We were at the Las Palmeras as part of a promotion. We were given a very large one bedroom suite. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I most definitely would stay there again. The room service and restaurant were excellent. Wifi was free, but very poor in our room location.

I have no complains. Everything was like you are expecting from a Hilton hotel. Location is good, very close to Disney's parks, and the hotel staff is very helpful in any way. Food is very good at the restaurant, an excellent menu, fast and courteous service. If you want good service, and a very nice hotel try it.

This was a nice hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. And the room and grounds were clean. The only downfall was there was no shuttle to and from the airport and I wish they had microwaves in the room like most of the other hotels I've been to lately.

I stayed here on a marketing package and was pleasantly surprised. I was met by an awesome concierge and the wait staff in the restaurant were great too. It would have been nice if the weather was better and breakfast was complimentary but either way the stay was great!

Take a pass on this Hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was very cramped with furniture that was so uncomfortable to sit on you wound up hurting in the time it took to watch a movie. Not to mention the Master bedroom with the king barely fit just a bed and two nightstands. The room motif was old and out of date, and the internet was extremely slow. Only upside was it was quiet. Wouldn't go back.

Wonderful pool and room. Nice and quiet. Kitchenette and balcony with furniture and a Publix supermarket 3 minutes up the road. Absolutely going back. The outdoor hot tub has very strong jets to sooth back. There is a parking garage connected to the hotel and overall the hotel was not crowded.

I stayed at this Hilton GV for a night with a friend that was here on a business trip (near the Convention Center). I would definitely say it is suitable for this purpose and maybe less for a family vacation. I don't consider it as a "resort". I mean by that the quality of accommodation and service (including skilled staff) is impeccable, clean place with spacious rooms and the hotel has good amenities as for bars, outdoor pool and restaurant. Again I think people visiting for other reasons may ... Read more

Wish I could give this hotel 10 stars! I travel for business frequently, and my stay at the Las Palmares was exceptional from the moment I walked in the doors. The staff was extremely friendly, and about 30 minutes after I checked in I got a call asking if my room was satisfactory. I even received a text the next day asking if there was anything else they could do to improve my stay. And I got the best sleep I've had in months on the amazing bed. I must say my family and I had a great time at Hilton Grand Vacations newest Orlando property. The rooms were pretty modern with flat screen TVs in each room and the 2 bedroom had a full kitchen which was an added feature. I stayed here as part of an owners update, as my wife and I are owners, however, it's not up Hilton standards just quite yet. There are no on-site activities or anything to really do other than swim in the rather large heated pool and hot tub. Since I am an owner, I didn't hav... Read more

Overall condition of the hotel is great, everyone from the gentleman at the door, front desk, bar all the way to the pool area was very nice, friendly and helpful at all times. After deciding to finally pay a visit to Universal Studies/Magical World of Harry Potter in Orlando, FL, we booked this hotel and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful, and the location turned out to be very close to the theme park (10-minute free shuttle from the hotel, runs several times per day). Our only suggestion to the hotel: if you ask visitors to take the 90-minute sales pitch for a timeshare in the HGV Club, disclose more information about this upfront, to save people... Read more

Resort was great!!! Front desk needs to work on not giving out personal info to just anybody especially if the room isn't in there name, that is the only reason why I wouldn't give them 5 stars because they printed out my receipt for another guest staying with me, and it had my card number and personal info on it.

Once I walked in I was greeted by 4 smiling faces but Stephanie helped me get checked in, acknowledged my honors membership, offered my water, and made sure she took care of all my needs before actually getting checked in. Ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant, two adults and two kids, only ones in the whole restaurant and it took an hour and a half. Two dishes went back because blood was dripping out of them. Compared to other HGVC locations this one was a disappointment. It was more of a hotel setup and less of a resort. The pool area is small with no entertainment and the hot tub wasn't hot. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. The kitchen was not stocked well with supplies for cooking. It is a pain to park in the parking garage and walk back and forth to the lobby or your room. Poor setup.

