I had a great stay here. James the manager was very professional and always willing to take time out to talk. Nichi was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. will stay again. I would highily recommend this hotel to friends and family.

It always amazes me how people can complain about a 2 star hotel, like it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel. I was in town for a trade show at the Convention Center, and Red Roof Inn was literally half the price of all the hotels associated with the trade show. Was it as nice as those hotels? No, of course not. Those are 4-5 star hotels and this is a 2 star hotel. For what it is, this hotel is very good value for the money. My room was clean, had plenty of room, the WiFi was free and it's within w... Read more

I attended a convention next door and didn't want to pay a fortune for my room. I booked early through a discount site and got a great rate on the Red Roof Inn. My stay was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again. My room was quiet and cozy. Yes, it was small - but for one person on a business trip it was just fine. The room was well decorated and up-to-date. Wide-screen TV, good air conditioning, even a coffee maker in the room (which many budget properties do NOT offer!) The only... Read more

Three night stay - conference next door at the Rosen Centre. Their convention rate was three times as much as this Red Roof Inn. I'll happily walk 400 ft. for the savings and convenience as long as the service and quality meet expectations. Well, they exceeded my expectations - especially Jackie and Joseph, Their attitude and helpfulness was top notch, and way better than most of my previous Red Roof Inn experiences. They have a nice little pool and spa, and even a small workout room for gu... Read more

If you have a limited budget and are looking for a decent place to stay near the Orange County Convention Center then the Red Roof is definitely a candidate. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the Convention Center and, very conveniently, has a Walgreen's supermarket just across the road. The rooms are big and equipped with a decent sized desk, fridge, microwave and flat screen television. The bathroom is small but sufficient.

We booked this place because it was the cheapest and almost closest to the convention center. That was pretty much the only perk to this place other than the little hot tub. We had to have someone come plunge our toilet. It could barely muster up the will to flush. We had the ac down as low as it would go and the room was still pretty warm. We originally had 2 rooms for 4 people, each room was supposed to have two double beds, but we cancelled one room and so they just assumed we would want to b... Read more

Location was perfect for any convention-goers needing to hoof-it around town. Walking distance to a few fast food options and convenient access to the Orange County Convention center, about a 5-10minute walk at best. Across from a convenience store and located closely to the nearby bus station for easy transit around the area as well. Rooms were adequate, nothing too fancy but they were nice, firm beds and the usual furnishings nothing in major disrepair and the environment was well-lit and fel... Read more

Perfect location for the convention center but false advertising on all booking sites regarding parking at the facility. We are locals and booked the hotel overnight to avoid traffic for the mega con convention. Upon checking in we were told that we would have to move our car in the morning or it would be towed. When I asked if this was a common practice for any business travelers who are attending a conference I was told not usually but for this weekend. I thought this was a little discrimi... Read more

I have stayed here several times over the last decade and there have been some up grades in the property and the room rates have gone up. Front desk is always pleasant. The room I got smelled badly of mildew and mold, but it was early in the day and this was all that was ready, so I aired it out a bit and stayed the night. The light over the sink in the bathroom took about an hour to come on and the bathroom vent fan was very noisy. The air conditioner was also incredibly noisy and I eventu... Read more

My wife flew out of Orlando very early, so we came down the night before and stayed at the Red Roof on Hawaiian in Orlando. $56, booked through TripAdvisor. The lady at the front desk was very courteous, pleasant, professional. If you need a low price, clean room to stay in that is right off on International and only 15 minutes from the airport, this is your place.

The comforters on the beds were nasty and filthiest things I've ever seen in any hotel. 3 big grease spots on one and the other, the biggest stain on it and you could tell it hadn't been washed in months. The noise and weird people walking around was the worst for this area. I went up front and asked for cleaned comforters although I had a can of lysol and the girl in the office didn't seem shocked, no comment, just "let me see if maintenance has any clean ones." Basic budget hotel, but clean & comfortable w/ good size room. Small outdoor pool. Can access breakfast buffet at Clarion hotel next door for under $7 [food wasn't that great, though-- better quality nearby] Within 2 blocks: Denny's, 24 hour Walgreen's, IHOP, McDonald's & Red Lobster. convention center about 10 minute walk-- lots of sidewalks & fairly low traffic area. I would have given this hotel a five rating if I had not been "coerced" into paying a fee for the safe that I never used. The room was clean and spacious with a coffee maker, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet so that I slept well. The conference center is less than a ten minute walk away. Free coffee was available in the lobby. Several choices for breakfast were only a few minutes away. I stayed here for a conference in June 2016. The motel was basic but had decent amenities - refrigerator, coffeemaker, pool, laundry, free coffee in the lobby 24/7. The location was close to the convention center, especially the West section - an easy walk. Walgreen's was convenient, as well as IHOP, Denny's, Red Lobster, McDonald's, and Dunkin' Donuts. The room was fine for 2 of us as we were hardly there. Great location, handy shuttle to Disney and Jacqui was very helpful to us. For the price, it was good. Pool area was handy as well. The only bad part, was the sheets and blankets has stains on them which I asked them to change. Hope they get their housekeeping sorted out.

Several friends have stayed at this hotel so I took their advice. And I am glad I did. The Red Roof Inn was very accommodating. I had a room reserved that was guaranteed for late arrival. I was getting in around 6am the morning after my reservation started and called the hotel to check their policy. I was told as long as I arrived before 7am, my room would be there. 1st time at a Red Roof Inn. Wasn't impressed with the look, however, was pleasantly surprised. Fabulous AC and fast WiFi- faster (and FREE) than WiFi at high end hotels I've stayed at in recent weeks. Minimal amenities, but clean, quiet, and for the location and cost, worth it for travelers on a budget.

(1)Red Roof Inn, a.k.a. prostitute shacks. (2)Every flush of the toilet, a surge of the smell of rotting egg appears from an unknown source. (3) questionable security; the Red Roof Inn seems to be a safe haven for drug addicts of all sorts--meth heads, and heroin junkies alike. (4) questionable room hygiene; the rooms smelled like feet--if that's your thing then you'd probably not mind. All in all, you get what you pay for at $45* a night.
