"I planned this trip after two years of not vacationing. I wanted it to be stress free so I booked two months early and did a lot of careful planning to get the best out of my trip. When I arrived there was a big piece of carpet missing right in front of the hotel room. I crinched and was nervous I would find a run down room. The bedding was obviously quite' lived in' and didn't seem to fit very well and my coffee machine did not work properly. I had to hold on to the cord to get a cup of Joe. I ended up having to get coffee at the lobby for $2.45. The cleaning staff did do a very good job of cleaning the rooms and it smelled fresh when we got back from the parks. The only thing I did like was that the room was large but don't expect any fancy bedding. I tried not to let those things bother me because we were going to be out most of the day and I did not want to pack and look for another place. What ruined my stress free vacation was that the hotel put a hold on my debit credit card for $654.00 for the room I per-paid a month ahead! They did not clear it until I checked out. Even after showing proof of my paid confirmation. The money on hold was my vacation spending money and I stressed that it was urgent they release it. They were in no rush to release my money because according to them the bank would not release my money for three days. It's my money and i want it released now; I demanded. My bank had the money released and cleared in an hour! The man was very rude and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. I checked out and was told everything was fine only to get home and find a $502.00 charge on my card. I called and once again I have to wait two days. Stay away if you don't want this abuse!!"

"The staff was pleasant, room was large and clean, area was excellent location. Coffee shop was nice but expensive. Elevator needs a redo, carpet in room needs to be replaced. TV and AC worked fine. Plumbing is loud, but very strong. Hot water was plenty, parking was easy. Would recomment to friends and would stay here again. The only complaint was that they did not have our reservation so we had to wait. Kids loved the sleep number bed:)"

Posted: Tue, Mar 27, 2012"the hotel was nice. We got ut in a room with double queen beds instead of the king I requested but good thing I had my confirmation they changed us to a King room. I left my pillow in the first room, it 2 days to get it back. They charged $10.00 a day for a fee which was to cover the pool, transportation to the parks and parking, I only used the hotel parking and the weekend could not find a parking spot because of the restaurants close th e parking lot of the hotel so we had to park in another restaurant parking lot and was still cherged the $10.00 a day fee."
Posted: Thu, Feb 23, 2012"The hotel was great for the price. Beds were comfortable,rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Hotel was convenient to attractions. Pool was nice. The only thing I would not recommend is the breakfast buffett. Food was not good. Eggs were green and pancakes and French toast were hard as a rock and it was only 8:30am. I would recommend having something at the coffee shop instead. Everything there was very good. I would definitely stay there again."
