"First of all - It was really a cheating experience. The hotel has two buildings. One with a modern / renovated and other one was old , nasty , ugly and horrible rooms. You will not know that you have a room in the old building until the room has been allocated. The rooms we have stayed and not sound proof - my family can't sleep due to noise, the bathroom were ugly and the air conditions are burnt. I have reported this to the hotel manager and no actions were taken. So the sake of everyone - Please please do not stay in this hotel, you will repent for your money"

"THE HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, SO SOME THINGS WERE AVERAGE. BOOK IT.COM MISINFORMED ME ABOUT THE HOTEL HAVING A SHUTTLE TO THE PARKS, THEY DON'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE. BEING ON iNTERNATIONAL DRIVE WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IN ITSELF."

"I hired a room for 5 people and I got one for 4 because in this hotel only has rooms for 4 people, I had to request an extra bed and pay $ 40 more. I am very disappointed with this, the Hotel is an important part in a trip and was very uncomfortable for me and my family."

"Horrible Hotel, no pool, no jacuzzi like in the pictures, breakfast was a joke, not even parking space, hotel was underconstruction, our stay there was a nightmare, Biggest thing of all BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our room was infested with bed bugs, i noticed it on our second night after i woke up coved with bed bug bites............Made a report with the front desk, which was helpless, this whole place was a joke, towels was horrible, 10 years old at least and we couldnt even use it, it was so hard and old it will even hurt my skin, bath tub did not drain properly, will never ever stay there again, will never recommend it!!!!"
