"Worst place I have EVER stayed. Not as advertised!! Sofa was broke, bed in the master bedroom was broke. for a 5 yr old resort the furnishings were straight out of the 70's. Almost like it was picked up at the Goodwill store. Managements stand by excuse was the spring breakers were to blame. well a good mngt team wouldnt have turned their head and allowed their resort to be trashed like that. Obviously they didnt care about the FAMILY vacationers. I would not recommend if you are looking for a nice family vacation."

"The rooms are very lovely and clean. The customer service is awful! You must put a parking pass in your car. Ours fell down and the 'homeowners association' had it towed at 4am! When we asked the desk clerks why they werent notified, they looked at each other and said 'I dont know. Shouldnt we have been notified?' They took our tag numbers upon arrival! Needless to say we had to pay a $125 tow fee to get our car back. I tried to complain to a manager, but never got a call back. Their fees are absolutely ridiculous! Fee for cleaning when you leave, Spring Break fee (even if you're not a spring breaker) AND a reservation fee! Had to pay an extra $168 in fees! For some reason they dont have a service elevator, so you have to wait on the cleaning staff with all of their supplies to go up and down on the elevator. Loved Panama City....hated the hotel. "

"I would not recommend this to anyone. I have NEVER had to fill out a 2 page inventory of everything in a condo. It was absolutely ridiculous. I was so mad by the time I completed it and I had a huge headache. I felt like they thought I was going to steal everhything in the condo. The carpet in the room had so many stains and the walls were some what dirty. All the extra charges were not disclosed until after I had booked my stay. I chose to stay rather than lose the money. I will not return."

"I didn't see the fees until after I committed to the purchase either, but when we got there, the bigger surprise was when the front desk told me I had cancelled two days earlier. I had not. Fortunately, other than patience required as the gentleman at the front desk worked it out, all went okay. He even snagged us a room upgrade for our troubles. And, since we were not true 'Spring Breakers', he removed the added security deposit fee. Elevators were a bit iffy because 3 of the four were down for maintenance. No problem with walking across the street to the beach. It's actually a secluded beach area. Overall okay stay."

"Spent 4 days in this Condo. Very disappointed overall. Rooms dirty. (Rugs not clean, bed skirts dirty, walls dirty, windows dirty. Definitely not a 3 star facility. Based on my visit, not even a 1. Staff not helpful at all. Ex. asked about the local trolly. Had no clue, was shocked, especially since it's 1 block away from condo. Have a theatre. movie room. Was locked every day. Asked about it, they didn't know. Elevators being worked on when we were there. So, had long waits or had to use stairs. (on 8th floor) Rugs throughout facility dirty. Cleaning people were using brooms to clean rugs, no vacumes? Not worth the cost I paid. Will not come back to this place...."

"As soon as we get there the lady at front desk had a attitude! We had to carry all of our luggage to our room due to no carry carts! As were walking down hall to get to our room there was a wrapper on the floor! I watched a cleaning lady walk by this 5 times! Might I add I had 2 children under the age of 12... The 1st nite someone was beating on our door at 2am. The 2nd nite people were singing so loud off there balcony who could sleep. No one ever came in our room to clean, change sheets or give us clean towels. We decided to leave at 3am on sun morning to only find out that someone had started a fire on the 8 floor & everyone had to get out of building..EXCEPT the 5th floor in which we was on. So once again we had to carry ALL our bags down the stairs. If you are smart dont stay here. The room was NASTY! Carpet made our feet dirty & the bath tub was GROSS! I will not ever stay here nor will I recommend to anyone I know. & yes I called the front desk no one cared! I could not get out of this room for any reason! When I checked out the guy looked drunk & couldnt tell me if i needed to bring key down upon checkout! IDIOT! I would rather pay 500.00 a night then ever go back here!"

"What honest reason would a hotel have for not revealing the addition of any and all fees upon booking? Possibly the knowledge that no one would ever agree to a $50 per night cleaning fee. When we checked in and were asked for an addiiton $100 for our 2 night stay for cleaning, I was shocked. Of course, I had already paid for the room on-line and knew I would never see that again, so of course, I chose to stay and pay the undisclosed fee rather than forfeit the entire thing. I have no doubt that the desk personnel had heard the complaint MANY times before because her explanation was curt, to-the-point, and no discussion was allowed. Also, there is a $50 per night charge, BUT no cleaning is done until you are gone. As was pointed out to us, it was all in the 'Terms and Conditions', however, not including this in the information on the first booking page was just plain sneaky. In addition to this underhanded tactic, there were no batteries in the TV remote and when I asked at the front desk if they had replacements I was told 'No'. That's it. I would not return there uness totally desparate."

