"When people call to book the hotel please tell the staff not to lie and say they are a mile from downtown Disney and that the shuttle runs all day. It doesn't and they are more than a mile from Downtown Disney. Also, really need to clean the rooms a lot better."

"As usual, the pictures were Way nicer than reality. The hotel has a good location and decent lobby. We stayed in the 3rd. floor. The hallway carpet was stained and there was always garbage around and outside the garbage cans. Very poor lighting. The room was better in pictures. For whatever reason, there were two small refrigerators stacked one on top of the other and not secured. The beds were good. The notepad and the pen were used and bitten. The drawers did not work smoothly. The bathroom was very spacious and alright. I will not recommend this hotel as there are many other better options in the area for the same cost."

From Orlando International Airport [MCO]
[1.] Take the South Exit out of Orlando International Airport to Kissimmee.
[2.] This will merge you onto Boggy Creek Road.
[3.] At the first traffic light on Boggy Creek take a Right onto Highway 417 [GREENWAY].
From Florida Turnpike South
[1.] Turn Right on 192, 2nd Light Turn Right on International Drive.
[2.] Turn Right at the next light onto Osceola Parkway.
[3.] Follow 12 miles to Turnpike.
