As others have said the hotel is old and tired but our room was big and very clean, we stayed over 4 days and they cleaned it every day. However, despite advertising there is no bar or restaurant and no room service. So effectively you're self catering (not great turning up after a long flight and not a bottle of water in the room and can't order anything). Staff on reception not very help or knowledgeable. And at the end of our stay someone had ordered take out on our bill and we had to wa... Read more

This is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 3 star. The hotel is obviously in transition and doesn't know what it wants to be. Used to be a chain hotel (no idea what chain) but is now on it's way down unless something good happens soon. Hard to find. There is no obvious sign that indicates where it is. Pool area and smoking area are nice. Shabby but still nice. Linens were clean but un-ironed. And flimsy. Not good quality. Excellent WIFI both in the room and in the smoking/pool area. Fridge wa... The hotel was easy to find, about 11 miles from MCO and 1-2 miles from SeaWorld. The rooms, although a little dated, were large, spotlessly clean and the beds had memory foam mattresses which were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was audible but not too loud. A fridge, coffee maker, ironing board and safe included. We had no cause to ask for room service or complain about anything so can't comment on customer service but the staff we did meet were very friendly and helpful. We didn't ... Read more

The hotel was deserted on our weekend- no more than 8 cars in the parking lot. It was pretty eerie as it took us going down a couple of deserted hallways before we actually found the check in desk. The Landscaping had obviously not seen any rain and the sprinkler system must have been turned off because the grass and trees or thirsty! Overall though, the rooms are fine- nothing fantastic but definitely not horrible - they were comfortable, clean, and the a/c worked fine! housekeeping kept the ro... Read more

Dated hotel and beat to death. Smelly lobby and room was dirty, stained and not vacuumed. Lobby had missing lamp shades on lights, looked dingy and worn. Elevator stalled twice when we used it and thankfully was out of service after we decided to stop using it. Glad we were only on the second floor. I would not say I'm too picky, however I've been to cheaper places that cared more about their appearance. Overall it worked as a place to stay but I would not stay again.

We have stayed in this hotel on June 2 2016, when we entered the room we discovered broken A/C and a horrible smell, plus toilet won't flash. When we asked to change the rooms they said they don't have any rooms available, after waiting a few hours they finally gave us a room but it was still dated and smelly. The siding on the building was dirty and covered with mold.Pool never had clean towels. But it is all minor things for me but this SMELL i cant get over.Overall i am very disappointed.

We couldn't believe the beauty of the hotel for the price. What a find! The pool was cool and the jacuzzi was hot and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and we fell asleep immediately. The service was almost immediate when we had to get batteries for the remote. The room was serviced every day while we were gone and it made it so nice to come back to. We will go back over and over.

Hope no one likes their rooms cooler than 75-77. Rooms are programmed at that temperature and when we asked about it they said it's too keep it "green". I'm not trying to make it 65 degrees in here but at least have control to turn it down to 72 degrees. That is not an option, 75-77 is what you get. Will not stay here again and we were not satisfied with our stay. If you don't have a comfortable room what's the point of paying for a "3.5 star" hotel.

This is a nice hotel, the rooms are nice and the pool is beautiful. It was a little hard to find, the GPS didn't want to find it. The rooms were nice and they were comfortable. Love the clothesline that you could pull out across the bathtub to hang up suits. Hotel is close to Discovery Cove and SeaWorld which were the 2 places we were heading while in Orlando.

Stayed here for the second time last week. Had a third floor room overlooking pool. Room was clean and spacious, with a good size bathroom. Hotel has a beautiful pool which was mostly quiet, the only thing that lets the pool area down are the sunbeds and sometimes there are ants on the pool decking. There is a resort fee but it is less than $7 per day and so you factor this in when comparing rates against other hotels. It is in a quiet area and although there is the I trolley stop outside, I t... Read more

Nice, clean hotel rooms with comfy beds - the rooms have a decent size and the bathrooms are clean and well equipped. The pool area is also very nice and the pool itself has a good size and is never crowded. The location just off International Drive is perfect for the theme parks, for shopping (Premium Outlet just around the corner). Look closely when you drive there, the hotel entrance is not easily spotted from I-Drive.

I write this as I sit on the couch in a king room. As we arrived we spoke with a kind women who was pleasant and answered any questions we had, she took our payment and showed us our room. We were able to get all our things there with there trolleys and upon getting to our room which was beautiful non the less we noticed a few things. That there was no microwave, and there were hardly any towels in the bathroom. The A/C worked great and our poolside view was great. After about 10 min I get a no... Read more

Ok when we got there it really looks like the munsters from the outside, but when your inside its a lovely hotel, very clean and nice it is extremely hot in the hallways and elevators {dont know why } but the rooms are very comfortable although the pillows on the beds are more like cushions and the pool towels are more like wash cloths ,it says it has a bar and a restaurant but none exist , the staff are very nice but this hotel is extremely quiet I found that a bit odd especially at the end ... We came here for our honeymoon. We arrived at midnight, so we did not see the exterior. In the morning, we found out they fired the entire restaurant staff, so no food was available. They told us we could run across the highway to get to ihop. The WiFi was terrible. No shuttle service and no easy access anywhere. There was garbage left outside that had obviously been there for days. We spent the next 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Expedia and were relocated to the Marriott residen... Read more