"My wife and I took a trip down memory lane to Panama City Beach, the resort was great, if you read the material there are no supprises. The efficiency condo was very roomey the view was awsome.The resort was as advertized. Location was wonderful, our reservation was handled correctly,even though we bookit on Thursday and arrived on Friday. If you are looking for a motel experience don't go, this is a first class condo resort were the travelor has some responsibility for the room and supplies. Free Parking was a nice touch. although the beach was accross the road, there was a padestrian crosswalk. I will return and I will recommend this to my friends."

"What's not to love??? The front desk experience was FANTASTIC, they were so nice and helpful including allowing us to check in extremely early!! When we got to our room, we loved it, could of stayed in the room the entire trip and been completely satisfied! I have absolutely NO compaints about our stay! We stayed 4 days, 3 nights and did not want to check out Monday! I would recommend them to anyone and have already recommended them to family and do plan to stay there again soon!

There is a $39 non refundable damage waiver, but that was fine with us as the prices were awesome and they do inform you of this before booking. Our total experience from booking our stay up until check out was nothing but pleasant!

We travel with ourselves and our 3 children, there was plenty of room and a great location. Had a great view, the heated pool was wonderful as we expected the ocean was still cold for swimming. :)

"1st stay in summer had a 1 br condo that was fantastic!!! Clean, furnished nicely and view to die for!!! This go round had reserved a 3br 3ba..Upon check took the advice of a previous customer and requested to see condo before unloading...1st condo 1701 was unacceptable, carpet so filthy you coudlnt' take your shoes off...walls dirty and is some disrepair of furnishings...2nd condo can't recall # but almost as bad as the first one shown...the 3rd one was actually nicely furnished and failrly decent but our balconies were adjoined to common areas and offered no privacy. The final and fourth one we selected 1504 was fine...Clean, nicely furnished and fully equipped with balconies in each bedroom and a view to die for!!! @ the damage waiver fee, it is fully disclosed if ppl would read the entire info. packet and the wifi leaves much to be desired since it's so spotty in the condo...but otherwise a great expernce...."

"The 'Condo' was smaller than a conventional Motel room and more expensive. We had to supply our own pans, coffe and coffee filters if we wanted to enjoy meals or coffee in the resort. Of course you are not told that beforehand. At least other motels offer coffe and Continential Breakfasts. I stayed at a much better Motel during season for a lot less and had more room and free coffee and breakfast. I would not stay again or reccomend to friends. The pool and the Jacquzzi were both pretty dirty. The fees that were added on upon our arrival sucked too."

"The condo was ok but the Freebies that was to be was not to be. Hammerhead Freds would not make good on the 2 free drinks or any of the coupons for food discounts or drink discounts. Their reasoning was 'they didnt know about it' even though the tickets were in order. I think the Bookit and or Condo management should make sure a coupon will be valid when advertised. I felt very uncomfortable when the coupons were refused. 11/11/11 was our check in."

Sharky's is right across the street, it is very nice, but the REAL DEAL is just down the street at SHUCKUM'S. Our room was clean and very comfortable. It offered us walk out access to the pool and spa as well as excellent views of the Gulf coast. Great food was close and easy to find. Funny our two free drink coupons were given at check in for Sharky's across the street, (but we don't drink alcohol so they did not get used). The staff was helpful and friendly every time we were in need of them. Activities were all around for all ages. We had no surprises just a peacful relaxing time to enjoy one another. The elevators were kind of slow at times but I was enjoying the 'get away' so I wasn't really concerned with waiting on an elevator. The overall hotel was amazing and so was our stay. We are VERY glad we chose to believe the mostly good reviews rather than be swayed by the few negative ones! This property is well worth the $$, especially if you get a good deal like we did. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool/hottub. I wish we would have known about the theater that's available to the guests free of charge, prior to our 2nd day. "Picked the ocean instead of mountains this Fall; weather cooperated! PRO's: Spacious non-smoking rooms, roomy bath and large closet, plenty of hot water, full kitchen w/ dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, 2 TVs, great balcony with a view. Super comfortable king bed, fairly good black-out curtains, quality towels, this place is clean-clean-CLEAN (says a lot, being the beach and just after bike-week). Easy beach access, Pool/spa/patio with grilling area really enjoyable, lanscaped grounds, elevators fast and roomy. Very family friendly establishment; Helpful, courteous desk and housekeeping staff and at Sharkey's across the street. Easy parking. View of sunsets and fireworks from roof unbeatable. A few jellyfish but clear snorkeling near the jettys.

