This hotel is close to the airport and they have an early morning shuttle which starts at 4:30 am. This hotel is great for early morning flights. The front desk is courteous and the beds are comfortable. The price is good and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. They also have an early morning breakfast that starts at 6 am.

I stayed here on a work trip to Orlando in May 2016 and will not go back again. Everything in the rooms are in need of updating - the furniture is tattered and flattened, the wallpaper is ripping, the carpet is old and musty. I had two rooms and they were both the same way - my first room the carpeting was soaking wet from a broken air conditioning unit. Even the lobby furniture is tattered and worn. The breakfast was nice enough and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes in the mornings to the airpo... Read more

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Blood on the pillows, someone else's shoe left in the room, (after cleaning), an air conditioner that leaked so badly we needed towels on the floor to soak up the water. Wifi only worked if you camped out in the lobby. We did bring these issues up and they did take some money off the room. But still not worth the $85. Never again.

Thank you Ramada. I took a trip to Florida after arranging numerous thing to do. My stay at Ramada was the only thing that went well. The front desk was very welcoming. The staff was very courteousand the free continental breakfast was perfect. I would definitely recommend Ramada and always speak highly of my experience at Ramada on a trip that was not good. One thing I would have to say is that the Internet signal was not available and extremely weak at our room. We only stayed one night an... Read more

We stayed here for the park sleep fly feature but this hotel is shabby. Patches on the room walls with no paint but the worst was no hot water! Seriously?!?! That's all you should need to know. Desk staff were friendly. But won't stay here again.

This region near the airport is filed with hotels and the prices are very competitive. There nothing great about this place, except that it was spacious, but all hotels here are, and are available for similar prices . Customer service was again a little disappointing. If you are comfortable spending +/-10% of your budget, look around. There are Marriotts and Hiltons that have great standardized service for an additional fractional amount. First the positives: Our room was spacious enough and clean. Wifi worked fast and steady. The bed was too old with an uneven mattress. Aircondition was so loud that switched it off in the middle of the night to be able to sleep. The light switch by the door did nor work and got fixed after several notes to the reception. It was definitely not for a longer stay, must be perfect for 1 or 2 nights.

The hotel is good for a family. The shuttle took about 10 minutes to come get us at the airport. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. The room was large with two twin beds and a sofa bed. Great for a family of five. The room felt old and is due for an update. But the bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. And for the price, it was a great value.

Clean large room but hotel and rooms tired. Did have a bathroom plumbing leak. Lived with it and used towels to soak up water. They took 10% off our bill.

My experience started poorly in trying to get the shuttle from the airport, but I was told it had a flag tire and was out of operation, then walking into the room, there was a very strong old mildew smell that I read others had reported; it was extremely off putting and almost overwhelming each time you walked into the room. The shower was average and the fan in the bathroom made a horribly loud noise each time it was on. Location is good and facilities like the exercise room and restaurant are... Read more

This hotel is good for what it is. A hotel that is only minutes from the airport. Some of the rooms could be updated. I stayed here one night arriving at approximately 9pm so I was not able to use some amenities like the pool or fitness center. Breakfast was good. Overall good but not great

There was wallpaper pealing off the wall in the bath. The power outlet at the lavatory sink was burned. there was mold/mildew at the base of the tub. The curtains di not close tightly. There were lamp switches that were broken and difficult to operate in the living area. This was not a hotel I would associate with the name Wyndham brand.

My husband & I stayed here for one night prior to a cruise and appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport along with the free breakfast. On a prior trip we had used a different hotel and the comparison was remarkable. The shuttle driver was friendly and prompt & the breakfast fine. Price was reasonable and the room comfortable. All that we wanted for the night. Would recommend for our purposes.

Flickering lights. No bathroom lighting... come on! We are in the 21st Century. The hotel is also close to the airport and the noise would rile you up at night. Breakfast was not disappointing though - saving grace.

used the free shuttle service from airport. Called hotel upon getting our bag and were told where to go to get picked up. Waited about 10 minutes. Checking was good, staying two nights. Desk clerk was polite, efficient and helpful. Room was clean. At about 12:30 there was a pounding on the door. We were told to evacuate as there was a fire on our floor, smoke in the hall. Sprinklers were going off in lobby over checking desk and food service area, waited outside for a little over an hour not sur... Read more

pros: Front desk was friendly Close to airport and restaurants Bed was comfortable cons: stayed on 3rd floor and it smelled really musty/gross in the hallway TV would come and go like it was going out Door locking kept sticking Big metal piece sticking out from the side of the bed frame (hidden by bed skirt) so my husband hit his ankle really hard on it. Needed some updating/cleaning poor lighting in the main living area
