"I would have given this place an excellent in everything except.. the pool was very disappointing. Slide was closed, water was cold, the hot tub was freezing the bottom of the lazy river was very rusty looking. I wanted to spend a day relaxing.. but that was impossible. I loved our 4 bed room town home, I loved the staff who checked us in, clean comfy and plenty big enough !! Had a private jacuzzi so that was nice to replace the pool issue Can not say enough good about the home at all.. if you don't want to swim or even relax by the pool then you will be VERY happy here.. I will return, and I hope the pool will be up and running properly the next time. LOVED the town home !!"

Regal Oaks Townhouse was great but the pool was worthless.
The unit is in a convenient location to restaurants and parks. It was clean and well maintained.Having a nice kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was a great asset. One of the things that attracted us to it was the pool and water slide as we were bringing 2 young children and thought we could spend a day there as a break from all the theme parks. The pool was extremely cold and the slide was shut down. No tubes in the small lazy river. We spent about 5 minutes there the entire trip and the children were shivering. Because a nice pool is important to us, I would not recommend this town home. If you're not interested in the pool this would be a great place to stay."

"We finally had a chance to get together with my friend's family and book a vacation for Spring Break. I noticed this property and thought 'wow, what a great deal?', but I wanted to do more research on the property. When I went into their website, I noticed that it said that their pool was having maintenance during the month of March, so I called the property the week of February 19th, before booking reservation to ask about it. I was assured that the lazy river would be operational, although waterslide was not and they decided to put off the repairs until May. They said that their website hadn't been updated with the new information yet, so I went ahead and booked the reservation. When we arrived, we were told that internet was via USB (connected in the kitchen) and that the WiFi was $15, BUT they were all out and we had to wait until someone brought router back. We were ready to take our showers, BUT there were no washcloths so we had to use our towels. It was raining when we got there, so we couldn't go out to Old Town as we had planned. We decided to sit on patio and get into the jacuzzi, BUT couldn't do that because its not covered and the patio was full of rain. We had to go out to purchase a sponge to wash the dishes, because even though they told us one should be in kitchen there wasn't. My daughter swept the kitchen but there was no dust pan, so she called the front office and they said they would bring one over - they never showed up. Saturday, the weather was better, so the kids wanted to go to the pool. Only to find out that they didn't have the tires floats that you use for the lazy river and told us that the pool was due for maintenance so none of the equipment was at the pool and we would need to bring our own floats. There are only 2 televisions in the unit - one in the master bedroom and the other in the living room, so it was a bit challenging in the evening when we settled back in the unit. I understand that things happen, but after finding out the the waterslide hasn't been operational since August, I feel that this was the wrong place for us to stay. Next time I will go back to Liki Tiki Village."

"If you are looking for a beautiful, spacious & affordable place to stay in the Orlando area, definitely consider Regal Oaks! The condos are beautiful - ours (as did most) had a private jacuzzi in a screened in porch. The pool area is very nice but they are preparing it for renovations so we only used it once. The girls in the office (they are the only staff we dealt with) are very nice and so helpful! We drove to Orlando from New York with a Friday check in of 4pm. We left early due to weather and ended up getting to the condo very early! My 10 year old daughter was car sick and when I called and explained my situation, the girls made sure our room was done first so we could have an early check in. The condos are so close to EVERYTHING!! This really was the perfect place! We can't wait to come back!"

"We were not told of check in time in advance and when we arrived at 2 PM, we were told that unit would not be ready until 4 PM which is their check in time. We gave girl our cell phone # to call when unit was ready, but they never called. Had to make special trip back to office for internet cord as it was not in unit. Router is $15 extra. Unit was clean, comfortable and well equiped. Location to Disney is very good. Can be to parking area in 15 minutes. Old Town is next door and not a good attraction. Lot of undesirables roaming the area with high police presence. Location is good to grocery store and restaurants on Route 192. Our stay at Regal Oaks Townhomes overall was very good and I would recommend if you can book for special rate on Bookit.com of $79 night."

"Regal Oaks was our first time visit to Orlando, on the recommendation of friendswe decided to stay off of the Disney resort and book with Regal Oaks townhomes. It was considerably reasonable. Close to Disney and close to all established eateries within 5-mins. The checkin/out was smooth and really liked the presence of security in their white trucks all day. The pool was not open when we went but that was ok, since the weather was still a little on the cool side. Townhomes are fairly new (2yrs old I believe) Will definitely recommend to friends."

Condo has lots of room, was clean, comfy beds, with lots of parking.
Bring your own wash cloth,dish towel, pillow( theirs are rocks), bath soap, and a 'sharp' knife(dull).No fans in rooms. Housekeeping extra, and cleaning FEE was $95.Burned out bulbs in lamps and front porch entry.

"Great place to stay. Was a little worried when first got here. Was not impressed with receptionist. Not very friendly. However, second day talked to different girl who was as friendly as could be. One block from Old Town. Great pizza place in Old Town. Few miles from Disney. Restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store and post office within 2 miles. Stayed in 3 bedroom/3 bathroom town home. Would be great for groups or families. Lots of room. Bath towels provided. Need to bring washcloths and kitchen towels. Washer and dryer provided. Was very surprised how nice for the price. Cleaning fee a little high but would definitely stay again."

"The beds at our townhome were more comfortable than being home! The staff assisted us with our needs immediately. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. All of our needs were provided with the exception of kitchen towels, which we now know we need to bring ourselves. Having the onsuite washer/dryer was a great bonus and the location to disney couldn't have been better. The night security was welcomed, even though we didn't encounter any problems, we were aware of their presence. We highly recommend this for families! The grocery store was just around the corner and being able to cook our meals was a great money saver. All of the provided kitchen items were in great condition. We can't wait to plan our next visit and will return to Regal Oaks when we can stay longer! Thank you!"