The hotel was great. Rooms spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient to Universal and Convention Center. The only downside was $25 per day resort fee. Has a nice pool and fitness center but hardly a resort. Also $18 per day self parking. For a two day stay was almost an extra $100.00. Wouldn't mind paying one hotel fee which also includes parking. The balcony was large, and the staff prepared for the hurricane before our arrival by moving the balcony furniture indoor and giving us preparation bags with flashlights, batteries, water, and kid activities. They gave us updates on the weather and hotel situation every 4 hours during the storm and were very accommodating. We are very impressed by th... Read more

2 out of 5 it was sub-par and not worth the amount of money it cost me. I could have stayed in a motel 8 and would have gotten what I paid for. If I'm paying good money I expect good service and accommodations.

I was given a chance to see if I wanted to buy a time share. The presenters did a great job and if I did not have many other things I needed to do at this time to relocate back to the States, I would have bought a time share

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and prompt. We had a great service specialist by the name of Elizabeth who was very accomodating and kind! The rooms were upscale and very clean. I would stay here again. The best view is of the pool. If you stay be sure to ask for a highl level floor with a view of the pool!

My family and I spent fall break in Florida at the Las Palmares and had a great time. The hotel staff was great upon checkin and checkout, the suite was clean and very nice, and everything was as expected for a Hilton property. My two children had a wonderful time in the pool.

We had an excellent stay at this resort. First time staying at a Hilton Grand Vacation and it did not disappoint. It has redefined what vacations mean to our family. The suite was large, clean and refreshing with great internet. This is not value hotel but definitely a great value for the money, I would not do it any other way from now on. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a night just before x-mas last year and we loved it, service was great, hotel was super nice, well appointed big tidy rooms, verandas overlooking the place... Had a great time, they used to offer a free shuttle to different parks which is great to avoid parking. We had a great time and enjoyed everything about it! Wished we had stayed longer!

We stayed here during MegaCon back in May for 3 nights and had a nice stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Booked a 1 bedroom suite and the room was spacious and clean! The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and is within walking distance. As for parking, you can opt for self parking or valet parking. I had a great stay and would return here!

Great location near convention center Convenient to shopping, entertainment. 20 minutes to Disney. Staff was friendly, courteous, helpful. Concierge service was never around, but other staff and mgmt accommodated you for inconvenience Biggest drawback...noise level was unbearable due to construction since property was being converted to Hilton standards after being a Westin property Would definitely recommend, but make sure construction is finished

The hotel itself is quite nice. I asked for a high floor room and upon check-in was given a 2nd floor room. When I asked to change, the service person made it seem like a large request. They did allow for the change of room, but with ongoing construction I received an early wake up. Having traveled late the previous night from PST to EST the 9am construction was an early start to my day. I was also waken by a phone call around the same time with someone asking me about my stay. Although this may... Read more

Hilton has done it again! One of the best resorts that I have visited in Florida (as I have visited many). This place has impeccable service, wonderful amenities, and it is in a great location. The rooms are great with modern features and spotless clean. I would highly recommend this to others, and I look to return myself. To simply put it, this is a top quality property. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, Hilton! My advice to other travelers, "come, stay, and truly enjoy!"

We stayed here will visiting Disney and Seaworld. It felt like we were the only people in the building. The staff was friendly, our room was quiet, and the whole place was clean and beautiful! The best hotel experience we have probably ever had! It was super close to Seaworld and 15 minutes away from Disney. When we come back we will defiantly be staying here! Bonus our view was beautiful and could see Disney fireworks from our balcony.

Was pleasantly surprised at the TEAM that is at this facility. The service was world class, the restaurant was a joy to dine in, the room was modern and everything was there to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The parking was secure and easy to access, our view was breath taking, the Christmas decorations got us in the Holiday mood---WOW all Great. Thanks to the Great Staff that made our visit so FUN.
