This place is run a little more like a hotel vs. a condo rental like other units on the beach we've stayed at before. The unit was well kept and the amenities were great. Even with a busy weekend and the massive building between the 5 pools there were always chairs available. Great location to the beach, Pineapple Willies and Wal-mart. Once you park you won't need your car. I did have a "reservation glitch" so please make sure you get an email confirmation and it never hurts to call prior to y... Read more

I booked this through groupon as they have a deal listed. This is the Gulf-view 1 bedroom unit that can stay up to 6 people. We had 4 ppl and stayed here the week before Memorial Day weekend. The unit was clean. One bedroom with kingsize bed, full bathroom, closet, and TV. One bunk bed for two with full bathroom (but right next to the AC unit so it can be noisy when the air is on). Kitchen with appliances and TV (with CD/DVD players) in the kitchen/living room area. Sofa with sheets and pillow... Read more

The room we rented was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a cubby that had bunk beds. The room was on the 13th floor on the beach side and the view was awesome. The room was very nice and at a glance the hotel is very nice. There were a few issues though which is why I can't give it 5 stars. First, you are charged a cleaning fee and a damage fee. I understand that most of these condo rentals do this but that doesn't mean it's ok. I already paid $580 for two nights and they hit you for anoth... Read more

Panama City beach has become one of the best value vacation spot, next to my hometown in Atlanta, Georgia. Good places to stay and eat with reasonable prices. A variety of activities from charter fishing trips (which I like most) to amusements activities. Kids having fun with the scooter rides. Adults having a blast at the bars.

Our two bedroom was great. There was a full kitchen, two bedrooms and another area with twin beds. During our stay it was very quiet with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The balcony and living room were outstanding. We had a wonderful stay. There was five pool three on the 10th floor. Also a very nice deli.

My fiancé and I stayed here last summer on a groupon. We got a one bedroom at an awesome price. This property is not directly on the beach but it is literally just a few footsteps away. The beach access is right next to Pineapple Willy's so we picked up a drink then went to the beach! The room was huge we hated it was just the two of us because there was room for like 4 more people! Yes the person after you that checks in may have a room that is ready...they are assigned before you even check in not when you check in. Elevators will be crazy during check in and check out times. This complex is large very large! Beware you will have to wait sometimes in excess of 20 minutes for an elevator. There are not enough elevators for the amount of rooms. I believe there are only 6, 3 at the main entrance and 3 all the way to the opposite end of the complex. They are also very hot no a/c. When the doors open and you get off the elevator the hot air outside actually feels like it's a/c air. Also our room was not very clean. I had to vacuum the worn out carpet which had food and... Well, overall... This place is really nice. Even though it's not directly on the beach, accessing the beach is extremely easy to do. I was very nervous about being able to access the beach with it not being directly on it, but overall it wasn't bad at all. There is a boardwalk type deal that you can take out to the beach, so it wasn't really a hassle. On top of the overall quality, the resort has several different pools that you can choose from. I will start with the positive - very nice room/suite. Lots of room, nice kitchen, washer dryer, huge balcony, over all very clean. Only weird part is - why is there carpet?!?!? Now for the bad. Arrival is a real pain because they will not allow unloading anywhere but in a heavily 'policed' parking lot. The parking 'attendant/rent-a-cop' is a real jerk and makes it difficult.Elevators have extremely long waiting times and once you finally get in, there is no A/C in them. So you are packed in sho... Room was fine. needs a few updates, the dining room table and microwave were broken. We left for the evening and came back to roaches in the kitchen. We told the front desk, they offered to spray but we decided to have them wait until we checked out. We decided to just keep food in sealed items and take trash out often. Everyone wanted the Master bath, very nice! Staff was nice. Great view.
