Room was not cleaned and staff was very rude, requiring us to insist on cleaning room and replacing towels. Front desk staff would not of knowledge or admit the issue. We had been coming for several years to celebrate our anniversary, with this being our last time

Well we stayed at the suite .. Superb view of the golf course and magic kingdom . Perfect view of the daily fireworks .. Location is perfect for disney especially, close to all the action . You have access to the hilton pool which is a lot of fun . Staff is awesome and service is swift . Valet is paid that was the only issue i had . The poolside bar and the lobby bar are classy . Would definitely go back!

Great location to Disney in Orlando with a preserved quiet, relaxing environment. The hotel offers a shuttle to Disney parks at certain times. The room is clean and spacious with all the amenities. The staff are very helpful and have excellent customer services. The breakfast buffet offers an amazing variety of food choices. Our Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet was sumptuous!

Staying at the Waldorf Orlando reminded us very much of the luxury hotels we used to frequent in Europe. We enjoyed the entire stay. The service is top notch. We actually told our friends that even though we do not have kids, we would consider a trip to Orlando just to have a weekend getaway at The Waldorf Orlando.

Hotel is in an excellent location. It is secluded, yet close enough for easy access to Disney and I-4. Staff and accommodations are superior to virtually every hotel in the area. Highly recommend for both business and pleasure.

We just returned from our stay. We had such a great time! Our stay included my husband, myself, my mom, and our 2.5 year old son. The pool was nice for him since it had a zero entry and he could play in the shallow end. This hotel is connected to the Hilton that has a lazy river and we were able to use that complimentary. If I had older kids (>8) I would use the lazy river exclusively. We did get a private cabana for $300 that included 8 soft drinks and a fruit platter. There was a TV and a fan ... Read more

Only thing is be ready to pay for parking!! I don't know why I wasn't expecting that but in most hotels ive never paid parking, and I thought because it was little more upscale I wouldn't have to but maybe its the ... Read more

Whitney and Mike at Oscar's breakfast were nice. I like the genuine interactions here. Especially important to us was that we traveled with a support dog and nobody hassled us for papers or ID (he was wearing his service bandana). We carry the info everywhere but it becomes tiresome to show it repeatedly in one place. Staff did a great job being accommodating and accepting.

Back for a third time with another 6 members of the family and everyone agreed it's the best hotel they'd ever stayed in. All of the staff treat you so well making every second a pleasure. Had one little issue that was dealt with promptly and in a very businesslike manner which meant everyone was left happy. Can't wait to come back again

Our first stop was Orlando we wanted to visit Disney before we drove to Miami along the coast so decided to stay here and what a great decision, it was a great place to relax after all the hustle and screaming children at Disney :) We stayed for 5 nights and used our time at Waldorf to relax in the jacuzzi and pool in the evenings while waking up early to enjoy a lovely breaksfast and heading off to the parks! After a disappointing day, we decided to get away and stay at the Waldorf. At check in Lourdes could see the fustration in my face. She gave us great service and topped it with complimentary wine and an appetizer! We dropped our stuff and headed to Peacock Alley. There, service from Ruby was phenominal and Rachel took care of us as well! Totally changed our day around! Thank you all so much! This is what it means to go above and beyond! James Ortiz

CON: What a disappointment. We had a corner suite with a separate living room with bar. When I entered the room, I noticed the rug was filthy. (I have a crawling infant and a toddler). I called for housekeeping who asked me if I just got to the room or if I had been there awhile. About an hour later, a supervisor and housekeeper came but my baby was sleeping so I asked them to come later. However, the supervisor picked up a few things off of the rug while inspecting it. The rug was NEVER cleaned... Read more

This is a tough one because there is a lot to like about the hotel but it also falls short in many ways. I have expectations when staying at hotels of different calibers. For this level, the hotel needs to be comparable to a Ritz or Four Seasons. As much as Hilton wants to to be the case, this hotel is more in the JW Marriott class (and that may be slightly generous). Other than poolside, the staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are well appointed and the quality of ... Read more

If you book through their website you get $100 credit towards things at the hotel, including room service which is amazing. They really make you feel comfortable here. Yes it's expensive but it really is worth it if you want to RELAX. My expectations were exceeded the entire time. Can't really complain about anything. Beautiful grounds and lots to do (or not do) at th... Read more

The friendly staff and the beautiful atmosphere! You will not be disappointed! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in Oscars so many different options and the service was by far 5 stars! The pool is gorgeous and the staff was so accommodating with setting up your chairs we also took advantage of the Hiltons lazy river and slide. I would highly recommend the Waldorf

My first stay at a Waldorf Astoria property for our honeymoon in October. It did not dissapoint. Let me start by saying the moment you or your taxi drives up to arrive, you know you made the right decision. I have stayed in many 5 star properties around the world and to date, the Waldorf Astoria in Orlando is the nicest property i have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The friendly staff and overall service experience is exceptional. The free (luxury) shuttle to Disney is amazing, like no o... Read more

