The 64 acre private lake has an assortment of water sport activities such as jet skiing, canoeing, paddle boating and pontoon boating can provide fun and excitement for family members of all ages. Smaller lakes are scattered through the resort as well as conveniently located swimming pools which feature crystal clean hot tubs. Wind down each night at the Tiki Bar. Although it opens daily at 11 a.m., It`s open until 11p.m. [sometimes later if they are having that much fun!]. "Our stay at Summer Bay Resort was pleasant. The staff at the guest checkin were pleasant and helpful. The manager on duty was personable and gave us drink coupons for our use. The condo unit was clean and pleasant. Guest facilities were well maintained. There were ample on site activities to keep busy. We have stayed at a much larger resort nearby, and although the resort was beautiful, our room was dirty and had to be changed, and the staff was less than helpful overall. Summer Bay Resort gets an A and is a place that I would like to visit again. The location is just a short ride to Disney and the other area attractions. I"

"We arrived there and had trouble using the wifi, got a room in the 205 bldg only to wake up to bedbug/sand flea bites consistently then to be told they couldn't find any proof. Switched us to a new room in the same building where there were hornets nests inside the room and bugs in some of the towels. I could go on and on, but I will definitely never go here again!"

"Hello, me and my entire family stayed at the summerbay resort in june '10 and had a awesome time.The service, convenience, supermarket, pools, kids waterpark...i can go on and on.. full kitchen with washer and dryer....activities everyday...such a beautiful, family filled experience... we will be back march'11,but it will be jus the adults!!!! c ya soon summerbay!!!!"

"Our family vacation was very good. During our stay there were plenty of children activities. Our seven year old daughter was very excited and loved the pool. I enjoyed being able to take walks in the early morning while the family was sleeping and feeling safe. The one bedroom was small for a family of three.
The staff addressed our needs. If you are not interested in being approached about a time share let the hotel know at check in so you do not receive calls.
If bugs aren't your friend there were plenty outside the patio. The patios are enclosed on some of the units. This is a great place to stay if you want to chill and not be at the parks every day."

[1.] Take 528 west to I-4.
[2.] Continue on I-4 West to exit 64B [US HWY 192].
[3.] Continue for approximately 6 miles.

From Interstate 95
[1.] Take I-4 West to exit 64B [US HWY 192].
[2.] Continue for approximately 6 miles.

From Interstate 75
[1.] Take the Florida turnpike south to Exit 289 for US 27 south.
[2.] Continue on US Highway 27 to US Highway 192 East.
Our entrance is 1/2 mile ahead on your left.
From the Florida turnpike
[1.] Traveling North on the turnpike, exit off at the Osceola Parkway [toll].
[2.] Continue on the Osceola Parkway for approximately 8 to 10 miles.
[3.] Get of on exit for I-4 West.
[4.] Take I-4 West to exit 64B [US HWY 192].
[5.] Continue for approximately 6 miles.
