"We loved our vacation home very clean nice area and lots and lots of space I felt like royality,,,,, the only thing was 'we didn't call' and get our address and the office was closed which was our fault,........there was an extra fee $$ which we did not like but at the time we need a place to stay but! overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning"

"We chose to stay in a vacation home vs. a hotel mainly because we don't like the noise that comes with staying in a hotel and the crampness. We were leaving on our trip on a Friday and on Monday of that week I called to ask them to have the heat turned on for us for three days. The supervisor said we had the wrong house and were suppose to be in 733 not 334. No problem so they switched us and charged us for the three days of pool heat at $32 dollars a day. I honestly think it is ridicilous that they charge for pool heat. Originally we were staying in the house overnight for 5 nights and then we were going to stay in Pensacola for two nights because my son is in the Navy there. We all voted to stay in Orlando for two extra days while driving to Orlando from Pensacola because the weather was nice in warm in Orlando and chilly in Pensacola. When I called to see if we could have the house for those two extra days the supervisor sounded confused and said that the 733 house had people in it till Sunday (we were 4 hrs from Orlando in the car on Sat) and we couldn't have the house. She then said we could have the 334 house but it had no pool heat because it was broken and they ddn't know when it would be fixed. She also stated because it has been warm in the upper 80's that we wouldn't need the pool heat and that the water was warm. We decided to stay in the 334 house. If we chose to take the 733 house we would be in the 334 house Sat and move all our crap over to the 733 house Sun. I didn't want to do that because we were going to be at the parks all day. Got to the house and it was beautiful!!!!!! Now, staying in the house for 7 nights were were only given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There were 5 of us. No extra garbage bags for the kitchen and no extra bathroom bags. We had to get that at the store. The pool was gorgeous, but to frickin cold for swimming which was very dissapointing because the evening we arrived we were so looking forward to taking a swim. The water was freezing so we were unable to use it. If you want to use the grill to grill out there is a extra charge for that too. One day while visiting a park the supervisor calls us wanting to verify we were staying till 1/2/12 and I said no that were were staying till 12/31/11. They were suppose to credit us the difference of no pool heat and put that towards the 2 extra nights which they didn't do so I had to call to straighten that out while in a park. They charged us the wrong amount also for those 2 extra nights. I would not recommend Starmark Homes. If it was the supervisor making all of these mistakes and misleading information I can only imagine the mistakes the staff make. That home should not have been rented out till the pool heater was fixed.

"Our family of four had a great time in Florida this week! The weather has been perfect for visiting Disney World, Universal, and the pool in the yard! Our boys were very happy with the mouse room. And it was easy for us to carry them from the car to their room when they were asleep! We were out late at the parks a lot! We hope everyone enjoys their stay here as much as we have!"
