Our spacious and finely appointed one and two-bedroom villas provide plenty of room for the entire family to be together, but still offer privacy and every comfort imaginable. We plan to make you and every member of your family feel completely carefree and cared for. As a courtesy to their guests, the mail room will accept parcels for registered and arriving guests. All parcels must be addressed to the registered guest or with the name on the future reservation. All parcels will accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival and held up to two weeks after departure. Improperly addressed parcels and those left for more than two weeks after departure will be returned to sender. "We have stayed at several excellent properties in the Orlando area, including the Omni Champion's Gate, the Sheraton Four Points, and The Buena Vista Palace. The Sheraton Vistana Villages has them all beat. The location was excellent, far enough from I-4 and the busier North International Dr to be quiet in the evenings, yet close enough that Epcot and Hollywood Studios were a quick 15 minute drive, even during peak traffic. When we arrived, check in was a breeze. Upon opening the door, the kids were gobsmacked. The one bedroom handicapped accessible suite was huge and included a full kitchen, a big fold out couch, roll in shower, a spacious jetted tub, and two bathroom sink areas, and well as a screened porch and a full separate bedroom for the adults with the best king sized bed I have ever slept in on a hotel property. We are the kind of people who come prepared for anything, but we needn't have worried when traveling here. From detergents for the dishwasher and the in suite clothes washer to toasters, kettles, coffee filters, paper towels- all was provided. I might bring along a cookie sheet and some fabric softener next time, but those are hardly big quibbles, as I'm sure I could have either requested those from housekeeping or purchased foil and dryer sheets at the marketplace on site. Five minutes away there is a twenty four hour grocery store next to a twenty four hour McDonalds. We probably saved a couple hundred dollars at least preparing breakfast and snacks to eat at the comfy dining area in our room or out by the pool. The value here was exceptional. Even at full price the resort would have been worth the money. I can't really speak about the TV service, as we were too busy to sit and watch, but they were modern flat screens, if that is important to you, and even a DVD player. Every request we made through our reservation was honored, without difficulty. My wife has mobility issues and the accessible room made getting around so much easier for her. Staff also showed her how to disassemble and load the scooter she rented for our days at Disney, which was delivered and kept for us at the front desk area where we were also able to drop it off before leaving town. The shower had a seat which made getting clean after a long day at the parks less of a hassle for her. The kids and I really enjoyed the jetted tub, too. I wish I could have taken it home with me. lol As for cleanliness, I have zero complaints. I could nitpick I suppose about a stain in the carpet or small marks on the couch, but really, this place sees so many families coming through that it is remarkable how well the staff keeps ahead of issues. While we were on property they were proactively pressure washing all the balconies and windows and yet we were not disturbed by any noise at all. On our last day in Orlando, even after we checked out, we were invited to hang out by the pool and enjoy the hot tub and kid's play areas, including a pirate ship suited for the younger set and a nice, fast two story corkscrew water slide for the more adventurous. While the adults lounged under a cabana reading books, the kids swam under the eyes of no less that four lifeguards at any given time. From our first interaction with staff to our last, we never found anyone who was less than helpful and friendly, even the timeshare people were pretty chill- but, TIP: If you don't want to hear from them in the morning, unplug the suite phones before going to bed. It worked great for us. We will return without hesitation. You will, too. :)"

It was helpful to see the warnings beforehand about the pushy time share presentations. We declined twice and they didn't ask us again to attend. Also when traveling, turn left when exiting the property. Going right on international drive was frustrating in peek traffic times. Best to go around traffic using highways"

"My family and I stayed at this resort last week and were quite disappointed. First off they didn't give me any soap in my room so I had to go out and buy my own. I paid for the housekeeping package in advance but they didn't come for three days. It got to the point that I was taking out my own trash because my garbage was smelling in the kitchen. When I complained, the Front Desk offered me a credit to be used on site. Since I had already shopped for my own food and wine - the credit was just a gesture. I ended up using the credit in the restaurant where most of the food was left on the table (and I will leave it at that). Every day I received a solicitation call about a presentation - yeah right. The highlights were the kitchen was fully stocked. I had a decent amount of room. The washer/dryer and air conditioning worked."

"My husband and I took our son for his 4th birthday. We enjoyed the stay at the Sheraton. Would stay there again. Only thing is that we were supposed to have a free shuttle to Universal, and upon checking in, they told us that it was $11 a person. We ended up driving to Universal. Disney bus / shuttle schedule is not convenient to go back and forth to the hotel. It left at 7:30 am or 10:30 am and returned at either 5:10 pm or 10:45 pm.
The hotel staff was super friendly! They surprised my son with balloons, a gift basket and a birthday card signed by at least 10 staff members, all because I happened to mention the reason we were taking this vacation.
The rooms were clean, well stocked and the pools were amazing. All around a beautiful hotel and property.

