A great place to stay - close to the convention center an easy access to Orlando activities. Staff were gracious and accommodating in every aspect - even handing me additional lotion upon request - just nice to be treated with respect and enjoy the stay. Thanks.

Everything from pre-arrival to departure the staff was exceptionally accommodating, professional, and friendly. I was pleasantly shocked because its easy to find employees who see so many guests that they aren't quite as invested in each one, but this was definitely not the case. EVERYONE, from pool to room attendants was pleasant and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. The room was very clean and well maintained, everything looked fresh and new. The pool is amazing so don't miss that! As far ... Read more

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and have not had a problem. This year the maid service was very spotty. There were multiple days without getting new towels or new shampoo and conditioner. I kept thinking it would improve each day and it did not. Also the curtains were very thin so it was very difficult to sleep in the morning. I did not receive a bill under my door the day of checkout.

I came to the Hilton for a business lunch. The property was beautiful and all of the staff was exceptionally friendly. We met at the pool bar where we were warmly greeted by each staff member. Our server was Alexis F and she rocked. She was very attentive to us the entire time and made sure that everything came out quickly (as we were on a time crunch) Very knowledgable about the surrounding area as well. The pool looked are was beautiful and the fitness center looked of great quality. Next tim... Read more

We love to stay at Hilton Orlando. It is our favourite hotel due to an Outstanding Management Team & Awesome Staff. We spent a week here including Memorial Day & although it was busy the staff worked really hard to keep everyone happy. It has something for everyone with a quiet adult pool + a separate kids pool with water slide etc. The Lazy River is a must for all ages. Now one of the two fire pits is Non Smoking which is even better for non smokers to enjoy. The Tropics pool bar does cool d... Read more

We have stayed here 5-6 times and we always love to go back. We enjoy the many things to do. We did notice a couple new things were added to the already fun stay....such as the chipotle bar and new game of chess to play out by the pools, As always we love the contest board, tons of towels, and all of the fun resort things to do. We did notice you are working in new towels and pool chairs...thank you! This resort also has live entertainment, at least on holiday weekends. The Tropics is always awe... Read more

The property is amazing; however, some the staff could use training in professionalism and customer service. We had problems with bell hops assuming that we would not tip and not wanting to help. That was something that I definitely did not expect from this hotel chain.

Visited 5/30-6/4/2016 to relax at Lazy River. Very disappointing. Lazy river had all leaves in it, was cloudy and very small and narrow. Bonnet Creek Lazy River is 100% better and bigger. Also, we watched the Today show and had a segment about all the different bacteria's that are in Lazy Rivers and Heated pools that unclean kids and adults swim in. Never went into the Lazy River again. We swam in the Adult pool all week which was cleaner. Tropics Bar at the pool - had a hamburger and on my last... Read more

Returned after a day at the parks to go for a swim. Our room overlooks the pool, the sun was shining yet the pool was deserted. Rang down to be told Hilton events had hired the main pool out between 4pm - 8pm for a private function. We were told we could use the lazy river - not appropriate for me due to medical condition or the quiet pool. We went to the quiet pool to find the pool full of children, no lounges available and loads of empty glasses that hadn't been collected and too many people ... Read more

The pool here is amazing and despite a difficult situation I had with the hotel management itself and the situation they left their employees in....there were several who stood out at exemplary employees. Sztella (front desk) always helpful (when others weren't). Diego (pool server), Jasper (pool server). All of them...5 star service!!!! I want to also mention a rising star Jordan Rodriquez. I rate employees a 5 but the overall management of the hotel 3 because of communication.

