"Hallways: perfumed heavily to disguise thorough cleaning, Broken Ice machines Safe: no key available for lock up, so we had to carry our valuables with us everyday Bathroom: had to ask the front desk for toilet paper from the start, ants crawling on floor Housekeeping: staff shouldnt be seen sneaking out for smoke breaks. Didnt clean out the bedroom's garbage. 'Continental' Breakfast: cold eggs, dry breads, more demand than supply. Pool & Lawns: Dirty & unkempt Customer Service: ZERO. the only word that comes to mind is indifference. they couldnt care less what the customer's thoughts/concerns are. Every night & morning I requested that the maintenance person fix the safe & that housekeeping rid of the ants in the bathroom Overall: this was the second accommodation we had in orlando. This place obviously gets enough customers but the money is being pocketed rather than being applied to the facility itself."

"my family and I drove 14 hrs from Ohio and our first encounter at the hotel was very unpleasant to say the least. we were told if we did not like we could leave and go somewhere else. when asked if we would get our money back for leaving they responded we don't have your money the agency does. We paid for a suite(if that is what you would call it) and was put in a double rm. when we questioned it we were told the hotel overbooked and that is all 5 people had to sleep in was 2 double beds ( because that is the only rm they had due to their over booking) . When we were put into our 'suite' the toilet took two hrs to fill with water to even be flushed.First the hotel sent maintence who said it couldn't be fixed. The next time we questioned it we were told , what you want a plunger! Every time we questioned this we were completely blown off by the hotel staff. We were given three towels and wash clothes for five people. when we asked for more towels we were told once again by the receptionist they didn't have any more towels couldn't we just hang them up and let them dry and share them!! The hotel is filthy and the rms had bedbugs in the beds!! I would not recommend this hotel to others. If i had known we would be treated this way we definitely would have booked some where else!! The continental breakfast was such a disappointment we paid to go have a decent breakfast at a nearby restaurant. There are closer hotels than this one to Disney without having to deal with the daily hrs traffic jams!!"

"The hotel was rough looking, Carpet in our room was spotted, the tub facuet ran. The place really needs a face lift. Don't be fooled with the pictures on the internet. it might have looked like that some years ago. The price is fair, the breakfast good. We liked the location just off I-4 west of Disney World, and we felt save and secure. I will say the staff were excellent and friendly.."

"My stay was not great,the water in the shower was not hot,the beds were not comfortable we had 6 in our party and we had to ask for sheets and pillows.Breakfast was not good more like snack , we had an ant problem and saw the bigest roach. The rooms are old and dated and the sleep sofa was only big enough for one person. Great place if you want just some were to lay your head but if you want comfort I do not recomend this hotel."

"First of all there were things offered on the site that was no longer available like the shuttle to the Themeparks that they said had not been available in over a year. The pictures look absolutley nothing like the rooms. There must be like a few special rooms for these pictures and then all the other rooms. The room was filty. The carpet was horrible. The was even a roach in the room. The breakfast was horrible. The waffle batter was watered down. I showed up an hour before they stopped serving (from 7:30-9am) so at 8am and there were no biscuits left and they said they did not have anymore for that day. I might have made it earlier, but the power turned off so the alarm I set did not go off as there was no battery back-up and I DID NOT GET MY WAKE-UP CALL! I will NEVER go back to this hotel."
