Also, they now feature two activity centers with a full schedule of activities weekly and a jogging trail.

The expansion of the Sheraton Vistana Villages is ongoing and it appears that construction activities will need to be accelerated in an effort to meet urgent growth objectives. The property anticipates the noise and visual evidence associated with this action may affect their guests. Starwood recognizes the importance and value of their guests and will make every effort possible to minimize any inconvenience each may experience.
As a courtesy to their guests, the mail room will accept parcels for registered and arriving guests. All parcels must be addressed to the registered guest or with the name on the future reservation. All parcels will accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival and held up to two weeks after departure. Improperly addressed parcels and those left for more than two weeks after departure will be returned to sender. "Our family (myself, husband, 9 year old son and 14 year old daughter) stayed for five nights in a two bedroom unit. The entire apartment was immaculate, the kitchen was fully equpped, the outdoor swimming pools were spectacular. Grounds were well kept and full of flowers. We had a problem with the plumbing in the kids bathroom. As soon as we called, a plumber appeared as if by magic, fixed the problem. He was friendly and helpful as were all the staff with which we dealt. We have traveled all over the world and I don't think we have stayed in any place that was any nicer than this. Hats off!! I would send my friends and family here in a heartbeat."

"The hotel was great. The pools are awesome! I took my kids easter weekend, and there was a great set-up-Easter bunny/breakfast, egg hunt, etc. The rooms were big, we stayed in the Key West Village...which is a little far from the main pool but walkable. The St. Augustine village has a great pirate ship pool for the kids! There's grills available-but you need matches, they wouldn't start up for some reason? **The front desk staff (1 gentleman in particular) ruined the trip-very rude. Don't count on early check ins & expect to check in no earlier than 4:00pm. My son threw up in our room, we cleaned what we could but asked for additional cleaning, we were told 'someone will be right up'...when they came they cleaned everything BUT the area where he threw up and said 'we will shampoo the carpet when you check out'. One visit to the front desk and it was cleaned."

"My condo was average, for the money my family and I have stayed in nicer resorts. The furniture was a bit worn and the spa bath tub was not very clean. Requested a top floor condo and was assigned a 1st floor condo after talking to the clerk she did move me up to the 2nd floor yippie. I wouldn't go back to this resort."
