"We were three adults and three children. We stayed in a Deluxe 3 bedroom unit which was perfect for our needs. The condo was very clean and comfortable, had a flat screen TV in every room, a washer and dryer, and fully furnished kitchen. There were two pools with a hot tub. Being near a drug store, grocery store and two small restaurants, as well as near all Orlando attractions was ideal. We also liked being in a gated community. We would stay here again."

"I really enjoyed my stay VIsta Cay By Millenium. I had a beautiful view of the lake from my balcony and the area is so peaceful. The rooms were very clean and the staff was kind enough to our room to make sure everything was great for our stay and it was, and Universal was so close I could actually see a few of the rides from the balcony view. I really enjoyed my stay."

"The resort was nice, the rooms were spacious,very nicely decorated and updated and the staff was friendly. However we had ants in the kitchen and it got so bad it got in our food. The garbage in the kids room was filled with trash and a pillow was dirty and smelled bad. Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning up the rooms before your stay and ant problem needs to be taken care off. Other than that the room was good, i would stay there again."

"Nice condo for the money. Area quiet and not packed with tourists like international drive. Pools were refreshing and clean. Grounds well kept. Condo itself looked as if had not been occupied in awhile as dust on chairs, dishes in & on dining table as well as old ice in ice maker. Carpet in dining/living area needed cleaned. These were minor issues. Our 3 bedroom unit was spacious but master bed was awful no box spring some kind of mattress/box spring combo. Very nice kitchen. Don't expect any special favors. Check out is fairly early-10am. Asked for later check out by couple hours several times during stay as departing flight late evening. Only allowed.15-20min & maids sat in hall until we left. Beware if planning to print boarding passes in business center-charge .25 per minute for internet & .75 per page to print. Publix grocery store very close by. Only two small restraints close (Chinese & pizza/Italian). Shingle creek golf course across street. Would stay again."

"Property was beautiful and the condo we stayed in was very clean and well appointed. We chose the 3 bedroom 3.5 bath executive condo and were very pleased overall. The only detraction was the lower level bedroom and bathroom didn't have any surfaces to utilize with the exception of the night stand and that already had a lamp and an alarm clock. There was a huge armoir in the room that took up a lot of space but only heald a very small (13 inch) TV, a dresser with the TV on top would have been much better for the room. The bathroom connected to this lower room was very large but only had a sink that was attached to the wall and a small wire cart that was not in keeping with the luxery of the rest of the condo. A very large vanity would fit in the bathroom or a very nice bombay chest or something to hold things. All in all, the condo was very nice and we were very pleased. If we were to return to the area I would definately look to book here again."

"We had booked a 2 bed apartment for the Christmas and New Year weeks, and were very impressed when Millenium Management swiftly moved us to a 3 bed due to absence of the twin beds requested at time of booking. This resulted in a 2nd floor, lake facing apartment, giving a much better outlook (eg watching New Year's firework displays from the balcony covering Sea World to Kissimmee)!

The apartment and communal facilities looked like new (despite being three years old)! The only evidence that anyone had ever stayed there before were the few scuff marks on some skirting boards, and plastic cups that leaked from previous occupiers, probably, cleaning is dishwasher. For us, two adults with older teenage children having our own space without contention for, say, televisions, and not feeling that we were on top of each other was the reason for choosing an apartment over a hotel.

Vista Cays location, was ideal! No traffic jams of International Drive to contend with as Universal Drive is much quieter, yet still central (but you do need a car!). Having a 2km path around the lake provided tranquillity, scenery and a running track! Do use the 16 person cinema (free) just for your party (hire DVD for $1 from Publix Blockbuster vending machine). Within walking distance of Publix and Walgreens. A pool that was never crowded despite the majority of Millenium's 250 apartments being booked. Wired and wireless internet connection.

As others have commented, there are 1,000 apartments on site / some are 6 month lettings, other holiday homes that are never let, and some either simply investments with income from rentals. Millenium Management isn't, apparently, the only outfit renting apartments, but our experience is that as they seem to be the biggest, they are able to wield a bigger quality standard over owners wanting to use their services, and more able to handle any issues (eg changing our room).

"Vista Cary Resort was not only near Universal, but all of the Orlando attractions. The place was wonderful. It was clean, very up to date and had all the amenities we needed. It made our stay more pleasurable to have this nice place to go back to at night when we were tired from our daily excursions"
