This place is beautiful! The staff was friendly & the cleaning ladies were wonderful! It was very unique and I have to say that it made our usual Pensacola Beach vacation even better. The heated pool is very well thought out & the music & poolside bar topped off the mood. We will definitely be returning here!

I stayed there in a suite the night before my wedding and my husband joined me the night of our wedding. It's the best hotel on Pensacola Beach. In the past I have stayed in a regular room there as well. It's as if The W did a beach hotel. To me that's the feel you get. The staff is awesome and the room service ( food) prices are incredibly reasonable. The pool is great but you don't have direct access to beach from the pool ( I don't think, Or if you do you have to walk pretty far) but the pool... Read more

We stayed in an amazing corner room overlooking the beautiful beach and pool. Our room was incredibly spacious and the shower was huge. We were visiting friends who live near by so we stayed out late and were only in our room long enough to sleep a few hours. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. We took an early morning stroll along the beach before we had to head out to our next Destination. We would stay here again.

We took a road trip while I was recovering from surgery. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Gorgeous, big, spacious rooms with ocean front balcony. The shower was big enough for several people. Staff was extremely friendly. The hotel's location was perfect. The decor was gorgeous. Only complaint was slow bar/dining service. But no fault of the staff. The bartender was running the bar plus appeared to be the only person waiting tables int he restaurant.

The hotel is only six years old and it looks brand new. The staff was very responsive, friendly and professional. Our room was a gulf view. It was a pleasant experience waking up to the ocean waves and sounds. Sat for hours on our patio. It is located right on the beach and the pool was large and had a tiki hut for drinks and light meals. There was a musician that sang Buffet music for hours. Great place to relax. Very nice resort, clean, modern, and real friendly staff. Higher floor the better, facing the beach. Stayed in 702, rooms large with nice bathroom, good sized patio, fridge , TV, desk, very comfortable bed. Rather expensive at $375 per night including tax/fees. Tiki bar at pool good drinks and service. Lobby restaurant excellent food. Two floors of parking below hotel, or valet parking available for $12 per day. Large, clean beach area.

In June our family of 4 traveled to this hotel for a wedding. Wow is a perfect word to describe this hotel. The views of the ocean will bring peace to anyone. Our rooms were attached to our children which was a blessing and both rooms had direct beach views. Every morning I would go on the balcony and take in the beauty of the ocean. Our family really likes Margaritaville. The rooms are clean with white bedding and the bathrooms have huge showers. You cannot beat the view if you get a room that over looks the beach. There's a fishing peer close by and the restaurant down stairs is really good too. They have good fish tacos and steak.

We picked this hotel because its location is great. However, the front desk staff was not very nice. They were often rude and looked at you as if you should know the answer to your own question. I've been to this hotel a total of three times now, and each time I don't want to leave! The rooms are beautiful, the staff is wonderful and Nate at the Tiki Bar is the best! It is always such a welcome respite from everyday life. I can't wait to go back!

Very nice and clean hotel beautifully nestled between the ocean and bay. Our room had a bay view. Very comfy beds, large clean room I had one exception I do not like a hotel room without carpet, I guess it's because of the sand they have tile floors. Unfortunately we were there only 24 hours I would have loved to use the hotels amenities pool, beach etc. The cafe had good food as well!

This hotel was amazing!!! My mom and I went on our 4th annual beach trip, and we FINALLY splurged on a nice, oceanfront hotel and room. It's beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly, and courteous-- everyone we came into contact with. The room was very clean! The elevators, parking garage, and lobby were all immaculate. Now, I hate to put a damper on this review, but... there is a huge step you have to miss to get in and out of the patio. My 69 year old mother tripped over this entryway, and... Read more

We stayed for 4 nights in mid-September. Customer service was top notch from the moment of our check-in to the moment we checked out. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Our only problem was that our room adjoined another room, and the doors between the rooms are not soundproof at all. The guests staying in the adjoining room one night talked late into the night (not loudly, just normal conversation level), and they had a young child who cried often, and we could hear them so clearly t... A few days of business with my husband joining, turned into and amazing weekend. The hotel and staff were wonderful. The room was spacious and nice, the bathroom and amenities were amazing. It's hard to beat the incredible views from the pool too. Perfect location and easy access to everywhere in Pensacola. We could have stayed for a week. Will make this our only hotel in Pensacola.

My wife and I took our 16 month old daughter here for our first family vacation. Some of the highlights, positive and negative, for us: - Rooms are very clean, bright, and nice in a simple way. We stayed in a gulf front room and really enjoyed waking up to a beautiful view every morning. - The beach is lovely. White sand, clean, beautiful clear water. The only negative here was all the jellyfish! Certainly no reflection on the hotel (obviously), but kept us on edge with a toddler in the water.... Read more

This place was so Beautiful. I took my elderly parents there after a hard year of Chemo Treatment. Everyone at the hotel was so caring of my family. They even made a special sign to welcome us upon arrival. The room was the cleanest, and most beautiful hotel room we have ever stayed in. The staff at the front desk, Jill, Mckenzie, Letty, Amanda, Dorian, and Jackie were all so sweet and thoughtful. The bar service was great and the food to die for good thanks to the service of Nate, We really e... Read more

