Pros: The staff are super friendly. The exterior hotel grounds are clean. Nice hot water in the room. Working ice machines and laundry area.I personally did not see any roaches in my room. Cons: The lobby/check in area smelled like curry or something. My room's carpet was extremely filthy.I scoped out other rooms as I walked by open doors of rooms being cleaned by housekeeping..all the room carpets need to be ripped up and burned. A previous person's cell charger was in the jack when I reach be... Read more

The price is great for what you get. Rooms need to be updated and most of the tv channels did not work.

Hotel was clean with the exception of the carpet, which looked like it could use a deep cleaning (had a little smell). One dry towel in the room was dirty. The bed was very comfortable (the most comfortable bed I've slept in since I've been travelling these past couple of months). Complimentary breakfast was not good. For the one night I stayed and the reasonable price I paid, it served its purpose.

Some motels and hotels traveling south can be an extremely disappointing experience. We have run across many extremely dirty. Days in in Ormond Beach, Florida was exceptionally special with very clean rooms and staff going out of the way to help the travelers connect to the latest promotion, Wyndham offered. They were helpful in pointing out shopping areas and provided a lovely pool to enjoy the beautiful evening. On a recent trip to Florida, we enjoyed Wyndham's specials and fair prices for qua... Last minute change in our vacation plans required us to stay in a hotel for a few nights instead of with family. We chose this place as we've had good luck with Days Inn's before. Our particular room's carpet was filthy and ripped in several places. I called the front desk to inform them that we had no shower curtain and they informed me I needed to go to the lobby and pick one up and put it up myself as no one from housekeeping was working or available to do it! It was maybe 6 PM when I informe... Read more

First room I stayed in had bad smell like seal under toilet installed improperly or went bad. Smelled like sewage at times. Next room was what I expected for the price. No internet access either room.

The furniture was fine. The beds where comfy enough. But the box spring had no linen on the one bed. The comforters where old in our room but noticed they updated other rooms when I looked in the Windows. Carpets where horrible. Old & not vacuumed. If the would replace them it would feel much better. And take a long swifter duster stick & remove all the cob webs from the ceiling & walls. The maids don't clean the corners of floor in the bathrooms either. Shower head had pink mold starting on it... Read more

They need to knock it down and start again! Carpets awful dirty and damp but the room is not dirty and bed linens etc clean. If you really cant afford anywhere else then maybe but not for most people. Pool area looks o.k. but isn't really and the clientele it is attracting is not the best. There are several motels all together in this location and non look very good. The hotel maintenance is non existant and our blocked toilet cannot be fixed until 10 a.m.- not helpful at 8 a.m.! One of those ho... Read more

Horrible!!! The only reason I have this hotel a one was because it made me put something. It smelled bad, carpet was dirty and smelly, blankets were stained and the pillows had mold stains on them. Checked out and went to another hotel.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. As soon as I opened the door it stunk. The carpet by the ac unit was soaking wet. There was a sock in the pillowcase. The toilet didn't flush unless you held the handle down. We didn't even use the shower, that's how bad it was. Dirty, dark, just plain BAD!

Because an annual conference was scheduled on part of Independence Day weekend in Daytona, there wasn't a room in town for much under $100 a night, which I could not afford. Plan B was Ormond Beach where, while still more than usual, was more affordable for me. I didn't get a chance to wander the hotel around too much, but where I did go it was pretty clean and convenient. The two minuses were (1) the shower walls were stained with dirt marks (or something that looked like dirt marks) and (2)... Read more

ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The maintenance man wanted to spray for them while we were in the room. Plus he was drinking. They did give us a refund with no hassle after we checked in. We left after about 10 minutes.

Cops swarmed this hotel with assault rifles drawn apparently there were convicts in a room there and we were told to evacuate. So we had to hurry and get out and I had my dog with us
