"My stay at the Sheraton Vistana was exceptional! The accommodations not only met my expectations but, exceeded them. The private villas are like my home away from home. They are quiet and restful. They are equipped with a complete kitchen, washer and dryer, jacuzzi tub and many other features and benefits.

The staff is very cordial. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the management staff never fail to go out of their way to make you feel at home. It is obvious that the team at the resort are happy with their jobs. That attitude transfers to the guest in the hotel, as well as to the guest of the hotel guest. During my stay, I had to have an employee bring me some urgent documents to sign. When my guest entered my villa, the first words out of his mouth was: 'Wow, this is not like a hotel but, like a home'. He also commented on the friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff.

When I visit Orlando there is no other option for me for a home away from home. It will be the Sheraton Vistana Resort. It will exceed the expectations of anyone.

"The majority of our family went, we have seven in our family, five of us traveled to Orlando with our spouses and children (seventeen of us). We had five rooms, all five rooms were clean, all the staff throughout the resort were friendly, the place was beautiful.
Without a doubt, one of the nicest places we have ever visited; we hated to leave. We were able to make wonderful meals in our rooms, as well as use the outdoor grills for barbeques.
The rooms were very spacious, especially for our family which consists of six.
Pools were always clean, the patios were always kept immaculate, the walkways to and from your doorstep were kept clean.
Simply can't say enough great things about our family vacation."

"lovely place to stay but very expensive i.e. shops and things for kids to do. The villas beautiful shuttel to disney is a nightmare it has thirty seats it runs to magic kingdom twice a day at seven forty five and eleven forty and it serves two hotels there was at least twenty peaple standing everyday we were left standing in a tropical storm in the middle of a bus park for over an hour and then was told that the bus was to full to make the pick up and they would sent a bus when they can we also was asked to leave the bus so that the other quests from the other resort could get on and the would send another bus for us the bus company was a nightmare there is no way you can go back to the parks later at night the shuttel was the most extreme ride in disney if you do not drive stay away from this resort after going to orlando for twenty three years this was far the worst holiday i have had compained to the resort about there shuttel and so did many quest and nothing was done"

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa from Sunday April 8th to April 15th. We were very impressed by the front desk staff and by the Villa itself. Very lovely property. Clean, comfortable, loved it! We will be back."

"This is my second visit to your resort. I am very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail. I would like to make a suggestion for an activity/general knowledge for your guest of all ages. I was very impressed with the amount and variety of bird life that 'live' on site. I am from UK but found myself being asked what a particular bird was by US guests. I believe you have Cormorants, white and blue herons, a variety of birds of prey and a variety of ducks. I also believe you have a particularly large fish perhaps a large pike in the Cascades lake. I and other guests would have found in useful and interesting if you had a couple of notices boards on site or handed out a leaflet with pictures of the 'resident' birds together with some background information. Children could 'play a game of searching for and identifying particular birds. I for one would like to know about the about the duck if that is what is it which has red head markings somewhat like a turkey."

"Loved our condo. Very well kept grounds. Pools were great and they had a lot of activities for kids. TIe Dyed tshirts and pillowcases at poolside were fun souvenirs. Pack your own coffee/filters, shampoo and lotion. They only provide soap. There is a Walgreens and Chevron station within walking distance if the Market Place store is not open."

I just completed a two night stay at your hotel (Sheraton Vistana Resort ) and felt compelled to let you know that everything about your hotel is perfect. My husband and I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return in the very near future. Everything was wonderful. My one bedroom villa was most accommodating and was beautifully furnished. The property is well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I cannot say one negative thing about my experience with you all and thank you for helping to make my time away from home very pleasurable. You have a product that you can be very proud of.

"The Vistana resort is a great option when staying with children. The rooms are very nice with all the amenities of home. We found the check in to be a little slow and the reception a bit cold. We were pleased with the quality of our room and loved finding a new pool around every corner. We bought everything we needed for morning breakfast, but discovered that they do not supply coffee filters.....which they should. Being an experienced time share vacationer, this is something that should be standard.
The proximity to the parks is very convenient and there is a ton to do in this area. We opted for driving to the parks since the shuttle service is very limited-only a couple of time options for each park.
Overall, would recommend to others, but might try something else next time."

"This resort was a great place to stay. I was so pleased with the full kitchen & washer/ dryer in our suite. We were able to save money by preparing breakfast and dinner. I was able to wash all of our clothes before we left for home. My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. This was our home away from home. It was private and pleasant. Loved this resort. Will definitely stay here next time in Orlando!"
