Was given a Junior Hospitality room for the same price as my original booking. Thanks Rosen Plaza for a great weekend. "Very convenient to SeaWorld and Convention Center. Traffic was very heavy during certain times, but other than that, the hotel was great. Restaurant choices were limited and quite expensive although the hotel's breakfast buffet was very good and reasonably priced. We'd definitely stay here again. It was a bargain. "

"I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, for the value this hotel is super clean and spacious. I stayed with my significant other for 3 nights to go to Disney world. Now, it was really cold the weekend I stayed so I didn't get to use the jacuzzi or the pool but from what I saw it looked really relaxing, the pool is beautiful and big. The staff was friendly. There were no issues at all. Granite tops on all the furniture, nice Samsung LCD TV. Mini fridge that I did use to store some soft drinks. The only negative thing is soemtimes in the morning it would be noisy. I can hear people talking and slamming doors, but I don't see how the hotel is responsible for that. It's not their fault there's inconsiderate people. It also would've been nice if the hotel offered free breakfats but there is a 24 hour deli open at ll times, so that was very convenient. You dont have to leave the hotel for any meal, there's a restaurant and a coffee spot. If you're expecting 5 star quality then pay 5 star prices. For $70 a night it was definitely worth it and I'd definitely stay here again."

"The Rosen Plaza hotel is a beautiful hotel. My family and I stayed there for a few days the week of July 4th. Check in and check out was easy.. the staff were friendly, and this hotel is located in the middle of everything. Seaworld and Aquatica are literally minutes away. The view from the hotel room was awesome and the room was clean and comfortable. In reading the reviews there were mentions of the parking lot being a distance from the hotel, this is not true (unless your going during an event at the Convention Center), parking is located right next to the entrance of the hotel. Overall, my 2 year and 10 year myself and my husband were pretty satisfied with this hotel. I will definetly stay there again."

"Everything was comfortable, clean and the hotel is very beautiful. The location is excellent. I was able to get around without a rental car - the Iride Trolley, Lynx bus. The fact that it was directly across from the Pointe Orlando Mall was wonderful - movie theater, mini golf, restaurants. It was also walking distance to many other restaurants. The pool was also wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again."

"The room was quite nice but a bit noisy with a teen conference going on, though most of the noise was contained in the halls and could not be heard in my room.
The valet staff and the store staff were the most friendly and the most courteous.
The room was comfortable, quite a soft bed though, but clean and nice. While waiting to get checked in, I did use the restroom and found it to be deplorable and was in such disgust, I refused to use it. Not only that but the lobby restroom is also part of the pool restroom which means the floor was wet and quite slippery. Bar patron were also using this and one woman in heels almost slipped and fell since they did not have staff keep up on this. Two of the three stalls were absolute unacceptable for use. (the third was in use).
The open bar remained dirty with debris on the table most of the night after it closed. I actually couldn't sleep and wen to enjoy fresh air poolside quite late at night (busy area) and I noticed the open bar in the lobby had the same dirty tables as it did earlier in the night at or shortly after it closed. It just appears that the main areas such as this and the restroom should be kept much cleaner and useable.
Would I stay there again, ONLY if I got the same rate, because of the treatment and the filth in the lobby area would not warrant me to pay their regular rates of $160 and up if they cannot keep their main facilities clean and sanitary and their staff friendlier (again the front desk staff) and inviting. Which she was NOT! (Actually quite snobby!)"

"The hotel was great. Nice clean rooms with extra-soft beds. The room had a flat screen on wall and a refrigerator. Granite counter and ceramic tile in bathroom. Plenty of elevators (6) never had to wait. Clean pool and hot tub. Really nice landscaping with palm trees. Great gameroom, gym, and nice restaurants. Really large convention areas on two floors. Also the rooms were quiet. Plenty of restaurants within a block or two. This is one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in. And if you want it, plenty of people to wait on you like vallets. You should stay here, its a 10 in my book."

"I booked this hotel thinking it would be like my stay at the shingle creek. I was wrong, on hoe the distribute guest, some guest that got the deal of $59.00 should know that they are staying in a Hotel and not a Motel 6. My goodness I was not happy with that crowd, things that they would never do in they did it an trashed the hotel. :( . The rooms very clean but makes you wonder how stayed their before u got their and how bad did they trash the place. It needs some improvements for one thing they finally got wi-fi the did not offer when I got their. They wanted 10.00 a day or it. Hello Mcdonads has wi-fi for FREE!! I'm glad they change I. It will make me think if I want stay at the Rosen Centre next time their ."

