"ok-in case you don't read far enough-It turns out GREAT. We arrived a bit late on Saturday evening, called the after hours number,the young man didn't seem to know much about our reservation or the Twin Palms, after a few mis-steps we were in the condo- it was awful-carpet so dirty and huge stains i was afraid to take my shoes off,the only bed was not made-pillows in the floor, ok we decide to make the best of it and settle in. Then we discovered the hall bath had a leak that ran every 3 minutes very loudly. To say we were not very happy is an understatement! and the kicker it had ants(the first night on the sliding door-i wiped it clean, next morning on the table across from sliding door,finally on monday morning in the kitchen, the floor,sink and walls. We had enough and when the office opened i made a beeline for it. The young woman was concerned and asked for about 30 minutes to see what she could do, i also asked that we be moved to an upper floor, all i can say is she is very good at her job,within 20 minutes she had another condo for our inspection which we found most acceptable. After a few minutes to leave the condo in clean(sic) condition we moved and had the very best view and a wonderful condo. Not one thing did we find to complain about-clean, neat, nice furnishings, plenty of everything - we had a small dinner party and all commented on the nice tableware. We found a great home away from in the Twin Palms1"

"We returned again this September after our first trip to Twin Palms last September. We absolutely love the location! Our one bedroom condo was just as good as the one last year. However, when we arrived, there were only two glasses and two teaspoons in the kitchen. After contacting the front desk, the housekeeping supervisor brought us a new box of spoons, still in the wrapping, and new glasses, a full set. She was very fast and very friendly. Hoping to make this THE location for us every year. And once again, the bed was so comfortable! I slept better than I have for months. (But maybe it was because of where we were. No, it was the awesome bed!)"

"It was an overall great experience. We were there the 1st week of September!! Our room was on the 22nd floor and it was very nice. Only thing I wish that was different there is that the pool was saltwater verses chlorine. We would most definitely go back!"

"The condo was kinda old (for the february price) but the front desk guy was great. The one bathroom had a bad leak and they had the water off and the bathroom fan was really loud, but it was OK. Clean and met our needs."

"Stayed at the twin palms. Was very dissappointed in the staff and the room. It was very ruff. The carpets were nasty and the furnityre wax very old and damaged. Check in was at 3 finally got in room at 6. Once we got to room cleaning staff still in the room. Never will stay at these condos again !"

"Took a fall trip to the beach to celebrate our anniversary...Great place to stay. Room was very clean. Loved loved loved the beach this time of year. the pool area is a little small but you don't go to the beach to lay by the pool. Would definitely stay here again."

"We were very impressed with our condo at Twin Palms. Our ocean view was awesome! We was on the 18th floor. The 2 spas were really nice and felt so good at night time. We also made use of the grills out by the pool. One night we cooked out hamburgers and ate at the beachfront table. We would for sure stay in Twin Palms again and would recommend it to a friend!"

"Overall, the stay was great. (Other than sharing it with tropical storm Lee.) Clean and comfortable. A few things could have been better. There was an ironing board but no iron, the tub in the master barely drained, but luckily there were 2 bathrooms and the other on was fine.

We had requested 8-12 floor and were on the 21st. The chair rental that was included in our room price, for some reason, was two condos down from where we were. There were chairs with Twin Palms logo on them that we could not sit in. They stayed empty for the most part, too. Why we had to walk that far for nothing was beyond me. BUT-the bed was comfortable, the pillows were awesome (coming from someone with a ruptured disc in her neck) and the view was magnificent. Parking good. Overall, I would give it a 4 out of 5. Hoping to steal another vacation there next year! I'm gonna start looking January 2. Ha! Thanks, bookit for making this possible."

"My wife and I frequent Panama city Beach Fla.. We try to go 10 times a summer. On Avg.. Twin Palms Deserves a Great Rating. I usually do not do the rating thing. But, in this case I will..... The Staff upon arrival was very friendly and Quick to give us all the information and Codes to all gates and room. I was Impressed with how clean and organized the room was. Easy access to the beach. Over-all I would visit this establishment as many times as possible.