"Great location 5 mins from Seaworld and Discovery Cove as well as multiple nearby restaurant options..yet far enough away from the busy part of Int.Drive.
As I first walked into the check-in area, it was very busy (about 15 people in line) with only 2 staff on duty and I thought great, just what you want after an 8hr drive but almost immediately, extra staff appeared and line moved very quickly. Very friendly check-in staff, attentive to our needs and was more than happy to meet our room requests (location).
Facilities were great (pools and fitness areas) and while the one restaurant option was good quality, it would have been nice to have additional options for variety. Lots of kid friendly activities every day and evening.
Accomodation was a good size, free wireless very much appreciated and housekeeping standards fine (although sometimes lacked clean towels). Only suggestion would be to make sure your room is on the top floor..ours was the 2nd floor and occasionally got noisy (with kids running around or moving balcony furniture around).
All in all, great value, good facilities and well maintained. Would certainly return or recommend to others."

"This was a great value and I loved that there was room service. The pirate pool, hot tubs, water slide and activities were great. I did not like the fact that this was a time share property and they called at 8:30 in the morning to get us to come for a FREE BREAKFAST and a two hour tour on two seperate days. We were not interested in a time share. We also payed to have our room cleaned each day and were only happy with that service the first day. It is only good if you are planning to be out until after 6:00 p.m. because on the last day they came while we were napping so we sent them away and declined cleaning for that day. On another day we had just came in from the pool and had to wait in the living room while she cleaned we almost missed our dinner reservations. Eventhough we called each morning and told them when we would return that afternoon it did not matter so I was dissapointed in the cleaning staff."

"We came to this resort because the price was great for a 2 bedroom suite. The pools were amazing the rooms were clean. We had a problem with the air in the bedrooms and they were fixed immediately. We only had one complaint. Since this is a Timeshare resort they had us sit through a sales presentation. The Sales lady was very friendly when we said we weren't interested. They then sat us down with another person and we said the same. The manager came out and basically called us a criminal and that we wasted their time. All I can say is that I would go back to the resort but DO NOT Take the gifts or you will have to go through the same. The staff was not the same after we said no."

"Our family (myself, husband, 9 year old son and 14 year old daughter) stayed for five nights in a two bedroom unit. The entire apartment was immaculate, the kitchen was fully equpped, the outdoor swimming pools were spectacular. Grounds were well kept and full of flowers. We had a problem with the plumbing in the kids bathroom. As soon as we called, a plumber appeared as if by magic, fixed the problem. He was friendly and helpful as were all the staff with which we dealt. We have traveled all over the world and I don't think we have stayed in any place that was any nicer than this. Hats off!! "The hotel was great. The pools are awesome! I took my kids easter weekend, and there was a great set-up-Easter bunny/breakfast, egg hunt, etc. The rooms were big, we stayed in the Key West Village...which is a little far from the main pool but walkable. The St. Augustine village has a great pirate ship pool for the kids! There's grills available-but you need matches, they wouldn't start up for some reason? **The front desk staff (1 gentleman in particular) ruined the trip-very rude. Don't count on early check ins & expect to check in no earlier than 4:00pm. My son threw up in our room, we cleaned what we could but asked for additional cleaning, we were told 'someone will be right up'...when they came they cleaned everything BUT the area where he threw up and said 'we will shampoo the carpet when you check out'. One visit to the front desk and it was cleaned."

"This is a great place to stay, especially with kids. The resort does offer quite pools for adults only. We have two boys, ages 4 & 6 and they had the best time. "This is a beautiful hotel. This is really more of a time-share, but I booked as a hotel room for 3 nights. There was no pressure regarding the time-share option, which I appreciate. You'll love this place! We got the 1-bedroom villa. The bedroom for my husband and I was a treat after a long day at Disney World with the kids. The pull-out couch was the perfect size for our two girls. The kitchen and table are an added bonus! It's nice to buy breakfast items and prepare them for the family before hitting the parks rather than spending a small fortune at the park. The pools were awesome!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends."

"Very clean and new hotel. Beds were comfortable and they accommodated our request to be located close to our other family as there were 10 of us in 3 rooms. Pool was heated so kids swam even though it was chilly and our pool had 3 lifeguards on duty which I thought was nice. My only negative feedback is the wait to check in and check out was long. Not properly staffed and it wasn't even that busy."

"WOW! This place is amazing. The pictures and videos are accurate. My three kids and I stayed in a one bedroom villa while on vacation. My children did not want to leave. The resort staff are amazing! The are friendly and eager to help with directions, activites, and even instructions with using the washer and dryer. If I can pay the same price I paid during the Memorial day weekend I would go and stay at the resort three times a year! It is absolutely wonderful. We stayed seven days and six nights! We did not want to leave!!!!
There is plenty for the kids to do at the resort. We went to Legoland too. "

"This resort was extremely nice! We checked in at 3 am and was given our room immediately. We had a two bedroom villa and it was better than I expected. Very stylish and roomy!! This resort has three pools and all are very nice and heated. The hot tub can fit 17 people and my favorite after a long day with the kids and parks. This resort offers all types of activities for families and kids that are free. I would stay here again!!"

"Beautiful complex, spacious and clean. Internet service was terrible. Extremely slow. Kitchen poorly stocked and had issues with linens daily. Staff was very prompt to correct the problems."

"We spent a weekend at Sheraton Vistana Villages and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was clean and very spacious. We are a family of 4 and rented a 1 BR (King) with a sleeper sofa. There was plenty of room for all of us. Loved the full kitchen & washer/dryer. The screened porch was nice. The pools were great! The only complaint is the pool with the pirate ship and water slide closes at 6:00p.m. Would definately stay here again!"
