"The condo was very nice, spacious, and clean. The resort was gated, parking was free, and the entire area was very quiet even though it's located right off of Highway 192. The club house was also very nice. This condo had all the amenities of home. My family was very comfortable. I was a little unhappy with the $83 cleaning fee. Beware that depending on the number of nights that you stay you may have to pay a cleaning fee. When paying a nightly rate, I personally think the cleaning fee should be included especially when you're already being charged additional fees in the price as it is. Also if you're going to be arriving after hours, please be sure to call the resort office before closing and get the code to the lock box because this is where your stay information will be and ask for specific directions to your condo. Overall, my family and I were very pleased and will definitely stay again but we'll make sure we stay enough nights to avoid a cleaning fee. I understand that all the condos may not look the same on the inside but I would give our condo a 10. Kudos to Oakwater Resort."

"This is great place to stay. our kids loved their pool !! and 3-br condo was beautiful and cleaned. Best part is very close to Disney world (just 10 min drive)and close to Rt. 192 which has many kinds of restaurants and super market. very convenient ! definitely recommend."
