"Management company is offsite - they gave us not working keys and we had to wait 2 hours in the heat with 4 little children waiting for the right keys. Still waiting for management to give me a call. they don;t have roomservice (something we were not aware of) great waterpark and good location"

"when I arrived at the front desk of magical memories to get my keys, they had bumped me out of reunion resort stating some problem with a leak in the condo I had reserved, so they put me in another property they had which was a dump! stating that this place was equal to reunion. Lets just say,I was afraid to even sleep there! magical memories did end up helping me finally with an updrage that I was happy with."

"The staff is very inefficient! Took way too long to check in, they forgot to give us the keys, and we had to go to the office that was about 10 miles from the place. The condo was nice, small but good location. We LOVED the water park and the place in general. It was just such a bad first impression with the staff, it sets it off bad. As we were checking out, a couple was complaining to the manager - so we are not alone!"