CON's: could use few more towel rods or hooks for beachwear; 'high-speed' internet a little slow and wireless very slow. Living room layout a little awkward, fold-out sofa NOT comfortable for 3rd guest. Bare minimum pots/pans, irritating tv remote (scrolls) and no tv programming/movie listings available. Nice theater room available in lobby, but movie rental and grocery shopping a little distant. Towel exchange advertised but not availabe on weekdays, shower pressure a little weak. Rental bike or scooter parking discouraged on property. Requested western-facing room but granted eastern side--meaning early sunsine and 5am garbage collection wake-ups! Room rented for $77, multiple add-on charges brought total to $108/night--a fair price for off-season, but not the killer-deal advertised. Charged $1 for 'free' Pier Park coupon book that was pretty much useless; two free welcome drinks never materialized. No major ugly surprises, we enjoyed ourselves and the uncrowded off-season beaches. Left rested and tan!"

"This was our first time in Panama City Beach and it was awesome. There was a slight mishap when checking in but the front desk associate quickly took care of the problem and compensated us with free dinner at Sharkey's. The view from our room was georgous and so was the room itself. At first I was sceptical about having to cross the street to get to the beach but it was no big deal. We are already planning our next trip to include a few friends because we want to share this beautiful city with others.

Also, I read the comment someone left about hidden fees...there are no hidden fees if you read all of the info about the property. It's all there so I knew exactly what to expect."

My only complains would be that parking got a bit scarce around midnight on Saturday but hey that is to be expected and the wireless as in and out and we were on the 6 floor of a 15 story building...i didn't think that would have been an issue. "My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary in September after I booked Origin in early summer during a special. I read through many of the other reviews, so I anticipated the $100 'cleaning fee'. Not sure why they charge such a hefty fee, when they only replace your bath towels upon request. But they did disclose the fee up front, so you can't accuse them of being misleading. But that's the only downside, but if you can get past that, I think you'll really enjoy your stay. We were there at Origin Thurs night through Sunday, and the weather was fantastic!

The view from the sundeck on the 15th floor is incredible, especially on a clear sunny day. I've always been a huge fan of the Gulf, and this is the place to be after the off season cutoff, while it's still warm!

We had a beach view, king-bed room, which was spotless when we got there. The room technically looked out over the pool, but we still had a great view of the beach. The pool deck is a great location, especially along the balcony when you can look out over the street at the ocean. It was nice because we could just cross the street to go spend a few hours at the beach, then come back and jump in either the big pool or hottub (after a quick rinse off under the outdoor shower of course ;)

There are some watersport rentals all along the beachfront across from Origin, and my wife and I took advantage of the early bird special for two hours at one of them (walk left down the beach from Origin). The guy working the front desk at Origin wasn't very helpful at recommending anyone, so we had to go hunting ourselves. Sharkey's restaurant is right across the street from Origin, and it is definitely worth a dinner on their beachfront deck! The Origin had run out of their 'free appetizer' coupons, but the girl at the front desk just called over and let them know we were coming. She was very helpful in answering some of our other questions about the area...so props to the staff.

Origin is only a few blocks away from Ron Jon and the outdoor/indoor mall. It's not too far from Walmart in case you have to buy some last minute groceries/beach supplies. We also went into Panama City for seafood dinner at a local place, Pier 77...which we also highly recommend!

The bottomline line is that we would definitely come back to Origin at Seahaven. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant vacation at Panama City Beach! "

