Hampton is a excellent hotel to stay in. The facilities are always clean and the staff are very helpful and nice. The breakfast is always good and you are greeted with a smile from the front desk staff. The front desk advise upon arrival if you anything, please give us a call. I will recommend Hampton to all my family and friends.

I'very stayed in Hampton Inns before. This is not a good representation of the brand. Older rooms...small tvs and cramp spaces. Not worth the money even if the location is close to the beach. Keep looking!!

This Hampton was a real disappointment after our stay in Mobile. The air conditioning did not cool the room in our first room. They put us in a second room and the key card reader on the door works sometimes and sometimes not, the bathroom sink was cracked and stained, very sad!

OVERPRICED for the small room and accommodations that you get. The room is small, you feel cramped. The TV placement is so low you have to prop up numerous pillows to view it which ends up in you getting one hell of a sore neck

Wonderful, fabulous place to stay! We will definitely stay here when in the Panama City area again. Fabulous People and a welcoming place to stay. Our trip was delightful and refreshing after a long day of travel.

Decided to stop in the Hampton Inn Panama City Beach for the night. We were pleasantly surprised with snacks, drinks in the lobby as we arrived. Our room was clean and as always the staff in our Hampton Inn was gracious and loved their smiles. Only complaint was the room was smaller than at other locations.

Well when we checked into the hotel we were surprised to find out the Hampton Inn started a HAPPY HOUR and free beer which was a real nice touch. Great time to meet and other guest and with the ones I was traveling with and we arrived from 5 states ....what a great time!

Out of all the Hampton Inn Hotels that I stay at, this has got to be the worst hotel. The room was very dirty, the towels had stains on them, and the tub was nasty. I ended up taking a shower with my sandals on because it was dirty.

I read several recent reviews of this Hampton Inn and was hesitant to go but I was extremely pleased to find that as I went with realistic, common sense expectations, they were all met. The desk staff were very helpful in check in and check out; the host and hostess at breakfast were great, friendly and kept the facility clean and well stocked; the facility was clean and convenient.

Quick drive to the beach, but conveniently off the crowded strip. Clean, breakfast provided, nice pool. We enjoying staying here, then we park at Schooners or the state park for day access to the beach.

We have been staying at this hotel for the past few years and the service is consistently great! Angie at the front desk is always helpful and professional. Upon entering the room at checked in, we immediately noticed the room was clean and smell real fresh! We had the DND sign on our door the entire week that we stayed and we appreciate that Housekeeping honored our request. Everyone was friendly and always eager to help. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedding is really clean. You can actually feel clean sitting on the bed cover. The hotel needs a little update in the bathrooms but someone told me they are doing an update after Labor Day. Close to a lot of good restaurants and not far from the public beach.

They had very clean room. The breakfast was nice. The room was in a good location but not right on the beach. It had good restaurant located close by. I didn't use the gym but it looked nice. I loved that it had a pool and hot tub.

Checked in fine, while walking to room, noticed floors in hallway were a little worn/dirty. Not terrible at all, but just...not great. Room was decent - same vibe - older/dated, but served it's purpose. Bathroom needed some work - sink cracked, rust on some metal, etc. Have had many solid experiences at Hampton Inns, but this wasn't one of them. If I ever go back to Panama City, would definitely stay somewhere else. Definitely not worth the price at this one ($230?!). Expected much better qualit... Read more

The front desk staff was friendly. Good hotel location ..near the beach and many restaurants. Our room was a nice size but I was very very dissatisfied with the cleaning service. It was just my husband and I traveling and were are pretty neat people. The maid service was awful. They made our bed but never dusted and or cleaned very well our bathroom sink. I would not stay again at this Hotel. Panama City beach is a beautiful city and we will absolutely visit again.

Staff was great and very helpful with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The hotel is typical of most Hampton inns. We had a great time for our stay and I would book this hotel again. They do not have a washer and dryer available like most Hampton inns do though, but offered a service of waging them for $1.25/Ln.

The hotel was fine. The breakfast wasn't exciting and not much to choose from. Employees were visiting with friends rather than working. The pool area was nice but had not had attention in quite some time.

