"This hotel was definitely not a 3-STAR rating. The rooms were smelly, the linen was definitely not clean. The rug was filthy. The chairs were so dirty that we had to get extra sheets to put on them before we could sit down. The refrigerator door did not fasten properly but the hotel management did replace it with another one within 30 minutes. The service at the hotel was excellent and they did the best they could with what they had to work with. My husband says this hotel is RAUNCHY with a capital 'R'!!!"

"I found the service to be one the best parts of my stay. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to guide me through my stay. I merely had to ask and they instantly provided the answers. Awesome Staff!!!!
The room was lovely and spotless. It looked good and felt clean. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough clean towels. The a c was icy cold. I loved that since it was so hot outside. The amenities were great with an onsite laundry, work out room, pool and a great breakfast in the mornings, you had everything you could possibly want. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is searching for a good place to stay, where the price is extremely reasonable."

"Did not have a room as described on the web site. Looked at six rooms and took the one without the balcony.The blanket on the bed had small curly black hairs all through out. Had a efficency kitchen but no table and chairs to sit and have a meal. This motel is good for a one nite stay going thru town or a party bunch, not for a family in our opinion."

"this is an average hotel with above average service. lets face it its no embassy suite but yet the price, included amenities like full breakfast and newspapaers was enough to maKE me return. we had two large queen beds in a large panel wall tv and cooking kitchen. large bath was also just right. the ppool was clean and comfortable and gas grills were avaialble. tv and computer area was enough to distract me in a good way. the freee fast internet were a must for the kids iphone and computers. staff was responsive and awake!!! hotel is close to everything if u have a car.nnjust right. wish it was on the beach but close enough to enjoy."

"This was the worst hotel in my experience. The pots and pans were unusable and the kitchen didn't work. We had a ver didficult time trying to make dinner. Stay at any other place than here. They tried helping but I even had to call corporate headquarters to demand better service. Don't plan to eat and sit with your family on a table, the suites don't have any. This hotel was really dirty and my room had fleas which bit me. I will show these pictures to everyone."

"I normally never stay in a hotel when I travel,I usually go for the condos,villas,or houses just for the additional space and home feeling. This was a short one night trip for a friend's wedding in Panama City. I never expect anything great with a hotel because I've stayed in the best,but this was great! I was running so late for the wedding. I checked in and my key did not work,I was unsure if the attendants was paying attention or knew what she was doing because she had to ask the other attendants how to check me in. I came back down alittle frustrated the lady quickly fixed my cards,help me carry my bags,and goggled&printed directions for the wedding site on the beach. I would not have made it without her. So of course I can say 5star service. When I returned to the room I was able to capture everything I missed in the quick clothing change. The room was also a 5star:great bed,full kitchen(sink,stove,microwave,&fridge----not the mini),and balcony. The beat suite I've every stayed. Then to top it off waffles,eggs,and Bacon in the complimentary breakfast. Way more than what I expected!"
