"I found the location to be very good, but the food was not very good. The fact you pay over $200 per night including tax and then they give you plastic cups in the room, plus give you a dispenser machine for soap and shampoo is a joke. The added 'resort fee' at $13 per day plus tax, for a news paper (local and not delivered to your door), and two bottle of water is sad, and being cheap. Would not recommend for the price."

"First the good. The staff is professional and generally do what is needed to make you happy, if you ask. It's great if you want to go to the mall, of course.
The bad. The lobby and pool are under renovation. The substitute pool they will take you to is 7 miles away, and transportation only runs each way a few times. Also while there the power failed for 2-3 hours late Sat. night, and the phones went out and rooms became very warm.
The staff did their best, so I can only imagine if I went back I would have a better time."
FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
[1.] Take the North airport exit and follow signs to the Beeline Expressway [State Road 528] west.
[2.] Go through the first tollbooth [75 cents].
[3.] Take the second exit onto State Road 482 [McCoy Road].
[4.] At this point this road is called McCoy Road, but the name changes to Sand Lake Road once you cross Orange Avenue.
[5.] Stay on this road approximately 5 miles.
[6.] At the third traffic light [Golden Sky Lane], turn left into The Florida Mall.
[7.] Follow signs to the hotel.
There is Valet Parking available for a nominal charge or complimentary self-parking.