The property itself is quite nice and feels new. I'd give it a 3 considering the cost and associated expectations, but there was nothing outright terrible about our stay, so I settled on 4. Keep in mind that you'd be adding a $30 resort fee and another $32 (incl. tax) for parking. Overall, I did not feel that this rose to the level of a top-tier hotel. Service was a little lacking. Everyone was pleasant, but it didn't seem like everyone was at the top of their game. My husband and I felt more ... Read more

The hotel facilities are generally good quality, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, the bathroom facilities were good. Service though, with one or two exceptions, felt forced. This in stark contrast to the second week of our holiday in the Ritz Carlton, which oozed class and an apparently genuine desire to serve. I wouldn't book again, but might stay at the conjoined sister Hilton Hotel.

We actually stayed here in July 2012 it was just amazing. The Hotel is extremely luxurious with huge rooms that leave you wanting for nothing. The room service is a must. The Breakfast buffet was really nicely set up with a huge array of delicious treats to start the day. Staff well what can I say they could not do enough to help. This is a must if you want to be close to Disney and have all the Lux you can handle.

We stayed for a long weekend, in a standard room for 3 nights. The room itself was clean & comfortable. We had all of necessities provided at check-in (including an abundance of towels), and our room was thoroughly cleaned by housekeeping each day. Most of our time was spent at the parks, so we didn't get try any of the restaurants or other amenities. However, shuttle service to the parks was efficient & we had no problems with the front desk. Our only recommendation is to have assistance a... Read more

Visited as part of trip to attend a conference so used hotel as a base. Lovely room with quality furnishings and good sized bathroom. View was disappointing but had the cheapest room and should imagine the view from other side of hotel over the theme parks would be great. Staff were efficient and friendly and hotel bar and Bull & Bear were good.

We stayed at the Waldorf for a weekend getaway for our anniversary. What you pay for is the service. Everyone was courteous and welcoming the entire stay. Rooms ar comfortable. They show a little wear, but spacious and comfortable. Room had mini fridge and nespresso machine which was a nice touch.

Love the Waldorf. It's my family's favorite place to stay. The rooms, the service, the spa & the restaurants are top notch. Golf course is beautiful as is the pool area. Close to Disney & Universal. Nice to be close to Disney yet staff off property.

For years now we have spent Thanksgiving week in Orlando. We used to stay at the Peabody, but as it transitioned into a Hyatt, the standard of service just wasn't there anymore. We checked reviews and the Waldorf experience seemed to be worth the price. If you are also looking for exceptional service in a beautiful setting, book this Waldorf. Yes, it is pricey. What you get for your money makes it worth the cost. Our concierge, Alex, set up reservations for us months ahead of time so we co... Read more

Had a lovely four night stay at this luxurious resort during Thanksgiving week 2016. Can't say enough great things about the staff of this hotel. From the moment of arrival, they made us feel special. Loved the little perks of this hotel. Was granted an upgrade to a suite as a Hilton Diamond member. One of my nieces was celebrating her birthday, and when the staff member who brought us in room dining found out he made a special trip back with special cupcakes and chocolate for her. Our ... We stayed at the Waldorf for our honeymoon and it was like a dream! While checking into our room in my wedding dress we were greater with champagne and a ton of congratulatory comments from all of the staff! Our room was amazing, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for us during our stay! We enjoyed getting to ride bikes around the property, relaxing by the pool, and exploring all of the different restaurants on the grounds. If you are considering staying h... Read more

Our experience was exceptional. From check-in to check-out I was very pleased. My wife and I were upgraded to a king suite at check-in, and the room was perfect. It felt like a home away from home. Even housekeeping was excellent... I have to say that is not something I normally notice. All the staff was friendly/helpful. We ordered room service on the first night, and it was excellent. My only frustration was that we did not book one day solely to enjoy the resort. In summary: stay ... Read more

From the moment that you first hit the door (and every time thereafter) you are greeted by well-trained and attentive staff. From the front desk to the pool to housekeeping and the valet, everyone goes out of their way to make your experience pleasurable and memorable. By far the best 5 star hotel that I have stayed in this year.

Gave my wife a birthday present with a stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Orlando. Well worth the money given all the 1st class amenities. Also got an upgraded room given our Hilton Honors status--a corner suite with an amazing view of both the golf course and the pool/cabana area. It feels great to be treated like royalty from the bellman, to the valet, reception and bar services. Had a "stay and play" package and had 2 complimentary rounds the next day for me and my wife. Hotel is beautiful, clean, and staffed extremely well. They texted me with in minutes to see if my room was satisfactory. They also all knew your name and used it. Requested services were there in minutes. Location is convenient to everything in Disney. I really would like to return and hang out in the spa and enjoy the hotel a little more. I was there on business so I did not get to do that.
