"I read alot of comments before going to this resort and at one point I thought that maybe I had made a mistake in booking this hotel.....I have no idea why the negative comments...this was a fabulous place for a family...great room .....no complaints at all....the staff was helpful and accomodatiing.....I was worrried from a previous email that I had to supply my own detergent and dishwashing soap.....this was all included in the room and when we ran out the staff brought us more...so we did not have to buy anything...there were tons of towels etc....we had 5 people with 2 small children ...the fact that we had a common area with kitchen, living space and dining plus 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made our stay quite comfortable, no elevator problems and the pool was great ....we ate alot at the poolside bar and the staff there was nothing but great....overall.....anything we asked for we received with kind and curtious service.....I would stay here again and again...it was great value and very close to the Disney Parks and Disney Downtown.....short cab rides to all ammenities if you did not want to take the shuttle......we had a fabulous time here"

"we stayed in this hotel because it was close to Disney and we got a deal. I would not stay here again due to cleanliness. The blankets were cheap and had holes. The toilet was stained black inside. We ended up getting ants in the one bathroom and bugs of some sort in our kitchen. We had spent $60 or more on food and it went to waste because we were afraid to eat it fearing the bugs had gotten into it. Our particular room needed to be updated. The carpet was old and the furniture was chipped and damaged. What I can say was that the staff was friendly and the shuttles to Disney and Universal went very well and were worth it. I have high standards when it comes to hotels, especially now due to bed bugs back on the rise. If you have high standards, don't stay here."

Elevator (1 of 2) was broken when we were checking out which was a little frustrating. Also had broken glass in the dishwasher that was missed by the cleaning staff. "This was a birthday getaway for one of my friends. I've stayed here before and this time was even better. We had a 3 bed, 2 bath room and it was very comfortable. No complaints at all. Staff was friendly and helped with every question we had. Shuttle bus to the parks were on time and had no problems. Rooms don't come with a DVD player but was able to ask for one at the front desk with no problems. Five nights were not enough I wish I could've stayed longer. This resort is the only one I will stay at when I come to the Orlando area."

"First of all I like to say if anyone spend x amount of money for vacation like I did for Hotel staffs should not judge me yes thats correct I was accused by a staff member that 1.Iam lying about face towels , 2.I had to make 3 calls to front desk about pillows and blankets imagine you booked the resort for 5 person and was told that there is a sofa bed but no beddings just one blanket and when I asked after 3rd call I was told there was everything and also one face towel for 5 person.
Mind you if I can afford 7 nights to stay I SURE CAN GET MY OWN WASH TOWELS I dont have to lie or neither we are thiefs.
I regret ths stay I will never ever tell a friend or go back."

"Our trip was amazing! The hotel room was much more than what I expected....It was clean, and very nice. The staff was very quick to respond, when we found out that we were missing some of our utensils. We were very impressed.
The fireworks show was not as pretty as shown in the brochure, but we could still see some of the fireworks. (It helps to go to the parks, so you understand the fireworks show.)
There is a an outlet mall right next to the Hotel, which was not advertised, this was certainly an added bonus!"

"The overall stay at the resort was very good, however, the access to Disney World and the parks was not as convenient and a bit misleading per advertisement (i.e. the shuttle service was limited-2x per day and had to book a seat 24 hours in advance with a first come first serve basis-only went to Epcot); promoted as a good neighbor hotel truly meant that they sell Disney world tickets (you could buy them at Walmart)...no benefits at all."

"Hotel was just okay. Not conveient for parking. Waited for extra towels for 2 days. I made 3 calls to the desk and was finally told that there was a fee for towels. Had one roll of papertowels and toilet paper. luckily, Walmart is a 1/4 mile down the road. So shopping I did go and found the items necessary for half the cost of the convenience store on the premises. Pool was nice, but you are not allowed to bring food or beverages to it. they had to be purchased there. It is very close to the parks, however, buses had to be booked a day in advance and the times were not convenient. So a rental car is necessary, so add an additional $300 to your trip. That does not include the additional 14 or$15 it costs to park at the theme parks. Overall, the hotel was a little disappointing and will go back to staying on Disney campus. The convenience is worth the extra money."