Only draw back... no free wifi or breakfast [latter not such a problem ... all you can eat breakfast at sizzlers next door for $5. Also no free shuttle from air port / to Disney world ...... cost of taxi from airport $50 and to Disney world and back $80."

"It was an awesome stay, and for the price that we got it made the stay even better. After checkout I'd lost my phone temporarily and thankfully, the staff was understanding and gave me another room key to access the room and search for it. The only thing I didn't care much for was the staff friendliness. Bell hops and car attendants were very nice and greeted us every time we came down, but front desk and others didn't seem to care if we came or went. Other than that, our trip value was amazing."

"The hotel is nice, the lady at the front desk allowed us to check in a little early, which was good and the room was also nice and clean but the a/c has a sensor on it and it shuts off when you leave the room.. after spending the day in 97 degree heat all day, you expect to have a cool room to come back to... this was not the case... we had to wait at least an hour before the a/c cooled the room back down after we returned.. there was also a meeting of some sort going on and the 'people' there were so loud, with their kids running up and down the hall, knocking on doors all evening, I had to call security.. I asked for a room on a different floor but was denied... finally around 1:00 A.M. I went out and asked them myself if they could please keep the noise down as we had to get a little sleep anyway because of the early morning we had the next day...I know the hotel cannot help the type of people they rent to, but I would think they could at least ask them to be a little quieter when a complaint was made."

"Very, very pleased with our stay in this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the room was small but still roomy enough for our family of 3, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The bathrooms in the lobby were very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and with lots of variety. We were able to get a deal with free parking and free internet, otherwise it's $13 per day to park in a gated lot, so the car is safe. The hotel is located very conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping and attractions. Overall, we were all very happy with the hotel and would recommend it and come back again."

"This one one of the best hotels in the world... It's really hard to please everyone when you have such a large staff but they did there best! The 24 hour deli and Jack's Backstage was the best night-cap ever! The rooms were excellent and we have to come back to Orlando twice this year and may be switching to this hotel for our stays!"

"Have only good things to say about this hotel. I stayed across the street for 3 days of business at the convention center. Checked out and found a great deal for this hotel. The staff was much nicer and the food was better. They should teach a class on customer service to nearby hotels! Rooms were clean, nice beds, great pool area. If in the Orlando area, I will always check to see if they have available rooms. They have other locations in the area. I would highly reccommend. They do have parking and internet fees, but unfortunately most of the nicer hotels do, It is sad, that any hotels add these fees as you would assume it part of a nights lodging."

"The hotel was PERFECT! Easy to get to, beautiful, big, rooms were clean and roomy AND it was right next door to the convention center. It took us less than 5 minutes to walk over and there was even a walk way. I would definately recommend this hotel!"

"We can in for the weekend, we were 3 family's that stayed in the Rosen hotel, we liked it so much we stayed extra night. It was on of the best experience that we had. The rooms were clean, we found it very close to everything that we need, them parks. Pool was clean, staff was really nice, and we found the hotel to be very nice, and they had everything that we need.We will come back very soon and will recommend to our friends and family.THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR VACATION ONE OF A KIND."

"they add $13. a day for parking which is a long walk to lobby also must pay for internet .otherwise nice clean room good bed entire place needs updating but still very good value."

"I am in the service industry, therefore I kept looking for something that could be improved upon, something to write about in a survey. Well, my only complaint is that I have nothing to complain about. The staff that assisted us with the reservation, the value I received, the CLEANLINESS of the Hotel and Rooms, the close proximity to the major attractions [not to mention walking distance or short trolley ride to Convention Center, some minor attractions and some great restaurants], all of this was great. Looking forward to our next trip there."

"I very much liked this hotel both for the service and the proximity to the Convention Center. Disney Parks were easily accessible from hotel. My only negative was the charge for high speed internet. It is frustrating on travel sites that say hi speed internet available but do not inform ahead of time that there is a charge for that service. I would recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends. Jack's Place restaurant serves phenomenal food."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Rosen Plaza Hotel. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were too small but comfy. I really enjoyed the club at the hotel esp. since it was possibly the only place in Orlando that wasn't packed that night. This was my second stay and it will not be the last!"

"This was a clean and perfect hotel for our needs. It was walking distance to restaurants and shops. It also had a fun sports bar club as well right off of the lobby called Backstage. We rented a car and we barely used 3 bars of gas that's how close Disney was. The beds were comfortable and everything in the room w as spotless . They even accommodated my low floor request because my mom doesn't take elevators. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

"Very nice hotel has plenty to do around the area. Very friendly staff and clean hotel overall. We got to the hotel way to early to check in and they let us check in at 8 am when the actual check in time was 3pm. Had a good experience overall, cant complain!"
