The property is not a hotel and each unit is individually owned, so renters have several different rental options. It is undergoing major concrete renovation and will be doing so until next year, so keep that in mind when booking. Still the best view and location on the beach.

See these pictures of the room (I put them on the google drive): drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B1XrloxOpZ7sOWVvUDFnWVlXRzQ&usp=sharing I'll put a movie there too so they cannot deny that its their hotel well if it can be called a hotel. I booked two rooms and I was really screwed by hotwire and this hotel... twice. It was supposed to be 2 and half star, but it should be negative stars (Hotwire's fault, and they refused to cancel). To make it a short list: lots of cockroaches (I killed 10 up to... Read more

Was here 4 times over the last few months and really enjoyed our stay. There is construction going on, but it will be the "Beautiful Bleau" once they are finished. Grew up driving by this wonderful historic place, only to stay somewhere else. My Mom and I always wanted to stay here. Well now I have and am thouroughly pleased. Each unit is individually owned, so there is great diversity. Just look at their individual reviews-You won't be sorry. Each room has an ocean view and a fully stock... Read more

Vintage property with old Florida style. We had a great stay! Beautiful water views from balconies and steps from the sugar sands of Panama City Beach. The rooms were clean with beachy decor. Each unit is privately owned, but managed by property management company. The concierge was nothing but helpful! Please note, there is a resort fee for this hotel that may not be included in the price if you book on a travel website.

I went with my daughter. It was dirty, huge problem with bugs in room. Could not get anyone to help. Office was closed the whole week. Other workers on property couldn't or wouldn't help. There was a number on frig but they were also no help. Lights were out in bathroom. Also only partial linens on one bed. Laundry exchange also out for the week. There was no room anywhere else so we were stuck. I had to buy lights and bug spray and treat myself. The place was a dump and overpriced. I complain... Read more

Overall, my family members and I had a pleasant time, and had no major problems with the room. The highlight was definitely the proximity to the water and the nearby things to do in Panama City Beach. We weren't expecting much and planned to spend most of our time on the beach. We encountered a lot of problems with our check-in. We arrived early Saturday morning and were lucky that the building manager happened to be onsite attending to a permanent tenant. The arrival information told us to go... Read more

There are many different types of accommodation on the property depending on how much you would like to spend and what type of property you are most comfortable with. With individual owners you see EXACTLY the room you will be checking into. With management companies they have many listings and fill the next available with the bookings so you cannot be certain the room you see will be the room you get. This is information that most travelers who review the property omit. Also some individual ... Read more

Everything (cleanliness, amenities, kitchen supplies, towels/linens, proximity to the beach, exclusivity of the beach, size of the room, price, ease of check-in etc.) was GREAT except for 4 things: 1. Roaches. My husband and I killed several. We were told that the room is regularly treated for pest, but 2. On the first morning, a homeless (perhaps) man with blood dripping from his forehead was on the elevator. It was very scary for our children and me, to say the least. We later saw the police... Everything was perfect in our room. We have a ocean view from the third floor. We didn't use the pool while we stayed there but it was nice from what I could see. We were literally right on the beach from our room. We did have some problems with our room but we let our "owner" know (the person we rented our room from) overall wonderful stay!!!

My daughter made the reservation for us and went through one of those rental companies, I'm not sure which one, I'm not reviewing it, I'm reviewing the room. At Fontainebleau Terrace it is not a hotel but individually owned units. All units are individually owned and rented. The owner of ours was Donna and she was great. You can't make reservations directly by calling Fontainebleau Terrace. Our room was on the side not ocean view. This is an older building on Panama City Beach. Our room was ta... Read more

We stayed in 218 and had the gulf balcony. The view and location were absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and prompt and everything was clean. Aesthetically it could use a little updating/facelift but not necessary. We liked to call it "vintage" and we're good with that! Many thanks to Vacasa who managed the rental. Will be staying with them again!

Very clean and well maintained. Rooms are really nice. Each room is unique. Beach themed. Great view of the ocean and open beach and sand dunes. Huge indoor swimming pool that makes it a great place to stay even during the winter months.
