Overall we had a pretty good stay. Starting off thought it was going to be bad, we unlocked our room to find someone else in it. Yes they gave the same room to two families. They did give a % off our next visit. Liked having the breakfast, not too many places in PCB offer this. Pool is nice. Rooms were clean.

The room was clean and in good shape. Nice view of the ocean. The only complaint I have is we originally were just staying one night but on check in asked if we decided to stay a second night when did we need to let them know. We were told to let them know asap if we wanted the second night, two hours later we told them we wanted the second night but it was a different person at the desk. Had a very pleasant stay. Was at the Hampton for two days and did not like it. The desk was not very helpful and there was nothing around there. Moved to the Days Inn and the employees were friendly and helpful and the stay was much more enjoyable. Had a great time. So glad to have moved and the room was more reasonable and just as nice. Thank you.

On the beach, breakfast was decent, and nice pool. Hotel in need of major renovations. Roaches were terrible! They were all over the bathroom (coming out of cracks, on the walls, on the floor). Took luggage to car bc I was afraid of bringing roaches home. I was terrified of other bugs entering the room bc there are huge gaps between the door and the frame. There was hair in the tub and on our towels--luckily I travel with cleaning supplies. I just didn't feel safe having my kids there.

This hotel lacks in up to date decor. There was rust on corner of bathroom door, and wall trim by it. The bathroom door would not open all the way. The whole building needs a redo. The bed was extremely comfortable. Tile, no carpeting probably because of sandy beach. It is directly on the beach. All windows overlook the beach and we have a private balcony. The balcony also overlooks the beach. For those reasons we will go back. Breakfast good. Access to beach excellent.

Pirate themed pool area opened 24 hours with a bar. Plenty of parking, a red light at the entrance makes for easy access. Leaving the hotel can be tricky depending on traffic. Continental breakfast is ok, but no waffles. House cleaning staff is slacking, the beds got made for the most part but some of the pillows and blankets would be thrown over a chair. Towels would be changed but not the washcloths. Being on bottom floor is really convenient, but the guests above have a tendency to throw foo... Read more

I love that this hotel has ceramic tile instead of carpet, a full size refrigerator and that it's right on the beach. I did bring some rugs to wipe my feet on before getting in bed. Our air conditioner was making a loud noise and they came and fixed it right away. Our room did not get cleaned everyday and I had to ask for new towels every time we needed them and I think the pool needs to be bigger for all the people in it. We had a great time no matter what.

The room was very clean. The pool was pretty. Awesom that while you waited for room you can get half off drinks. The few bad things were, there are no lounge chairs on the beach for this hotel. You have to rent them for $40. And very early in the morning the spray of your porch if u r on the 1st floor and it very loud so it wakes you up. Also the area of the beach had a lot of algae that u had to get through to get in the water.

We arrived on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 around noon. Check in is normally 4pm but since the weather was kind of rough, they let us check in early. (Note: If you check in early, there is normally a $50 charge but since the weather was kind of rough, they waived that fee for us). "Lola" at the counter was very pleasant to us. She asked us if we wanted the 2nd floor, 4th floor or 6th floor and we chose the 6th floor. We went to our room (#624) and were happy with what we saw. The room had tile flo... Read more

Our room was clean but the rest was dirty and old. The breakfast area is too small, the parking is difficult and we stay at the other other end of the pool too far away. Our second night in the ground floor it smell like feces. I had to request towels every day. Sorry I will not stay in this hotel again.

We stayed here for our 1 year anniversary. 7 floor ocean front room. Beautiful view right on the beach! Room were medium nice. The pool is the most beautiful and fun pool I have ever been in! It has a 6 story waterfall falling right into the pool! With another waterfall on the other side! Just beautiful! Staff was friendly, elevators barely work. Floors in rooms are tile, but understandably so because of all the partying and wet conditions I guess, but it was very nice and clean in general. Over... Read more

This hotel is right on the beach which was exactly what we wanted. The room was clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. The were several places to eat within walking distance and lots of things to do with a short car ride. The continental breakfast was good but the same every day. It could have had a little more variety. I would recommend this hotel as it was very affordably priced. We stayed three nights.
