"We stayed in the south tower and we were very pleased with our room! We had a view of the lake and could even see Universal from our room, even though the young man at the front desk told me you could not see Universal from any of their rooms. Did not get a chance to try out the pool or the breakfast so cannot comment on those. The only thing we were not pleased with was that you were not able to access the workout room unless you had a club card. Which the front desk was eager to sell my husband for $25. Never heard of having to pay to use the treadmill in a hotel. We would probably stay here again though."

"We stayed in the newly built north tower in a king suite with a lake view and it was so awesome! The room was so nice and the view was amazing! The 2 free drinks were great too, although you can only pick from Miller Light, wine, or a vodka drink. The staff were great and the hotel is so nice. It's in the middle of tourist town on International drive and there are plenty of things within walking distance and Universal is less than a 5 minute drive. We had a special breakfast on the 2nd floor with champagne (no one drank it) and cold options along with hash browns and a waffle maker. They only have one waffle maker and there was a large family hogging it so I didn't get a waffle. Overall, we had a great stay and felt like we were in a really fancy hotel even though my wallet didn't feel that way!"

"We were very disappointed in the room and elevator. The room was suppose to be renovated already but if it was it was very sad. The curtains had holes, the bed had a wire exposed which scrapped my leg, pillows were a joke and there was a musty smell in the room. The elevator took over 10 minutes to come to the seventh floor ( couldn't walk due to an injury on my foot). When you got inside it was falling apart and jerked all the way to the bottom floor. The pool and staff was very good especially the guy in the bar. The breakfast was horrible. I have never seen just toast, coffee and oranges for a continental breakfast. They should not even advertise a continental breakfast."

"The room was nicely remodeled, they are still working on the parking garage, but have free valet parking, also still working on exterior of the building. The breakfast was average, with cereal, toast, waffles and fruit. Room was clean, nice view of the lake, very close to wet n wild and universal and great location on international drive. We did not use the shuttle, so I cant comment on that, kids loved the heated pool. Would definitely stay again, also the quietiest hotel I have stayed in , in Orlando. Great Hotel for the pricel."

"This hotel was decieving. It looked good from the outside but it was well out dated. I had to ask for toilet and facial tissue. The contenintal breakfast was a joke; dry cereal, toast and fruit. The hotel did not have room service or a restaurant. The elevators were rickety and felt like they were going to break down. I will not go back to this hotel."

"First of all - It was really a cheating experience. The hotel has two buildings. One with a modern / renovated and other one was old , nasty , ugly and horrible rooms. You will not know that you have a room in the old building until the room has been allocated. The rooms we have stayed and not sound proof - my family can't sleep due to noise, the bathroom were ugly and the air conditions are burnt. I have reported this to the hotel manager and no actions were taken. So the sake of everyone - Please please do not stay in this hotel, you will repent for your money"
