Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice having the extra space of a two bedroom unit.Nice variety at breakfast. Staff made sure the food was adequately stocked. Internet worked well in the room. Nearby restaurants, including 4 Rivers Smokehouse (delicious). Shopping area of Waterford Lakes - less than a 10 minute drive. Would stay here again if in the area. Great hotel!

We had to spend at weekend at UCF for an elementary school tournament. Due to the long days we need a hotel very close to campus and that gave our family some room. This was a great choice...close, clean, convenient with a great staff and not so bad breakfast! This is a great choice for the value ..if you need something close to UCF this should be a top pick!

We got this for the location as we wanted to be near the college so I could visit with some of my colleagues. It's a bit more pricey than some other places in the Orlando area but the amenities are excellent and the staff is responsive.

First off the elevator drops 4 inches as it reaches the 4th floor, before it opens the door, and it makes you feel like the elevator has broken every time you ride it. Second, the pool was very unkempt and incredibly dirty and filled with debris. We sat by the pool and watched someone "clean" for 4 minutes before walking away (aka filter our large sticks... and that was it). The breakfast is average, but can't complain about free. The rooms are a decent size, but the fans come on automatically w... Read more

A very comfortable place to stay with multiple room suites, which are great for small business meetings. The bed and linens are plush and comfortable. If I could figure a way to stop the air conditioner from blowing on the bed all night, it would be five stars.

Booked this location because I wanted to avoid traffic for my son graduation at UCF. I was skeptical at first because I normally stay at the Marriott hotel itself and not at any of the sister companies. However, to my surprise the room was very spacious with a full kitchen and refrigerator. The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only dislike was that once you hit the light switch for the bathroom the fan automatically comes on and it was very loud.

This stay was absolutely the best we have experienced in Orlando. Even though we arrived earlier than expected and prior to normal check-in time, we were greeted with warm and friendly smiles and given a room on the ground floor as requested. What a beautiful room it was! Spacious, well laid out and extremely comfortable. Each and every encounter with the hotel staff was met with a friendly greeting. This site has plenty of luggage carts at convenient locations which greatly eased the moving... Read more

We stayed in a studio room with our two dogs while we had some emergency repairs made on our house. The hotel charged us a non-refundable $100 fee for the dogs, presumably to clean the room after we check out. Ironic, since the room was not very clean for us. The kitchen had a large sticky spot on the floor, the inside of the bathroom door was covered with a thick layer of black dust on the panels, the outlet covers by the bed were also very dusty, and the bathroom vanity was also dirty enough t... Have been staying at this hotel 3 or more times a year for the last 9 years will doing business in the area. Outside of the front desk personnel who provide great service at check in, I have noticed a gradual decline in all other aspects of the experience staying there. The breakfast, especially the hard "chunks" of egg is well below standard at other brands offering free breakfast as part of the rate. Until this last stay I have been willing to deal with the issues but last night there were ... Read more

I decided to stay at this Residence Inn on a business trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and easy. The inside was neat and clean, but might be in need of a renovation soon. The rooms were ok. The breakfast area was nice, clean, and had plenty of food. Check-out was fast. I'd recommend you give this hotel a try if you're in this area of Orlando!

I have stayed here numerous times over the years. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to assist you. This hotel has not had the upgrade which many other Marriottā??s have which makes it seem somewhat tired and used. The carpets are stained which would be either housekeeping or managementā??s lack of desire to put money back into this property. The lack of upgrade may be because this is a cash cow for the owner and they see no reason to limit their revenue... Read more

Hotel is very convenient to UCF. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was very nice & clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly & courteous. The only issue for us was after a long day spent moving into a dorm in the heat we were all looking for a refreshing dip in the pool. Unfortunately it was like getting in to a tub of warm bath water. It was so warm it was unbelievable. Even getting in the jacuzzi and then coming back to the pool did not help, the water was just too warm. I asked @ front ... Read more

People are so pleasant that work here. It is close to UCF which allows for us to be near our daughter. We stay here often. Place is clean and beds are comfortable and price is reasonable and close to restaurants. This time we brought our dog and it was very accommodating for her.

The breakfast was great! The rooms were very comfortable and the GM Jenise and director of sales Sarah welcomed me and have great personalities! I loved my stay there. I would definately stay again when I come back to the area.

We stayed here in a 2 bedroom suite. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The room could use some renovation, especially the bathroom. The bathtub is old and the stopper did not hold water. The lighting in the bathtub/toilet room is also poor. I'm a big fan of Marriott and the Residence Inn brand and have spent weeks staying at RI across the country and this location is overdue to be renovated. I had my 2year old with me answer needed milk, when I went down to the... Read more

The hotel was clean and provided bedding for 5 people, which is all we needed for one night. However, the bathrooms were fairly dated as was the entire room, boring decor. Would not want to stay for longer than one night!

This hotel has an excellent location if you are coming to the UCF area. A few good offers within walking distance and great choices less than five minutes away by car. This area is really good. The hotel itself is somewhat charming, quiet, even secluded. The rooms are very ample and comfortable, the beds and the pillows are nice, the towels are soft, this is a good hotel with lots of amenities. It mixes contemporary fixtures with old world furniture, a twist that you may or may not like, but tha... Read more

My family and I took refuge from Hurricane Matthew at this hotel. We had a two bedroom suite and we're pleased with the accommodations. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the pet deposit. $100.00 is excessive. This is a new expense. I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past with pets and have never been charged for them. In checking the area hotels this is the highest fee.

Our daughter lives in Winter Park so this hotel is a great location for us when we come to visit. Our room was very clean and in good working order. It was also quiet in our ground floor suite which is always a huge plus. The bed was very soft and comfy! The breakfast was hot and fresh with many options and additions for oatmeal and yogurt toppings, no runny powdered scrambled eggs here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While not a 5 star resort, the hotel is a very nice, convenient opt... Read more

As far as Residence Inns go, this is one of the nicer ones I have visited. The staff is exceedingly friendly and great to deal with. I especially liked the grill kits they carry so I can grill up dinner and loved the fact that they had a laundry basket in the closet. It was a welcome and nice touch

A typical, comfortable Residence Inn. Everything worked. Nothing better or worse than normal for chain. Stayed over the week end to visit family in the area. Even though there was a home football game for UCF, the staff did very well the full hotel. Will stay there again when back in town for business.