"I dont know where to begin! The excellent staff were friendly and very accomadating ! Check in time is 4 pm,not only did we show up at 12noon but we were also a day early....No problem,paid for the extra night and within a half hour were in our beautiful room enjoying the unbeliveable view of the gulf out of the wall to wall floor to almost cieling windows!!!!! We stayed a totel of 6 nights and enjoyed each one better then the one before!!!! I highly recomend the one bedroom condo whitch has the bedroom with tv, full closet, bath and shower and awsome and modern king size bed(very,very,comfortable)....long hallway outside bedroom leads past another very spacious closet(unit has more closet space then anyone could use)into the dining area with nice table and chairs and door to the averge balcony(spent a lot of time there)...off the dining area is the living area with slepper couch and 2nd tv....living area is next to beautiful kitchen with marble top bar and 2 barstools,all modern appliances and all dishes,silverware,glasses and cookware (although no frying pan)you need!!! also around kitchen area is closet witch holds ac unit and stack washer and dryer...closet is next to 2nd (half) bathroom....the value of what we got versus money we spent was excellent...this was our first time to panama city beach and we did far to many things to mention here but here are afew i highley recomend : screamer,sharkeys,the excellent food choices around town,pier park and the day trip to pensacola(make sure when returning from pensacola to come back i think its hwy 399 through the natoonal seashore park...whitest sand ive ever seen and beautiful water)...This was one of the best vacations weve ever had(in the top 3)!!!!!one other thing,I need to give a shout out to the awsome and freindly staff at bookit.com...i stumbled apon them on line and am glad i did... I WILL use them for my next vacation plan for sure...in closing,let me asure you i am not a paid spokesman for origin,panama city beach,or bookit .com......I am just a average blue collar american working man that enjoys not getting ripped off and loves a good deal and getting what I pay for...Thank you"

"I was disappointed in the amount of additional fees that were added once we arrived. For the amount of money, we could have rented a condo directly on the beach. To upgrade to a 2 bedroom (the pull out couch was uncomfortable) was a bit more than our budget allowed, so we stayed where we were. The beach view that we requested was actually a sideways view of a piece of the ocean. We could see water, but no beach. The staff seemed apologetic that additional fees were added and commented that we booked it via 'Book it.com'. They neglected to offer the vouchers for the free drinks and we called the next day to receive them. I knew not to expect a lot for 59.00 per night, but after fees, the final cost of the room was quite a bit more, and I would have expected more.

"We had to pay an additional $130 when we arrived for maid services even though there weren't any services. No clean towels, etc. At check in, the woman at the desk was uninformative and looked like she didn't want to be there. We booked a room with an ocean view. The room we had faced the parking lot. We were able to see the ocean, but it wasn't as expected. Friends stayed down the road for the same price and were actually on the beach as opposed to across the street from it and had great service. I would not stay here again."

"My husband and I have stayed twice at Origin Seahaven. It's a very nice hotel, very comfortable, close to many places and they have good prices. They don't provide room service but my husband and I didn't miss it and we liked it. The only complain is the couch. "The staff was extremely helpfull when we changed rooms and upgraded to a bigger room for a very good price. The new room was very big and comfortable. The beach was just a short walk across the street and we received a great deal on the chairs we rented at the beach that was also part of Orgins. The room was very clean excpet for some stains on the carpet. I would stay there again. It was just across the street from Sharkey's which is a good resturant and bar with good music. The view of the beach from our room was great."

When friends arrrived they were first given a room w/o a view but when letting the staff know, they immediately changed their room close to ours also with a view of the ocean. Desk clerk Stacy was absolutely the friendliest person we met while staying at PCB. Sharkey's is across the street and within walking distance and handy for a nightcap but the staff was always rude and food wasn't that great.Seems they are tired of tourist. Take a cab or the free bus to Dusty's, nice place to eat and parking is always packed. Also Mike's Diner and Margaritaville - food was awesome. . All in all our stay was great. We were happy with the great sunshine and the beach access from the Origin is right across the street. WE would definitely stay there again."

"My family and I just came back from our first vacation at Panama City Beach with my in-laws. The Origin was very nice and very convenient to the beach (short walk across the street). We enjoyed the pool and grill on the fourth floor, as well as the gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony. My daughter enjoyed the daily kids' activities. The condo was spacious. The internet and the elevator were a little slow and the carpet could have used a little cleaning, but overall, we enjoyed our 3 bedroom condo. The location was perfect. After reading the reviews about customer service, I was a little skeptical about booking but I have no complaints about anyone on staff. Because I read the reviews and the small print before booking, I was not surprised by the cleaning fees. Also, we did not mind trading our towels or linen on the 4th floor because we went to the pool a lot anyway which is on that floor. Because we had a great experience, we may go back again next year."

"This is our fourth consecutive year staying at Origin. It is across from the beach but you can't tell it is from your room. Elevators are a little slow. Rooms are very clean and very nice. I shop for weeks each summer for the best deals at the best places in Panama City and it always ends up being Origin. No place is perfect but this place is very nice and worth the money easily."

