"In 2004 myself along w/family vacationed in Panama City Beach and had to deal with all of the re-construction that was taking place due to the hurricanes and their damages. This June of 2009 I was told that most of the renovations were completed and hotels were updated. The Chateau Hotel holds it own next to those multi-floor, high price luxury hotels. Our room was very clean upon arrival and kept clean daily. Our view of the Gulf was awesome to say the least. Jet ski rentals, para-sailing and padded lounge chairs with umbrellas were just for rent a few yards from our balcony. And the room prices are very fair. I do plan to stay again at The Chateau on any future trips to PCB, FL."

"We were in Panama City in June of 2009. I would recommend the Chateau to my family and friends. We had a great time and everyone there was great to us. Our room was clean and if we had any questions, they were there to help us out. Thank you all. We also recommend those 21 or older to go to Coyote Ugly Saloon, oh what a time we had there! We also went to that Club La Vela, we were not impressed at all. I would say it’s more for teenagers but not adults. The only downfall of our trip was the parking lot at the Chateau was too small. There is not enough parking."

"We stayed at the Chateau, and our room was clean and had a perfect view. Thank you all for a great time. The staff and cleaning ladies were all so nice, and the maintenance guys had to come to our rescue. Thank you! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only downfall is parking. There are not enough parking spaces. As long as they do not rise up their prices, we will keep coming back to the Chateau Motel. Again, thank you all."

"The Chateau is amazing!!! It is the best place ever to stay at for Spring Break. The staff is great and the night police were awesome!!! This is probably not a 'family' place to stay, well atleast not between February throuh April but I had the best experience of my life staying here on my senior spring break and i will be returning again this year! I hope they never tear down this hotel because everything about it is amazing!!!!"
