"The hotel was very clean! Beds were very comfortable and clean bedding. This hotel is in a good location. It has an Applebee's downstairs and several restaurants within walking distance. There is free shuttle service to Disneyworld which was a big plus. We would have stayed here longer but there is not a full kitchen in the room."

"very nice hotel. was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel itself. Nice rooms with an impressive bathroom. large pool With plenty of lounge chairs. Pool stayed open too late for our liking though. 11p.m. is a little late especially of you want to retire early. Was noisey with alot of kids every night. Couldve also had a few pool accessories to entertain you while in the pool. Tiki bar was nice but was run by applebees and wouldnt be staffed if slow or raining. Room service was horrendus for applebees. They hardly answered the phone and when they did would put you on hold and forget about you. Often! Close to disney though and lots of food choices close by. "

"I will never use Holiday Inn again from the noise and the lies to get us to join there time shair made me sick. A 90 Min. presentation went on for 3 Hr. what a joke. if I hadent used a third party I would have left this place after the first night

"I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Resort! The staff was great and accomadating. They went out of there way to make our stay the best it could be. The room was cleaned everyday and cleaned well (coming from a fairly OCD person). There was large swimming pool open until 11 pm which was clean and warm. Our room was really big and had a microwave and mini fridge which saved us a lot of money on food! It was conveniently located near the Lynx bus route (about a block away). We took the 111 link bus to and from the airport for two dollars both ways or you can get a 7 day pass for about 15! We used the lynx a couple times to get to universal and get back from the disney parks when we didn't want to wait for the shuttles. The location of Holiday Inn Resort was great for that! They also provided many shuttles at different times during the day. They provided us with an accurate schedule and the shuttles are pretty big. Sometimes you have to stand but if there isn't enough room for everyone, they send for another shuttle which comes in a matter of minutes. The shuttles go to all disney parks, universal and sea world. The hotel also had a lot of activities during the day for kids including a movie room with showings all day, an arcade, giant chess, pool games and a magic class. There is an applebee's attached to the lobby and an applebee's bar in the pool area. There are several fast food and sit down restaurants within walking distance including, golden corral, wendy's, chik-fil-a, fuddrucker's, waffle house, bahama breeze and many others. There is also a Pirate's Cove mini golf within walking distance. Across the street from the hotel is a Walgreen's and mini mart where you can get food and cheap gifts. I loved this hotel and would definitely go back! "

"the resort is very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. it's a great deal with the comp shuttles that bring you to the resorts and outlet mall which are all really close by. the pool area, the kiddy pool etc could be a little cleaner, and maybe offer a little more amenities for the resort fee that is paid."

"Hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Had a little problem at checkin but was immediately fixed. Pool was nice and very clean. The only thing i can suggest is that the Tiki Pool Bar opens earlier, like noon instead of 2 or 3:00. But overall was a good time and close to all."

"This hotel offered more than I expected. It was very clean and secure. The only thing I would say they need to change is the staff's friendliness. They did not smile. No matter how nice the customer was, they never smiled. Some of them acted as if they were aggrevated that we were bugging them by checking in. However, you only have to deal with them to check in and then to check out."

"The Holiday Inn Resort itself is very nice and clean, but the transportation to the theme parks was not ideal. This hotel has very limited transportation to Disney World theme parks as well as Universal Studios. Departing from the hotel once an hour to only one theme park, therefore you have to transfer if you are going to a different theme park. Also because it only departs once an hour there is not enough room for everyone waiting, many times leaving people behind. Also the departing times from the theme parks to the hotel were not ideal. Leaving the park too early in the evening which meant you would miss the firework show that Disney has at night. Again, because it departs the theme parks only 3 times in the evening not everyone fit in the van, leaving a lot of people stranded trying to figure out how to get back to the hotel. If you are staying at this hotel I do recommend you rent a car or stay at another hotel that provides better transportation."

"Very nice, roomy and comfortable. The only negative was that I saw on the website that the room slept 5 people so I assumed that the room would have a couch and it did not so I ended up having to spend an additional amount of money for a cot which I was not expecting. :("

"Lovely accomodations, clean, comfortable.
Staff very helpful & friendly.
The hotel has a quite a few amenities to provide entertainment or supply guests'
needs.
Definitely a great value, close to everything, literally just minutes away to aattractions, restaurants, shops, etc.
We absolutely would recommend this hotel & already decided to use it again for future visits."
