"We were put in unit 8301. The carpet had stains all over it. The kitchen and bathroom cablinets had not been wiped down in a long time. There was mold all over the shower floor. Very dirty! We thought we would be helpful and run the dishwasher before we left but they would not give us another small portion of dishwasher detergent. The wierdest thing was when we were using the toilet paper for kleenex, since the unit did not have any kleenex, and we went through a roll and they would not give us any more toilet paper. They told us they only supply the first nights worth but was not told any time before this. Beds are hard and pillows marginal. The only nice part was the pool. We've stayed at many condo style units in Orlando before and have not been expected to supply as many items as this place does. Look around and you'll probably find better."

"Shuttle to Disney only drops off at 9am and picks up at 5pm. Check in process took 25 minutes. Had to call the front desk to complain of loud noises upstairs. Not acceptable when you have 3 small children at 8pm. Saturday night is karaoke night and really loud. One Internet cable in the room."

"Great stay, very clean condo, just off I-4, so easy access to Disney and other attractions on US 192. Staff was great, pool great for the kids. Good pizza at the restaurant/pool bar. Had to cart our trash to the dumpster, not a big deal. Had to buy groceries and essentials like soap, laudry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper, but if you understand that this isn't a hotel, you won't be surprised. Very nice, quiet, spacious, and clean. "

From Orlando International Airport
[1.] Follow the signs North Exit out of Orlando Airport and follow the signs for the Beeline Expressway [528] WEST.
[2.] Once on the Beeline you will pass through two tolls. The first is 75c and the second is 75c.
[3.] Continue on this road until you reach the I-4.
[4.] Take I-4 WEST [towards Tampa].
[5.] Continue heading WEST on the I-4 until you reach exit 58 [Hwy 532].
[6.] Exit and remain on the right.
[7.] Make your first right in between Chili`s Restaurant and 7 Eleven.
[8.] Follow road all the way down until you hit Tuscana Resort.
From Tampa
[1.] Take I-4 East to exit number 58 [Hwy 532].
[2.] Turn left and go about 1/4 mile and turn right in between Chili`s Restaurant and 7 Eleven.
[3.] Follow road all the way down until you hit Tuscana Resort.
From Miami - Florida`s Turnpike
[1.] From the Turnpike, exit 249 to Osceola Parkway and make a left onto E Osceola Parkway.
[2.] Follow this road for about 10 miles [Toll Road] and then merge to I4-W towards Tampa.
[3.] Take CR-532 exit 58 towards Poinciana/ Kissimmee.
[4.] Exit and merge right.
[5.] Make your first right in between Chili`s Restaurant and 7 Eleven.
[6.] Follow road all the way down until you hit Tuscana Resort.
From I- 95
[1.] Follow I-95 till Daytona Beach, to which you will merge onto I-4 W exit number 260B towards Orlando [approx 64 miles].
[2.] Turn off on Exit 58 [Hwy 532].
[3.] Exit and remain on the right.
[4.] Make your first right in between Chili`s Restaurant and 7 Eleven.
[5.] Follow road all the way down until you hit Tuscana Resort.