"We have stayed here two year sin a row and have recently booked our third year Very clean upscale decor , nice beach views, the bed is sooo great we were looking for the tag to see what brand it was. Parking garage is nice , always have somewhere safe to park. Staff is very accomadating. You do have to go across the street to get to beach, but it is a very short walk. Elevators are a little slow. Pool, and hottub overlooking are great and overlook Front Beach Road and the beach. HiGHLY RECOMMEND !!!"

"I MUST START OFF BY SAYING THIS PLACE IS GREAT! CHECK IN WAS LISTED AT 4PM, WE ARRIVED AT 9AM & CHECKED IN WITH NO PROBELMS! THERE WAS SOME CONFUSSION ON THE ROOM WE BOOKED, AND GOT TO UPGRADE FROM A BASIC ROOM TO A FULL 1BEDROOM CONDO WITH OCEANVIEW FOR ONLY $22! THE ROOM WELL ROOMY FOR THE 4 OF US, AND OVERLOOKED THE POOL AREA... I DO THINK THAT THE ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN STOCKED MORE WITH KITCHEN ITEMS AND ITEMS NEEDED TO USE THE GRILL. BUT OVER WAS A NCIE PLACE! THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE & HELPFUL. I DO THINK THAT MORE PARKING IS NEEDED. THE PARKING DECK IS SMALL AND TIGHT. AND ONLY 1 PASS PER ROOM. EACH ADD. CAR IS TO PARK NEXT DOOR IN THE 'SAND' LOT... I WILL DEFF BE BACK TO PCB SOON, AND PLAN TO STAY HERE AGAIN!!!"

"My husband told me to plan my birthday trip for the entire family. I searched hotels on bookit.com and immediately felled in love with the pictures and comments of the Origin at Seahaven, and I did book this condo. Two bedroom/2bath on the 13th floor with ocean view. Waking up to the view of the ocean and seeing the excitement on my kids faces were priceless. I am now planning another trip. I will not stay no where else but the Origing at Seahaven...I felt at home. I had no problems, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the pool/spa area was nice and breakfast at Sharky's was also great. This place is awesome . I have told several of my friends, and they loved this place as well. "

"Stayed there July 10-17 2010...I really enjoyed staying there...the price was great, the room was great, had a perfect view of the ocean and the pool. The elevators were not too bad...my only problem might have been finding parking in the parking deck, at times I was afraid to leave and not be able to find parking which did happen one night, but I was able to find parking across the street. There is a cross walk in front of the hotel to get to the beach, and I had no problems crossing. I had a king size efficiency and made breakfast every morning, the rooms have pots and pans and dishes. I even made my own frozen drinks, as they provide a blender and enjoyed them on my balcony! I had no problems getting linen and towels, just had to exchange them. This not a hotel, there is no housekeeping service, you must pick up after yourself but I kind of liked that, didnt have to worry about someone being in my room while I was gone. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Was a bit worried reading the reviews. However, my experience at Origin of Seahaven was excellent. Had a room with a side view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Very peaceful at night time. The main elevators were a little slow but there are other elevators. The staff was friendly to me at least in the times I spoke with them in regards to where to eat and where to go for entertainment. The pool area was real nice and was empty in the times I went in the early evening. Recommended Origin of Seahaven to my sister and her friend and she loved it. Even though I had to paid a cleaning fee at the end of my trip, in my opinion, it was worth it. It wasn't a cheap motel and it's not a expensive hotel either. If you are looking for a place to stay in Panama City Beach for vacation, this is definitely the place to stay. Looking forward to my second stay here"

"Me and a couple friends stayed here last year!!!! Last year we stayed in an efficiency suite with a beach view. Though we were located on the side of the hotel, the view of the beach was amazing!!!! The service was great and check in was fast. We arrive 2 or 3 hours before the check in time and they already had the room ready for us!!! The walk accross the beach is very short and not a problem at all. The pool is really cool and you have a great view of the beach as it is on the fourth floor. My only complaint is the internet was slow but other than that no complaints at all!!! This year we are returning and staying in a three bedroom condo and I am excited to stay here again! "

"Great experience! Stayed in the Beach View Two Bedroom King Master Suite with Sleeper Sofa room. Room was very clean with an amazing view of the beach. Bed was extremely soft, Sunk right into a deep sleep every night. Origins is the best priced resort on the beach. "

"My family and I went down to Panama City for Christmas and stayed on the beach at the Origin. When we got there 3 hours before their posted check in time they quickly prepared our room and got us checked in within 10 minutes of us getting there. The view from the room was wonderful. We were able to see the beach while enjoying cigars from the balcony. Their staff was quick to fix anything we requested and the pictures don't do their updated decor justice. You guys rocked!"

