Each villa features Sheraton amenities and special touches, like bathrooms with whirlpool tubs [in most villas] and screened-in patios or balconies. And to complete the picture, your choice of three villa types allows you to create the perfect fit for your family.
Please Note:
As a courtesy to their guests, the mail room will accept parcels for registered and arriving guests. All parcels must be addressed to the registered guest or with the name on the future reservation. All parcels will accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival and held up to two weeks after departure. Improperly addressed parcels and those left for more than two weeks after departure will be returned to sender. They will accept up to 3 parcels free of charge, a $5 handling fee per additional parcel will be applied. For additional information, please contact the resort directly.
Attention
Please be advised, effective January 9, 2012, the pool at the fountains will be closed for equipment replacement, re-surfacing and upgrade. The other six pools will remain open for your enjoyment. Both Pool and Bar will be re-opened on February 10, 2012.

Studio Villa - No Housekeeping
One king Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed in bedroom and one double sofa bed. Access via exterior corridors. 483 square feet. Kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, cookware, and dinnerware. Washer and dryer. Dining table and chairs. "My only negative comment would be the entertainment, they should focus more on having fun activities for all guest including adults, the kareokee is more child oriented and there is not much to do other than the pool and sauna"

"It statrted with front desk people-They said I booked only 5 nights although the resrvation papers show 6 nights payment. Then they said they took care of it but they did not. On the 6th night the room key didn't work because the hotel checked us out without informing us. I had to go back to my room with the securuty person who opened the door and drove back to the front desk ( at 11:55pm) and showed them the reservation papers to get extra day although we stayed only 3more hours to sleep because our return flight was at 6am. That was utter negligence on the hotel personel and also they have attitude issues and made me wait for 1/2hour on the first day to give welcome kit. 2) The guest services workers are unfriendly and do little for the guests in booking for the shows. Bad experience with them. If I had beleived them, I would have left Orlando without watchig 'Circus De Souleil'. It woul have been a great disappointment to my daughter who wanted to see the show very badly which she did without the hotelguest services help. 3) The night stand lights did not work and go on and off even for slight movement of the bed. It was quite annoying throughout the stay. 4) We paid 3 times the regular price because it is 'spring break'"

"Awesome! Our two bedroom suite was perfect for the four of us. Everything was great. From the check in to check out. Close to all the places we wanted to see. Loved the fact that we needed to scan our room card to get in and out of the resort. We all felt very safe. Liked the fact that they worked with one taxi/transportation company. We had some of the same drivers when we needed them, the longest wait time for them to arrive at any of our destinations was 15 minutes. The staff was great and always friendly and helpful. We will for sure come back here. Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

[1.] Exit the Turnpike at I-4, follow signs to I-4 West [Tampa].
