This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. Love it! Perfect location. Right on a walking path along the intercoastal, close to shopping and many restaurants at the European Village, short drive to the ocean. Units are very quiet, large and nicely arranged. (They do need updating, which they are in the process of doing, I toured one of the finished units-VERY NICE!) Beautiful grounds well kept and clean. Great free parking. Front desk (and all staff) very pleasant and helpful.

Great place. Clean, beautiful and will stay again. Great Staff. Relaxing pool and spa. Jacuzzi in unit did not work as they are doing renovations. Still a great place especially for the money. Tripadvisor wants me to say more, but I've pretty much said everything and 200 words is alot. I said it straight to the point.

This is a very nice area that is not a big tourist area. The resort is filled with trees and is nice to walk around. There is a path that leads to the intercostal right next to the property that is just wonderful for walking or bike riding. The pool is big and very nice. The resort does not sponsor its own activities which is nice because they don't try to sell you a timeshare or tickets to attractions. The units are clean and nice and there were no roaches (which happens in Florida) and that ... Read more

Just returned from a nice 4 night stay at Legacy Vacation Resort at Palm Coast. The short version of this review is: Great value and location, but rooms are dated and need updating. The long version is as follows: Upon arrival, the young lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. She checked us in, and answered all our questions. We have stayed here before, so we were pretty familiar with the grounds, rules, etc. We stayed in room 17C, which is near the front entrance, on the grou... Read more

The unit we stayed in was a two bedroom, two bath. It was clean and comfortable (except for the pillows). The unit had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a very large screened in balcony. Another plus was the resort provided laundry and dishwasher detergent, and we could get more upon request. Onsite amenities included a large pool and hot tub (that were never crowded). Also, we frequently used the walking path along the intracoastal waterway, which provided great opportunities for bird wat... Read more

First I just want to say that the light bulb in the pool has been hanging out of the pool all week and nobody has even attempted to fix it. Several guest have gone down to management and reported it all week...including myself. The waterfall stopped working and since has been a diving board to a bunch of kids. There are signs posted all over the pool saying KEEP OFF OF ROCKS but that is not stopping these kids and even adults. where is the security? There is one security guard named George who i... My husband & I booked a villa for a short over-night getaway. The size of the villa was amazing. The resort is so tropical and the pool was perfectly refreshing. The one thing that was slightly a negative is that as clean and well-kept as it is, it is very dated. I think a minor face-lift would enhance the experience. We are planning a return trip with our whole family.

We just completed a stay here (fathers day weekend 2016). The place was a little dated, however it was very clean. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with a full kitchen. There are activities at the resort, shuffleboard, miniature golf, ping pong, and pool. There was not a restaurant or pool bar at this resort, but I was fully prepared for those contingencies. Europe Village is a 5 min walk or 2 min drive away and had several good choices for food. All said I would definitely stay there again.

I booked in Jan. to stay for 3 days over the Memorial Day holiday. Palm Coast was lovely however Legacy not so much the vents in the room terribly dirty, small roaches coming from everywhere and if you have allergies forget about staying in these rooms. My whole family spent the weekend sneezing and then I opened the closet and as you can see by the attached pictures it was an unhealthy mess. We use to love this place but over the years it's really gone by the waist side. For the amount of m... Read more

This resort was very nice. I and my family enjoyed our stay. We were there a week and I look forward to staying there again. It's very roomy and clean. The staff is very accommodating. I felt safe. They also have a nice walking trailing around the whole area. They have a game room and pool . Outside of your villa is a small lake . I love that the porch area is screened in. Great place For couples and families with children.

We stayed here for only two nights, but I wish it could have been more. The resort itself is a bit dated, but it was still comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a washer and dryer was great. No elevators if you are on the second floor so if you don't like or can't do steps, ask for first floor. I would stay here again.

Starting with the good - proximity to dining, beaches, surf, and I-95 is great. The 2 bedrooms are spacious as are the screened in balcony, living room, dining room and the kitchen was fine. There is also a washer & dryer which is super convenient. The staff are super friendly too. The bad was that I saw a huge cockroach in one of the cabinets at night.
