"Property was beautiful and the condo we stayed in was very clean and well appointed. We chose the 3 bedroom 3.5 bath executive condo and were very pleased overall. The only detraction was the lower level bedroom and bathroom didn't have any surfaces to utilize with the exception of the night stand and that already had a lamp and an alarm clock. There was a huge armoir in the room that took up a lot of space but only heald a very small (13 inch) TV, a dresser with the TV on top would have been much better for the room. The bathroom connected to this lower room was very large but only had a sink that was attached to the wall and a small wire cart that was not in keeping with the luxery of the rest of the condo. A very large vanity would fit in the bathroom or a very nice bombay chest or something to hold things. All in all, the condo was very nice and we were very pleased. If we were to return to the area I would definately look to book here again."

"We had booked a 2 bed apartment for the Christmas and New Year weeks, and were very impressed when Millenium Management swiftly moved us to a 3 bed due to absence of the twin beds requested at time of booking. This resulted in a 2nd floor, lake facing apartment, giving a much better outlook (eg watching New Year's firework displays from the balcony covering Sea World to Kissimmee)!
The apartment and communal facilities looked like new (despite being three years old)! The only evidence that anyone had ever stayed there before were the few scuff marks on some skirting boards, and plastic cups that leaked from previous occupiers, probably, cleaning is dishwasher. For us, two adults with older teenage children having our own space without contention for, say, televisions, and not feeling that we were on top of each other was the reason for choosing an apartment over a hotel.
Vista Cays location, was ideal! No traffic jams of International Drive to contend with as Universal Drive is much quieter, yet still central (but you do need a car!). Having a 2km path around the lake provided tranquillity, scenery and a running track! Do use the 16 person cinema (free) just for your party (hire DVD for $1 from Publix Blockbuster vending machine). Within walking distance of Publix and Walgreens. A pool that was never crowded despite the majority of Millenium's 250 apartments being booked. Wired and wireless internet connection.
As others have commented, there are 1,000 apartments on site / some are 6 month lettings, other holiday homes that are never let, and some either simply investments with income from rentals. Millenium Management isn't, apparently, the only outfit renting apartments, but our experience is that as they seem to be the biggest, they are able to wield a bigger quality standard over owners wanting to use their services, and more able to handle any issues (eg changing our room).

It made our stay more pleasurable to have this nice place to go back to at night when we were tired from our daily excursions"

[1.] Take AIRPORT BLVD W /AIRPORT BLVD to EXIT 1B SR-528-TOLL W. [INTERNATIONAL DRIVE / I-4 / FLORIDA`S TURNPIKE].
[2.] Merge onto FL-528 West [Portions toll] and travel approx. 8.4 miles.
[3.] Take the UNIVERSAL BLVD - EXIT 2. [Universal Blvd Orangewood Blvd].
[4.] Turn RIGHT onto UNIVERSAL BLVD.
[5.] Go for about .02 mile.
[6.] Turn LEFT into Lake Cay Place.
[7.] The CLUB HOUSE is located at the entrance of the resort.
From Orlando Sanford International Airport [SFB]
[1.] Start out going EAST on RED CLEVELAND BLVD toward E. AIRPORT BLVD.
