"Not a bad value for the price. Superb location, close to Daytona, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Pool Beach combo a plus. Kithchette set up allowed us to save more money by cooking full meals during our 2 night stay. Staff was freindly and approachable.. Overall, a nice stay. Rooms are not modern, but have a quaiont nostalgic feel. Will do it again!"

"habitacion limpia ,excelente vista al mar , pero no habia coffeemaker,no iron, no hairbrush,housekeeping solo arregla habitacion no renueva toallas,sobres de champu imposible de abrir, el bano no tiene extractor de olores,edificio en remodelacion, no es un resort, caro teniendo en cuenta los servicios que no presta,los hay mejores por el mismo precio, personal de recepcion y ubicacion , excelente. Translated:clean room, excellent sea view, but there was no coffeemaker, no iron, no hairbrush, housekeeping room only manages not renew towels, shampoo sachets impossible to open, the bathroom has no exhaust fan, building remodeling, not a resort , expensive considering the services not provided, there are better for the same price, reception staff and location excellent."

"We stayed one night ( March 15th ) since we could not stand the stench for a second night that we had booked. It stank of cigarrett smoke and mold. The toiet was dirty, no tel. no internt ( although a code was given which did not work ), no blankets, no dishes, room was on third floor ( thirty steps and we are old folks ) no elevator. Windows did not work. None of the facility is handycap accessible."