The facilities are excellent and if you want to be close to the activity the hotel is a great location - without the congestion of the "Front Beach Road" activity. The rooms are very nice, the bed sleeps great, and the room was very clean. The breakfast offers a wide variety from waffles to eggs to cereal. And the staff was very attentive. You could find hotels across Hathaway bridge for a lower price - but given the location of the Hampton, you get what you pay for.

I wanted to get away from Atalanta just for a day, decided to drive down with my cousin and stay over Saturday night...price was crazy $240 for one night, so with that price I am expecting NOT to stand at the counter and wait 5 min for someone to show up. We arrived at 7p.m. and no one is visible...I called the number on the business card and the phone rang at least 20 times before I hung up. Another guest passing by indicated she waited 5 min when she checked in. A guy walks around the corne... Read more

Paid way too much for this stay. The bedding had Queen labels, but the beds were full sized beds - when you make a trip as long as we did, you know the difference. Decent location, restaurants and public beach are a short drive. This hotel is tucked back a little way from the road, so there are no views of city or beach. Breakfast was standard (and employees were helpful).

Pluses include very nice receptionists and a better than usual breakfast buffet. Negatives are rubber pillows that left me with a stiff neck, need for a major update and a certain amount of grime as evidenced by the photo of the air return over the tub. Ugh.

Really enjoyed this hotel for my and my brother and sister's stay at PCB. It wasn't the best price, but perhaps reasonable for the area we were staying in. It was only 5-10 min from the beach and very clean. The staff was also courteous and helpful.

I expected the quality to be much better for the price $230 per night. I will not stay her ever again. The hot tub waa full of sand. There were kids in and put all night. I really expected some quiet tome and relaxation in the hot tub after a long and stressful work week. Not the getaway I planned to have.

Part of our vacation time was spent at Panama City Beach. We were meeting up with family staying at the Naval Base. This was a perfect location and put us near the beach without the crazy crowds. It was a relaxing stay for our family of 5. We were accommodated with extra pillows for my nerve disorder and a pack-n-play for our youngest to sleep in.

Made reservations two weeks in advance to insure accommodations. After a 7 hour car drive upstate, I received a dismissive phone call unapologetically informing me my room was no longer available. Mind you, this is at 5pm after being on the road all day. Guess it doesn't pay to be a Hilton Honors member or plan your trips accordingly if the point of getting a confirmation number doesn't hold your room. Older Hotel, but clean. You are a good 20 minutes away from everything if there's traffic. Only one waffle maker at breakfast, so there was always a line. The Breakfast Hostess was slow on refilling the food and drinks. Elevator and hall ways were extremely hot. Almost took my breath away to ride the elevator to the third floor. Overall, definitely not worth the money.

The hotel was in ok condition, but with that said I do have to give a HUGE shout out for the housekeepers. The bathroom in my room was probably the cleanest that I have seen in months-it was obvious they took the time to scrub the tub, toilet and sink. This may sound strange, but usually one can find a few spare "hairs" in the bathroom. There were none to be found, even in the tub/shower!! We stayed overnight in a very nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet room. The beds provide great comfort for the best rest. The staff is very friendly. Everything in the hotel page website is exactly as it is. They pull no punches. Cookies at night and a very decent breakfast area that is clean and well stocked Depending on what location you are looking for it may not be perfectly located to everything but provides easy driving access to major highways. This hotel was just ok compared to other Hilton hotels. The location was not desirable for me, but it wasn't terrible. I'm just not familiar with PCB area. The view were only of parking lot and trees. This area hotel is closest to the Panama City lagoon, but there's no view of it from the rooms. There were local restaurants near by which is a plus. The hotel hallway was very hot and humid; however, the A/C in the individual rooms worked very well.

We recent stayed here on our way back to our home in central Florida via Rt 98. The motel is a bit off from highway 98. The desk clerk was very blunt and not very helpful, not telling us where the elevator or luggage carts where - we had to search and discover. It was obviously an older motel and not worth the money we paid. There was only one, very slow elevator and our air conditioner was so loud it made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Don't think we will be returning. O

Stayed one night because we went down one day early before our condo was ready. This hotel was sold out except for the king suite. I'm glad we got this room! It was very roomy. Had a kitchenette area with a microwave and a small fridge. Room needed updating but was very clean. Kayla at the front desk went out of her way to help me whenever I needed something. AND she had a smile on her face when she did it! The same goes for the breakfast staff! I would definitely stay here again.
