"My wife and I attend the Seabreeze Jazz Fest every year for the past 4 years. We have stayed here for 3 of those years. This year we enjoyed our stay so much we have booked already for next year and upgraded to a 3 BR Penthouse Suite. She was very excited. We look forward to nest year. "someone threw up in the spa and they drained it but didnt scrub it because it was still on the tiles,disgusting!everyone wears their wet bathing suits dripping everywhere so its slick and wet in all of the elevators and everywhere.they need signs stating that coverups should be worn or at least a towel."

"I don't think I will stay at this resort again. We booked a 3 bedroom condo. The condo was so small and narrow - you could line three people up hand to hand and touch wall to wall. The master bedroom had no closet and no chest of drawers to put your clothes. The elevators were horrible. Long wait. Also, my key deactivated one morning and I went to the office and found the doors locked. I was told that the office opens at 8:00 a.m. - this was around 8:20."

"Swear we clicked and picked a 'beach front' condo, but were assigned to the building across the street with a 'view' of the beach. Master overlooked strip and lovely sounds of cars revving and teens screaming. Getting to the beach was a real hike. Two elevators, across a parking garage, across the walkway, etc. Room was NOT the room in the pictures!!!! Several items broken, bathroom door slit in half and worked, but unsightly. No glass top on coffee table, so couldn't use. Decorative clock on wall broken, etc. Not well maintained for the price. Beach was beautiful, pool facilities well maintained, staff friendly. I would never recommend this location for a family with small children on Spring Break. Other renters were loud and used filthy language repeatedly in front of our 12 year olds. I had a deep sea fishing lure miss me by 12 inches while sitting at the pool. Someone decided to cast from his balcony and said he was trying to reach the pool. Whatever. Grounds were well maintained, unit clean, except for carpet that needs cleaning."

"Your opinion varies as to what your looking for on a trip. For me advertising should be just as you state and nothing left for imagination. The condo resort is nice but the location is in the middle between S.Thomas and Pier Park. for me its better to be at one or the other as you have more options to walk to from your hotel when it comes to shopping and dining. They did NOT have any shops as they advertised on your shop as they were all closed and had moved out. People should know the truth don't advertise it if its not true. The only thing they had where the shops are were the 2 restaurants. The condo was clean when we arrived. however to me the condo lacked space. From all the other condos Ive rented in the past in Panama City to me this was tight. We had a 2 BR with Bunks in the hallway.2 bath. The bathrooms were definitely hugh and nice the bedrooms were very tight as you could barely get around the bed to walk. The living room space was tight as well. I prefer something more spacious. They advertised it was over 1100 square feet but the layout was not spacey. Again, this is where your opinion matters. The pools were nice and kept clean. However they close at 10pm. Now to the Tiki Bar which was advertised with this hotel. It was terrible. They only stayed open til around 6:45pm. I thought that was terrible. Also, you can not get normal and very popular drinks made for you there because the establishment only pushes their drink called the 'ray ray'. This is not a TIKI BAR. so again more false advertising. My family and I were not pleased here but again your opinion varies. Parking was challenging and hard to find a spot and its very tight in the parking garage so be careful. I will not stay here again. One because not all things that were advertised were not given at this property. Two, because it was over priced. I don't like being mislead. "