I always find the Hilton to be reliable. And this is my 3rd time here. I am here one week in Orlando after the massacre at the Pulse Night club and you can feel it. The city is a little off and in conversations with the staff, everyone I've spoken to has been touched. I mention it because I think it is admirable that the Hilton staff is still doing all they can to give their guests an excellent and trouble free experience. The food on the club floor is tasty. My husband and I booked this hotel last year for our anniversary, August 12,2016. The grounds are beautiful, as is the hotel. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the dinner was fabulous at the restaurant located on site. The pianist played our wedding song, which made it very special to us both. The problem we have is that during our stay, our car was hit and damaged by a loose metal pole in the garage and caused several hundreds of dollars in damage,. Beautiful site and stay. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and the microwave (dirty) was on a totally different floor. Outside of these two things, the stay was remarkable. I am willing to pay the premium for this facility for the convenience as well as the great pool area that the Hilton offers. After a long day at the convention center, it is nice to make a few laps in the lazy river and then grab a drink and a meal poolside before a hut tub. If you are attending an event at the... We chose self parking to save a little cash. Getting into the hotel was a bit confusing. From the parking garage, get into an elevator, the elevator opens on the ground floor but you are outside. The signage for how to get to the front desk is lacking. It took us a minute of looking around confused before we figured out that you have to walk around the corner then enter the hotel again placing you at the front desk. Stayed at Hilton Orlando for a conference and this is one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at along with having resort-style amenities that were a nice addition. With very few exemptions and Hilton Orlando, not double tree, not suites, Hilton Orlando, is one of the newest and cleanest hotels in the city. Beautiful rooms, the gym is really something and the outdoor pools are wow. Of course if you try to get to the pools after the toddlers and teenagers are awake...tough luck. I decided to stay with Hilton Orlando for the last three business trips this past year. I attend the surf expo annually . I was so pleased to see some of the original bar staff from my last trip. I am currently at the Hilton Orlando on International Drive, and I am disgusted that I have found 3 ROACHES in my room. There is only going to be one problem when you stay here, that is having to leave the hotel for other Orlando destinations. The hotel Is a fantastic, tropical paradise. No matter where you are in the pool (feels so wrong to call it a pool, it is so much more than that.. it's a oasis) or in the lazy river, wait staff serve you delicious reasonable priced food. Very nice property (rooms, common areas, very large fitness center, pool) that is well maintained, with very helpful and accommodating staff. Executive lounge is roomy, has nice views, and nice selection of hors d'oeuvres in eveningm and breakfast items in AM. Wonderful stay!

we go to a convention every November and have been staying at the Rosen Centre right across the street. We stayed here as it is 5 minutes closer and no streets to cross. The $50 or so difference in price is not justified though in my opinion. the hotel itself is nice. great amenities if you have the time to use them. going to a convention though, we're up early and home late so for us, it's just not worth the price difference in my opinion, Rosen is just as nice room wise. read a few other revie... Stayed for a conference so I did not get to enjoy all the amenities, but the rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. Had trouble with the TV, but not a big issue. The real focus is the pool area. It is a tropical paradise! With a family pool, lazy river, massive main pool, lots of seating and even a jogging park - it is such a joy to spend time outdoors. Even the poolside food and drinks were great. Another nice feature is the marketplace where you can get Starbucks coffee, all kinds of dr... Read more

Good location, friendly staff, nice bar/grill (great turkey cheddar melt). The "European" style shop did make a good breakfast sandwich. The room had a slight smell to it (water?), TV remote barely worked (frustrating) and there is no sidewalk from the street to the hotel which is a little dangerous walking back after dinner.

This is a large business hotel attached via walkway to the Orlando convention center. Room Rates are too high for quality of property but they can get it because of location. Hotel on other side of convention center is higher quality and charge similar rates. This hotel has a decent fitness center, a nice pool and outdoor basketball court and putting green. The dining options are numerous (sports bar, steakhouse, coffee shop and casual dining) -the Sports Bar and Casual Dining are overpriced... Read more

We had a well refurbished unit with a view. I think not .the unit was newly done but our view was of a plam tree. The unit had so little natural light that we had to have the lights on all the time. we had a one bedroom unit which was spacious only enough dishes for four people so we were regularly running the dish washer. The washer/dryer in the unit is a plus.

We spent our time at the hotel with family and not the parks. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the pool area was wonderful. The staff was courteous and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The outstanding management team is reflected in all the staff you encounter. It has something for everyone .. A family pool with water slide etc. A peaceful "Quiet pool" but best of all the lazy river. Tropics pool bar .. We had great service from Jasper. For a special treat rent an awesome private cabana by the pool. The rooms are light & spacious with comfortable beds. Executive floors have access to a Lounge serving breakfast & evening appetisers with great service from Nadine & friendly bar... Read more

The family loved the facility, the food and dining options, and the staff were very friendly and nice. Perfectly situated to all the major attractions. Few extra amenities poolside to keep the young ones busy. Thanks for the experience.

As my fifth hotel in 6 weeks this property had me thinking it's good but doesn't deserve a very good ranking and actually is pretty average compared to a lot of properties I've stayed at recently. The bathroom while clean still has a tub. I definitely prefer a glass walk in shower these days. Towels are newer so that is a plus. The furnishings were nice but a close look reveals table/dresser are pretty shop worn. The lamp in my room looks like it will fall apart if you touch it. My room ... Read more

We spent five excellent relaxing days in this hotel in November 2016. The hotel is very clean. The team is very professional. We had a very good breakfast, we enjoyed swimming in a great pool, and I liked my experience a very good SPA. Thank you, Hilton's team!

Stayed several days for Nov 2016 tradeshow, very convenient to the convention center. Clean, comfortable room, well designed for business work, Gorgeous pools and lazy river, well landscaped. The only down note was that several family members with small children came to visit for dinner at the pool grille. They told us the kitchen was closed at 7 pm because business was slow, had to go off property to find sit down kid friendly restaurant.(not really walking friendly location, aside from convent...