"I was a little concerned about staying at Origin because of some of the reviews I read. Our room was great and the bed was fantastic! We stayed in a king efficiency with beach view. You do have to cross the street to get to the beach which was not an issue for me but might be to others. I hope the next time we visit Panama City that I have the pleasure of staying at Origin again. I think next time, we will try for a larger room and bring some friends along! Our stay was August 27 - August 30, 2010"

"I found the comments regarding the elevator truthful. I ended up using the east elevator the entire stay, alot less traffic. The staff was not well informed, like what floor the sun deck was on, etc. Maybe the person we spoke to was new. Parking deck is way too small for the size of the hotel. The pool is not large, the hours are 10am-10pm, I feel maybe it should be open to adults only after 10pm or at an earlier hour if it must close at 10pm. The room was nice, clean, well decorated. Overall I would stay again. "

"Some of the pictures are misleading. This hotel is across the street from the beach access but has a crosswalk and drivers are happy to stop for pedestrians. The room I stayed in had one king size bed and a pullout couch. The bed was extremely soft but almost to an annoying degree as it was hard to turn over when sleeping. I noticed the bathroom wasted a lot of space and that if it had been trimmed down, another bed could have easily fit into the room. I had trouble connecting to the free internet provided with the room. I tried both on my laptop and my iPod and never got a signal for more than a couple minutes. Overall, the cleanliness was good. However, I noticed several black marks on the walls in my room and in the hallways that had not been bothered to be covered up. It isn't too troubling but still detracts from the hotel's image. The pool is amazing and never gets too warm even when the sun is directly overhead. Sharky's across the street has great food but it is expensive, however, they have live entertainment and their frozen drinks are delicious. Great vacation. Will definitely stay there again, but maybe next time ill pay extra for a better room."

"our stay was great! exspecially for what I paid...the view was nice, the room was awesome for the 5 of us, the kitchen was kool with best kitchenware in it. my down side was that the elevator was slow, at night the parking is off the chain..so at night try and walk if your gonna be out late. you only get towels when u return them and there is no cleaning til you check out. oh, and my room was by the ice machine and at in the wee hours of the morning it would make this loud noise but over all I would do it again."

"Wonderful stay...we were here 4 nights, and really enjoyed our stay. We were in KIng room with balcony that had a great view of the gulf. Bed was the most comfortable ever, and room was good size. The only drawback is the slow elevators, and the parking got very bad on Friday night. We wondered if all the cars trying to park were actually registered guests of Origin or just visitors to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful time for us and our 4 year old granddaughter. We would like to come back there again, real soon!"

"The BEST BEST BEST place to stay in town!!!!! We had a group of 7 and stayed on the 16th floor. 3 master king beds with 3 baths, full kitchen, laundry, never ran out of hot water even running dishwasher and taking showers at same time. The condo was WELL WELL WELL worth the money and I plan on returning again. We stayed 4 nites and enjoyed every moment of it. We did not want to leave, but we had to go back to work. If you are not sure because you have never stayed, PLEASE do try this place as I am sure you will fall in love like we did. Do not have 1 complaint about this condo. You will never sleep in such comfortable beds except probably at home. The water was beautiful and clear also. NO OIL. Please do not cancel your reservations unless you call and ask them directly because we never seen any sign of oil at all. If you ask them about the oil they will tell you. You have to try it out and I am sure that you will LOVE it.!!!!!! I came from Litchfield, IL and had the best time of my life. I will also return there as soon as I can afford to go again."

"Come on down worth every penny! Super clean, comfortable and quiet...we stayed in the one room with the mini-kitchen and patio on the 12th floor near the elevators. Very close to Pier Park shopping. Covered parking. Water is still perfect.....Good frozen drinks at Sharky`s...don`t forget the observation deck...hot tub is great!"

"Origin exceeded our expectations. 2 BR suite was spacious, clean, comfy beds & the view was better than we'd EVER had anywhere. Used their theater a couple nights.(nice) Quick & easy access to the beach. Actually preferred not being on the beach. We had a great view of the beach, but also a nice view of the strip & other action that was going on. Pool area was nice. No elevator problems, other than they were not easily identified, nor was the parking garage, but by end of first day we had it figured out. Would suggest 5th floor & up, for the best view. Will definitely be back."
