to their regular location. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was so comfortable. The best I've slep... Read more

In town one night for meeting. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean (though the room smelled like a hospital- it's better than a number of other smells that come to mind). The staff was friendly and helpful. I got locked in my room due to a sticky lock and the staff came to help immediately. The location was convenient and easy to find. Had a late night dinner at the waffle house across the parking lot, which was clean and friendly. Thank you.

We were en-route to New Orleans and stopped overnight at this Fairfield Inn. We frequently stay in Fairfield Inns and are generally pleased. We were therefore very surprised with the condition of our room. the bathroom (commode) was filthy beyond description. The previous tenant had been very sick and there had been no attempt to clean the bathroom. The rest of the room had been made up, so the cleaning crew had obviously been there. I think the bathroom was such a mess they didn't want to... Read more

This is a good spot for an overnight stay while traveling on business. Rooms are clean and spacious. New flat screen TV's in all rooms. They are not big screens but good quality pictures. The staff is friendly and helpful at check in and when any questions arose.

The first room they sent me to had a very strong dog smell when I opened door. The bed was not made and towels on floor. Second room ok but no tissues. Very loud hotel. Could hear people in adjoining rooms and a very noisy group in hotel. Reception very nice. Probably would not choose this one again.

This is a fairly small hotel very close to I-10 on North Davis, and shares the parking lot with Waffle House. The lobby area is tiny, containing check-in desk, breakfast buffet area and business center. Rooms are decently sized with ample storage, but could use more comfortable seating. There was a desk with a straight back adjustable height desk chair and a straight back upholstered chair not a lounge chair. Not very comfortable for more than a single night stay. Breakfast buffet was average wi... Read more

I stayed here the night of June 14th. I arrived at the hotel to find no parking and had to park in the Waffle House parking lot. I entered into the hotel and the hotel looks older or aged. I had used the mobile app for check in and the check in process was painless. The elevator reminds you of a service elevator that you would find in other hotels. Entered into the room and had a very musty smell, but seemed to go away once the air was on for a bit. The bed was not the most comfortable compared ... Read more

Nice hotel to spend couple days with family on our way to Orlando. But its little bit far from beaches, takes 20-30 minutes to drive. Staff very friendly, clean rooms and fair rates. Its very close to I-10, which is very convinient for travellers.

When we checked into our room, it had a really bad smell to it. Also, it was a large room, with just a bed and the table that held the TV. Nothing on the walls. It was really below acceptable for a Marriott. The front desk help was friendly, but not dressed properly for meeting the public. We would not stay there again, and if we could have found a better place to stay we would have moved. We wasted 20,000 points on this horrible room.

Check in was amazing the clerk welcome me and even called to make sure my room was to my liking but HOUSE KEEPING is another story I left my room after 9am didn't return until after 3pm my room still wasn't clean I had to get towels from the front desk I questioned the other house keeping ladies they said my room wasn't in their area but they were one door down and to top it off when I return well after 11pm room still wasn't touched and I spoke to the cleaning lady I politely told I only needed... This was my 1st stay at this Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Having a 5:00am flight, the proximity of the hotels location to the airport is excellant. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and quiet. Several restaurants are also located nearby. Give this place a try as you will not be disappointed. WT Cote

I have very high regards for marriott hotels but this one is just so disappointing! This hotel is a stone throw away from Red Roof Inn and I think we would have been better off there. The bathrooms does not have exhaust and the tub looks scary with an open, rusty hole. I used my rewards for the second night and before we went out after the first night, I confirmed my reservation with the front desk (whose smile seems to be nowhere in her list for the day) and said that we are good for the next ni... The bed was a normal comfortable Marriott bed. Since I was working long hours and just sleeping there maybe I shouldn't complain but. ...on the last day before chek out the room was not serviced and the desk said there was nothing they could do. I like a cleaned room. On the third morning I went to the desk to mention that the same dirt had been in the corners of the elevator my whole stay. They said they would take care of it. I checked out two days later it still wasn't cleaned. This is not ... Read more
