"I would not recommend this hotel to others. The staff was generally rude. The key access outside doors did not lock and presented a safety issue. The hotel charged me a $10 per day resort fee for a place that is hardly a resort. Upon check-in, one of the duvet covers has a huge stain of an unidentifiable substance on it. The room had Sleep Number beds...that did not work. There was a roach in the dresser drawer and the shower was the worst and most pitiful I have ever taken. Stay away if you can!"

"I thought my overall experience at the Radisson Hotel was good. I have some pros and cons about the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to purchase all of our tickets to the parks through the hotel. However, I thought the staff was pretty pushy on trying to sell us on this promotional tour. We told them over a dozen times that we were not interested but they were very persisted on trying to sell it to us. The rooms were pretty clean and the houskeepers were very friendly. One of the cons about the hotel is that it seems to be pretty outdated. The elevators were not working, however, they were able to get one of the elevators to work during mid day of our first day there. I thought it was odd they we were not able to use the staircase without hunting someone down to open it with a key. So I thought that was definitely a fire hazard. Another disatifaction about the hotel was that we didn't have volume on certain channels of our t.v. It wasn't a big deal but on nights I wanted to watch a certain channel i couldn't because I couldn't hear them talk. So would I recommend this hotel to a friend or return? Yes! My goal to visit Orlando was to tour the city not so much having a luxury hotel. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would do it all over again. Thanks"

"The Radisson was a clean, neat, safe and convenient place to stay. I do recommend it to others. Some areas to consider or to suggest improvements relate to the transportation and amenities. Be aware of the $10 daily surcharge for parking, shuttles and the YMCA membership. Now we did not have a car and the shuttle to Universal was inconvenient. The shuttle left the hotel 30 minutes after Universal opened and returned 15 minutes before the park closed. Anyone with theme park knowledge knows that the first and last 2 hours at the park are the best for lower crowds. The Radisson shuttle service completely removed those options. So in our case the $10 daily surcharge was not beneficial. Also, the Radisson uses mainly a car service named 'Metro' that was about 50% higher than other taxis. Aside from being aware of the transportation hurdles, one should enjoy their stay."

"The staff was pleasant, room was large and clean, area was excellent location. Coffee shop was nice but expensive. Elevator needs a redo, carpet in room needs to be replaced. TV and AC worked fine. Plumbing is loud, but very strong. Hot water was plenty, parking was easy. Would recomment to friends and would stay here again. The only complaint was that they did not have our reservation so we had to wait. Kids loved the sleep number bed:)"

"I was welcomed as soon as I got to the front desk. I gave my name to the attendant , he was very courteous and smiling. The room was great. The beds were comfortable. I had to leave early in the morning, came back and found my room neat, beds made, toiletries well placed in the bathroom. I felt at home."

"Hotel stay was everything we expected...the staff was polite and our room was nice,clean and spacious! We do want to address the issue of room key constant deactivation. We went downstairs to main desk about 5 times during our 4 day stay to reactivate our room key. We also suggest that guest service should have an additional person assisting with directions, bus schedule and so forth...

Other than these concerns we were well pleased with the overall guest service provided...we would definitely consider re-booking with The Radisson Hotel Family in the future!"

"the hotel was nice. We got ut in a room with double queen beds instead of the king I requested but good thing I had my confirmation they changed us to a King room. I left my pillow in the first room, it 2 days to get it back. They charged $10.00 a day for a fee which was to cover the pool, transportation to the parks and parking, I only used the hotel parking and the weekend could not find a parking spot because of the restaurants close th e parking lot of the hotel so we had to park in another restaurant parking lot and was still cherged the $10.00 a day fee."

"The hotel was great for the price. Beds were comfortable,rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Hotel was convenient to attractions. Pool was nice. The only thing I would not recommend is the breakfast buffett. Food was not good. Eggs were green and pancakes and French toast were hard as a rock and it was only 8:30am. I would recommend having something at the coffee shop instead. Everything there was very good. I would definitely stay there again."

"Was a great site for our vacation to all of the orlando theme parks. Close to everything. Staff was VERY friendly. Room was larger and clean. Pool was clean and convenient. Nothing fancy but great value and location. Manager was very responsive to billing error and made it right.
Shower had weak water pressure and no privacy from rest of bathroom. Door between adjoining rooms needs insulation, we could hear normal conversation from next door."
