"I don't understand the $15 parking fee and the $45 nonrefundable damage fee. When we got there the back sliding door wouldn't lock, had to use a board to keep door secure. Front of kitchen drawer falling off. Living room carpet was dirty. Elecrical outlets not working on kitchen bar. I don't understand the damage fees when the damage is already there and not being fixed. We did no damage to the unit, but there was damage already there. Great area to stay, disappointed with the condo unit for the money."

"I would definately stay here again. The staff was very friendly at check in. I was pleasantly pleased with our room. When booking a room online I always worry it will not be big enough or nice. It was both. We liked where the room was with the pool and the beach. It was close to everything we needed and would definately stay here again!"

"The condo was in a great location for families with small children. It was a few yards from the beach and pool. The kitchen was fully equiped. The washer and dryer were great!!!
The negatives..............the condo was not clean when we arrived. The condo furnishings were outdated and in need of serious attention. The bed mattress was in desperate need of replacement, it sagged when you sat or laid down.

"I have rented units here in the the past. I was very disapointed with the unit. It was very much in need of updating. The furniture was worn and the pull out sofa would not lay flat. The carpet in the bed room was worn and coming away fron the base board in several places. Our stay was good just disapointed in the condo. Thought the unit was overpriced for the quailty. Great location."