All theme parks, shopping and restaurants were easily accessible. Didn't use optional maid service and did purchase extra TP and Papertoweling. "The resort in some respects are as advertised, but in others they do not represent themselves well. if you want more than one roll of toilet paper for the length of your stay you must add $20 to get maid service. There are not enough parking spaces for the amount of units this hotel has. We had to park on the road far away from our unit. The carpet has a smell. The pool is great, The people are friendly. Even though the entrance to Disney is just down the road, that is misleading because you still have to drive 15 minutes to get to the parks, the 2 miles entrance gets you to the outer most other disney resorts, not the actual parks or major resorts where you eat. The shuttle does not run on the hour or regularly, so we had to drive. I would not stay here again, even though the price was great."

"Second time staying here. The family loved it. We have 3 kids (5, 3 and 1). The pool is great and the onsite restaurant is pretty good. It is close to a Publix and Super Target and just minutes from the Disney gates. You can't beat the amenities for the price. I recommend the hotel to all our friends and relatives."

"The condo was a good value and the room was clean. The mattresses were on the weak side and not good if you have a bad back. I had to buy an air bed after the first night so that ended up costing more money. There is not enough parking so every night had to park on the street. The condo is located near the Downtown Disney side of the resort which is a very busy area with traffic. I would recommend for the value but wouldn't recommend if you have a bad back or don't like to park on the street."

We are a die hard Disney Property Resort Family, but due to the current economy we found it necessary to shop prices for a resort that would give us the suite experience at a single room rate. You and your facility certainly met the challenge! The quality of the suite was excellent. It was large, and comfortable with a beautiful view of all the theme parks including the fireworks display every evening! The pool area was a highlight of our stay! "We recently stayed in Orlando at the Lake Buena Vista Resort, while the rooms were quite nice and roomy, the staff efficiency was lacking. I asked for a room clean of our room after 3 days, we had a 3 room unit and they only changed the linen in one room and didn't replace some of the toiletries but charged me for a 3room clean. We were missing a remote control and kept having to swap the Loungeroom remote and main bedroom when we need to change the channel, very annoying when people in both rooms changing channel, asked where the extra one was, i was told it would be delivered to our room on the 2nd day we were there and we never saw after asking twice. We could hear kids running in our hallway and in the rooms above us, very loud and late at night. The fireworks view that we paid for was us hanging over the balcony to see them.The only place for breakfast was by the poolside and they only served breakfast muffins/sandwiches. Frankie Farrell the only other place for breakfast only opened at 11am weekdays and 9am on the weekend. I was a little bit disappointed with the accommodation"

"Nice hotel and comfortable, clean condo. I would recommend to others. Young children beware of the slide in the pirate ship. The height requirement gives parents a false sense of security. Children need to know how to swim as they soon find out once they have slide down the slide and panick that they do not reach the floor. I had to jump in to get my daughter, and so did another father who had to leave 2 younger children unattended by the pool to jumo in after hid daughter who would have drowned. I alerted the general manager of this important problem, and they said that they would add new signage. Parents beware!"

"Great place to stay. Close to theme parks, shopping, other activities. Very clean, nice 2-bedroom, 2 bath room. Staff was excellent! They even provided free van transport to/from Disney parks for us, since my scooter would not fit in the free bus shuttle."

"THe person we checked in with was extremely chatty. We were tired from a long day of traveling and really didn't need to hear how his sister was valedictorian and he wasn't. At first i was thinking what did we get ourselves in to. However, he did find us a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom condo right next to each other which helped with our group of 10. Our stay was pleasant and exactly the type of accomodations we needed with 4 kids one of which is special needs. The condos themselves were fine however some of the furnishings are quite dated and need to be updated. Dressers and tvs etc. VERY close to the Disney Parks as well as Universal and Sea WOrld. No issue with parking as noted by other reviewers. We were even there on a holiday weekend. Nice to be able to walk to the outlets next door. Wish there were more of them, "
