"The resort was beautiful and very clean. We had a 1 bedroom. It consisted of one king size bed, sofa sleeper in the living room area and 2 bunk beds that are located in front of the second bathroom's door. The bunk beds are located in the alcove, sectioned off neatly by themselves and there was a small closet for shoes and hanging clothes. They had 2 hot tubs, side by side and a fitness center combined. They also had in that same area a bathroom/a shower and a steam room/spa. These areas had a code in order for you to use them. Make sure that you keep up with the package, the codes are inside. We arrived about an hour late. The staff only works from 8-5. If you get there after 5, you will have to use the phone on the wall and talk with customer service. They have a box that will have your name on it along with a temporary key. The following day, you check in with the front desk and they will give you another key. Also, there was a cleaning fee of $86 dollars, depending on how many rooms you have. They have a limited parking of 15 minutes, upon arrival. They have parking across the street in a secure location. We arrived on Wednesday and had no problem with the elevators until Friday afternoon. My biggest gripe, the elevator! They have 30 floors and limited elevators to accompany all the floors. There were people walking up and down the stairs with luggage and other items. It is impossible to check out @ 10. The elevators are slow and we ended up walking down all of our luggage. Unless you have plenty of patience and do not mind waiting about 20 minutes for an elevator, stay elsewhere."

"I stayed in RM 2318. The condo was more than expected. I'm a fanatic for cleanliness. It was just like home. My kids enjoyed their bunk beds. Staff was exceptionally nice. I recommended this resort to several friends and family. The beach front area was well kept. Parking space in the garage was readily available. Pier Park was only 5 minutes down the road. My kids had a wonderful time here because everything was conveniently located. I will return again next year for Spring break. If time permits, I might try to visit sooner than that! Thanks!!!!!"

"Was a little disappointed. We were on the 27th floor and there were elevators not working. Getting to the beach, back to our room and so forth was a bit of a chore. It took us at least 25 mins. We had trouble getting our internet to work in our room and was not given wrist bands at check in. There were huge stains in the carpet in the den which was not very appealing. I am not sure that we will ever go back."

"Overall, the trip and my stay was good and I plan on returning in the future. I stayed in unit 2512. I did have a few minor issues regarding the cleanliness of our condo. First, the entry was very dirty. Food and paper were left at the front door. Also, the couches and chairs really needed a thorough cleaning. I am aware of normal wear and tear of a condo, but a little more effort could of been given to cleaning. Pillows and sheets also were spotted. Luckily, we packed our own. In addition, light bulbs were out. These were some issues that really concerned me especially since a clean up fee is something I had to pay. So my suggestion would be to make sure the condos are clean thoroughly."

"We stayed in Unit 712 and I ABSOULTLY LOVED IT!! Everything was wonderful, the condo was beautiful and very accomodating for my family and friends! But I was not aware that there would be a $100 cleaning fee until I check-in, I would have like to have know that IN ADVANCE! You may want to just include it in the total cost."

"We stayed in Unit 412 and it was fabulous! We were so close to the beach! It was very spacious. Plenty of room for our 3 children to spread out with no conflicts.lol Our dvd was not working in our master suite and after maintenance could not repair it they went and bought a brand new one! The staff was so efficient with all of our needs. The condo and all its amenities made you want to spend all of your time there! We go to PCB anually but this was the first time at Tidewater and it will definately not be our last!"

"We were very pleased with our condo it was very roomy, clean and we had a decent view. I thought I had booked an oceanfront room but we were over the pool with a small view of the ocean. My only complaint is we checked in at 6:00 pm there is no staff on duty after 5:00 pm there were no instructions on my reservation if we arrive after 5:00 pm. There was a note on the front desk to pick up the phone and get instructions on what to do. When I spoke with the person they gave us our code to to get our paper work out of the lockbox. The person didn't tell us we would need a gate code to get in and it was located on the package. They also did not tell us we had to come back down the following morning to finish the check in process. The following day we went out for the entire day when we returned at 9:00 pm our door keys would not work. We had to go back to the lobby to the after hours phone and they had to contact security for us. Evidently if you do go back down the following morning to check in they change your door keys and you are locked out. I was also not happy that the cleaning fee was not included in the booking process. When I made my reservations I looked all over the price searching to see if there was a cleaning fee and this is embedded at the bottom in the small print. The cleaning fee should be noted when booking the room so you can prepare for this. There were a number of other places that were offering no cleaning fees and I would have gone for one of them."

"Such a nice, roomy condo. But waiting 15 minutes each time I needed to get up or down from our 13th floor was so awful. Elevators were hot and sticky - they need about 6 more elevators! It was overcrowded with people - the pools were packed and the ocean was way too overcrowded. We've stayed in many different places in Panama City and will never stay this close to the strip again - the traffic and the elevators in this condo did us in..."

"Overall I like the condo it was well kept and pretty clean. Although we were exspecting Ocean front not ocean view which was a side view. Also all the beds were very hard. Our kids wouldn't even sleep in the bunk beds and the pull out couch wasn't much better. The elevators were very slow. Location was great very close to Pier Park. Also the condo did have everything we needed ex. blow dryer, shelves in br, WD, and the decor was very nice. I would probably stay again if the beds are improved but my husband Im not so sure about. He was very disappointed that it wasn't ocean view for what we paid for it."

"mixed feelings....our Cable was not working the way it should've...day before we left we wre told we had to call Comcast to deal with it....Seriously....???!!!nour Phone was not working...i was brushed off with 'oh we will let the owner know...'....i looked at her for 1 min....she never wrote it down....The owner probably still does not know...nWe were supposed to provide our own Toilet paper after roll 1 or 2...never saw that before....nor was there fresh towels provided for 7 days...we got one set..and that was it...nI would rather go back to Boardwalk and Shores of Panama next time..."

"We stayed on the 27th floor 3 bedroom 3 bathroom....the suite was very spacious and comfortable..The stay there was execellent and WILL DO IT AGAIN.. no complaints or cons. Loved everything about the resort."

"My overall experience was excellent. I had a wonderful time and the condo was superb, but I was very dissatisfied with having to pay an additional clean up fee. I feel as though it should have been included in the price. If I do book again in the future. Please include my cleaning fee.

"Tidewater has spoiled my friends & I. We loved the space and the entire resort. We misplaced a key card and the desk person was very polite & asked some questions & gave us another one. We found the rental very clean & set up for supplies needed until we could get to the store. This was our first visit to a condo & we loved it. We actually plan on booking a trip back to Tidewater next year. Excellent....."
