"When I arrived at quality inn I could tell immediately that it was a high traffic hotel. What iliked most about it was the location. the front desk staff were ok... not overly friendly but ok. I was told that I could not get any points on my choice privileges beacuse I booked through book it. That was a bummer because I did not egt the room free. I did pay for it even if I could a special deal. They could have given me reduced credit. I was sent to a dirty room but I put that all up to human error. I dont major on the minors.
The location is great. right off international drive, close enough to walmart (7-10 dollars by taxi), right next to mc donalds. I found the colour of the building in general a bad choice--- extremely dark but I got accustomed to it after a while. I was not in love with the bath tub but I bought some spray and took care of any germ issues. I think the staff members have many rooms to clean and dont always get to be as thorough as they would like to. I never went to breakfast there. The shuttle service to the parks was efficient and well organized. Its a pretty huge hotel. There were some loud people on my last night there but the hotel cant help who comes to stay. Guess they came and did somethignabout it because it did nto last long. The staff was generall friendly towards me... the maintainance and housekeeping... especially Camita!!! Camalita??? -- something like that! At this time breakfast should be free!!! The pools were clean and someone was there to look over it."

"I We have stayed at the Plaza on 3 trips from the UK.
The hotel is easy to find from the Airports as it is on the I4.
The last room we had was very clean and quiet as it was on the ground floor at the lower end of the Hotel.
As we are over 60 we ate in the resturaunt, and were amazed at the quality of the food and the choice.
The staff were very good.
We always start our holiday at this hotel and stay the night before the tip home.
We will always use the hotel on our next trip to Florida.
That is when we can get $2 to the £.
