"the resort is very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. it's a great deal with the comp shuttles that bring you to the resorts and outlet mall which are all really close by. the pool area, the kiddy pool etc could be a little cleaner, and maybe offer a little more amenities for the resort fee that is paid."

"Hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Had a little problem at checkin but was immediately fixed. Pool was nice and very clean. The only thing i can suggest is that the Tiki Pool Bar opens earlier, like noon instead of 2 or 3:00. But overall was a good time and close to all."