Just returned yesterday from a too short mini vacay. Great, smaller hotel right on the beach and slightly off the very busy main road. It's in a more residential area with condo's, villas and beach houses but still walking distance to the commercialized areas. The lobby was nice and check-in quick. The room was large, clean and nicely decorated. There was a rounded wall and some type of small window with a shutter that could be opened or closed in the foyer area separating the room from the... Awesome views! Right on the beach, rooms were nice & beds were comfy. Be prepared to pay for most things. What you pay is just for the room not much included with it. Staff wasn't very friendly. Nice big showers ! *FYI: the chairs and umbrellas on the beach do not belong to hotel they are for rent through another company

My husband and I decided to extend our vacation by one day,and we decided to stay at this amazing hotel. We pulled up and was greeted by two very friendly young men. Check in was a breeze. Our room was on the bayside, and we were lucky to even get a room since it was so last minute. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the decor was simple and tastefully done. I would love to know where I could purchase the bedroom furniture,I just loved it!,and who made the mattress? Super comfort... Read more

The hotel was at full capacity due to the hurricane evacuations but service was still friendly and the hotel remained clean and we had a great time. the shower had hot water and I liked their shampoo products. Our room was clean, the bed was soft, and the view so pretty. Our one complaint was the A/C made a knocking noise every time it cycled off and it woke me up freqeuntly.

We had a girls trip planned for Hilton Head, but because of Hurricane Matthew we had to do some last minute scrambling to come up with an alternative. We found the Margaritaville Beach Hotel. The price was a decent price for a last minute reservation. The hotel is very nice. Our room was spacious. I loved that it had tile, instead of carpet! The view was incredible! Plenty of room for 3 adults in the room. Staff was good. One day housekeeping was running late and had not cleaned our roo... Read more

My husband and I have been blessed to have traveled to luxurious hotels all over the world but there is something magical about this place to us. We are so happy when we are here. It's not the most luxurious place ever but it is so peaceful, clean, and beautiful. We visited the Margaritaville Hotel in Hollywood Beach, Florida and were given a huge 2 bedroom, 2 bath, suite with a living and dining room. It was just gorgeous but the vibe was completely different. It was much more crowded ther... Read more

We had the 7th floor king corner suite on the west end (away from the tiki bar) and so had a fantastic views of the bay, gulf, beach and sunrise/sunsets. As noted the hotel is clean, Florida colors and smells great. The music is fun as well although 8 days of it was enough for awhile. Only problem with the room is for some reason the hellish bathroom sinks are about 2 inches deep so you're always splashing water onto the counter which is a pain to wipe up. Shower is large but nothing other t... Read more

I visited Margaritaville on August for work. I've been there multiple times now for both work and pleasure and have never been disappointed!!! The hotel is in pristine condition at all times and the staff goes above and beyond for every guest! You can't beat the views from every room- and you're a short walk to all the love attractions without having to hear them all night long. This is a beautiful hotel with an awesome vibe. Everything is white and very bright. We stayed in an ocean front room with private balcony. It was very large and spacious with beautiful decor. We love the lobby and the pool area. The umbrella/beach chair rental guy was very helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful stay! We've stayed at several other hotels on the beach and this place by far is the most attractive. It is worth the few extra dollars for the atmosphere and amenities.

We were surprised to hear that this hotel will be closed for renovations starting in November 2016, because honestly it's in pretty good condition! We enjoyed our stay more than we expected. Gulf views are gorgeous - but I would rather have had sliding glass doors instead of the loud, heavy door that blocked half the balcony when opened. The bathroom has a huge awesome shower and the decor is beachy without being kitschy. It's a really good place. Maybe their renovations will include some sound ... Read more

The hotel is beautiful, all rooms have water views. Our room had gulf view and was decorated in the most beautiful Tommy Bahama style. Just very classy, not tacky at all. the bed was extremely comfortable, but they might want to update the sheets as our did have "pills" but still very comfortable. The shower is the highlight too, large bathroom that was a delight to get ready in. Keurig in every room. They play a Jimmy Buffet station out by the pool, and there is beach access directly from... Second time at this hotel and our experience is just as wonderful as the first. The front desk associate, Dorian, was so professional and sweet. She even helped me with pineapple pins. Thank you! Our room was on an upper floor, facing the gulf. The extra that you pay for gulf view is worth it. Morning coffee on the balcony, dolphins swimming by, enjoying the privacy and the beautiful colors of the water and warm weather. I'm not the biggest Jimmy Buffet fan, but my friend loves everything Margaritaville (hotel, restaurant, you name it), so when she found out this year was the inaugural "Run to Margaritaville" half marathon, we absolutely had to run it, and we absolutely had to stay here. I guess I was expecting something very kitschy, like parrots everywhere or Hawaiian girl statues with grass skirts and leis, so I was pleasantly surprised to find subtle beachy decor. Most importantly, the staff was extremely k... Read more

PRO: The beach is beautiful .. the weather was beautiful! The hotel was holding 2 weddings so it was busy, but hotel handled the crowds very well. Room was clean and hotel had a nice fragrance throughout. Wait staff and hospitality was very nice. CON: I've never stated at a hotel that doesn't have carpet in bedroom. Though I'm sure it's easier to clean for maid service, but the tile is very cold and we warmth the carpet provides. If we go again, we will take bath mats to place beside the be... Read more
