"We arrived at Florida Fantasy Homes about 3 p.m. for a 4 p.m. check in. The office was locked with phone numbers on the door to call. After leaving messages for more than 2 hours, we were finally able to reach someone.We were directed to drive to Compass Bay, a gated community. We had booked a 2 bedroom with what we were led to believe had a private pool. We got a 3 bedroom that looked as if it was hastily made ready. And the third bedroom did not have a TV. We had paid in excess of $$ for the week and expected lot better living conditions. The carpet was dirty in traffic areas. So dirty that we would not walk on it barefoot. The furnishings looked worned and overly used as something would if it had been purchased at a yard sale. The blinds in our bedroom would not stay up so we slept 7 nights without bedroom window coverage. The closet doors in neither bedroom would stay on track. There were no wash cloths in either bathroom. We had an iron but no ironing board; no broom or mop. We had to walk almost 2 blocks to the trash dumpster. We had no key to the pool and had to wait for anyone inside to let us in. While walking ouside the property, we had to wait on cars to activate the gates, going and coming. There was no one on property from whom we could get any assistance. My family has been to Orlando at least twice a year for the past 5 years and these have been the worse accomodations we have had. Ask if you will be getting this resort."

"the condo was beatiful. i loved it but the getaway started off terrible. forida fantasy homes tried to give me the runaround concerning my booking they stopped answering the phone for me. i ended up going to the main office. then they literally had to find me another condo considering that i had booked with them on january 24th. in the end i ended up with a 4 bedroom condo for the price of a two which was cool. bookit, i have no problem with you but to book with florida fantasy homes again, no way!!!!!!!!."

"First of all the property we stayed at looked nothing like the pictures!!! When we arrived at the property we felt so deceived the property was in dire need of updating, the carpet throughout the house was filthy, the carpets in the bathroom were dirty, my husband killed a few roaches in the kitchen, the heater barely worked, top bunk bed was broken and unusable, table in the entrance did not have a glass on top just a hole where the glass should have been, the main A/C vent in the living room had caked on dust inches thick, brojen window in the bedroom, no security, no alarm, no water pressure, hot water was non existent luke warm at best, the carbon monoxide alarm would not sop beeping! We called the number and they tried to get us to wait till the next day when I insisted that it was loud and nobody could sleep they said someone would be out shortly 2 hours later at 12:30 still nobody came and they stopped answering the phone, my husband had to unplug it and take out the batteries. Had to pay an additional $70 cleaning fee, that was a joke considering it was dirty when we got there! Worst decision ever to stay here! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!"

"Florida fanasty homes was a great home, very beautiful and big. I would stay in it again. Although the office never answers and there is way to many numbers to call if you don't reach someone on the first number. We did not request anything, so we had just a basic five bedroom home. I suggest to make request like beds and heated pool. The office staff was horrible, but the manager was excellent and I do believe if it wasn't for the manager Florida fanasty homes would be nothing. Love the community and the safey of it. Will come here again very soon!"

"If looking to stay in Orlando this 4 bedroom rate is a great deal .. plenty of room for everyone to get their rest and a nice overall property. I agree with the other reviews that the beds were not that comfy, but they were ok. Lots of hot water and a/c and parking was easy .. a nice plus. The space was great and the location nice, easy access to all and nice food choices nearby as well."
