"There was a filthy rag left in the guest bath after paying $90 cleaning fee there is no excuse, toothpaste on the door, the master bedroom door is falling apart and wouldn't close higher fees than a condo and not as good a condo. Will never stay there again. Was a big over charge and the extra fees not worth 1 night no discounts. Glad we were out of the room more than in it."

"My main complaint was about the staff. The manager of the property was extremely rude! He was not only rude to my kids he was also rude to me. I reported the incidence and they stated that they had received several complaints on the property management. The first room we were assigned had a broken table in the living room, one of the stove eyes didn't work and one of the TVs would not show any channels. After a full night and day of it not working and the maintenance man not being able to fix the issue they offered us another room. The second room was nice. I would not stay at this property again nor do I recommend anyone else."

"We were first put in room 1802. The room was nasty!!!!! The beds were filthy...mattress had dead bugs on it and were stained horribly. The sheets were not clean. The room was so filthy we were moved to another room. We were moved to 1603. This room was not clean but nothing like the other one. The beds should be required to have mattress pads and should always be washed along with comforters!!!!!!!"
